Sen Sessions: Omnibus Bill Quadruples Immigration, Funds Obamas Executive Amnesty, No Wonder Voters Are In Open Rebellion

 

This omnibus bill is loaded with garbage and benefits for foreign workers offering no protection for American workers. It does nothing to stop obamas executive amnesty and the dopes in DC wonder why we the people are in open rebellion running to support outsiders like Trump and Cruz!

We get new leadership in the House and Senate via McConnell and Ryan but it's like Reid and Boehner are still around. So THANK YOU SPEAKER PAUL RYAN for proving everyone right, that you are no better than your predecessor!

Take note during Sessions speech he points out that he worked on legislation with Sen Cruz that was not included in the deal over foreign workers taking jobs from Americans. You know Sessions is vehemently against amnesty, he backs Cruz 100%. That said do the claims progressive tool Marco Rubio stated during the GOP debate make any sense when he says Ted wants amnesty? With all the Sessions vids posted on STR time and again he has thundered away against amnesty do you really believe he would back Cruz if Ted was pushing amnesty! Of course not. Marco is full of crap he is misleading the nation and just about every media outlet bought that pack of crap he pushed during the debate.

The funding bill is just another example of the radical agenda being rammed down our throats by the progressive elites in DC. If you want amnesty and more of these shenanigans vote for Marco Rubio. If you want an end of out of control spending, the border secure and door shut on amnesty go with Cruz.

Sessions: Omnibus Would Quadruple Controversial Foreign Worker Program, Expand Admission Of Refugees, Fund President’s ‘Entire Immigration Agenda’
WASHINGTON—U.S. Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL), Chairman of the Senate Subcommittee on Immigration and the National Interest, released a statement warning that the omnibus funding bill would, among other things, fund Sanctuary Cities, the President’s refugee expansion, and quadruple a controversial foreign worker program replacing Americans – all during a time of increasing concerns about threats to U.S. security and finances:

“The more than 2,000 page year-end funding bill contains a dramatic change to federal immigration law that would increase by as much as four-fold the number of low-wage foreign workers provided to employers under the controversial H-2B visa program, beyond what is currently allowed. These foreign workers are brought in exclusively to fill blue-collar non-farm jobs in hotels, restaurants, construction, truck driving, and many other occupations sought by millions of Americans.

At a time of record immigration – with a full 83% of the electorate wanting immigration frozen or reduced – the GOP-led Congress is about to deliver Obama a four-fold increase to one of the most controversial foreign worker programs. The result? Higher unemployment and lower wages for Americans.

As the Economic Policy Institute noted, ‘wages were stagnant or declining for workers in all of the top 15 H-2B occupations between 2004 and 2014,’ and ‘unemployment rates increased in all but one of the top 15 H-2B occupations between 2004 and 2014, and all 15 occupations averaged very high unemployment rates…Flat and declining wages coupled with such high unemployment rates over such a long period of time suggest a loose labor market—an over-supply of workers rather than an under-supply.’

The voters put Republicans in a majority in the 2014 midterm elections – a vote which constituted a clear decision to reject the abuse of our immigration system.

The Supreme Court has taken another step to once again prove they are nothing but a bunch of political activists by upholding and rewriting law. Separation of powers no longer exists and frankly America as we know it is over. We now have 3 branches of govt writing law that does nothing but hurt this nation while empowering and enriching the elite class. The Constitution has been dismissed and the democratic process turned upside down. The legislative branch for all accounts is irrelevant now that we have the judicial and executive branches working together to rewrite law. We are as Mark Levin has said repeatedly a post-Constitutional Republic.

Today's decision was not a victory for the American people as emperor obama claims. It was a victory for the radicals, like him, in power who now know there is nothing to stop them from fulfilling fundamental transformation.

Don't feel bad because you have to know this country was considered to be nothing but an experiment by the Founders. If they were brought back today the first thing the Founders would probably ask is "how long did the experiment last?" They would probably be in shock to hear it lasted this long, although now just a shell.

The Founders knew this govt would become corrupt and gave us the tools to remove the elites but Americans no longer have the will. The people have become sheep who are willfully being led to their slaughter by the SOB's they put into power. Illegal Aliens Granted Amnesty Eligible For 3 Yrs of Tax Refunds That Could Cost Billions

“..as many as 5 million people may be newly authorized to work, that they can go back and file tax returns that will enable them to get the earned income tax credit, which is potentially worth up to about $3,000 per family, even though they didn’t qualify for it before, even though they were working illegally before."

Wonderful on top of being put ahead of Americans for jobs now we learn illegals are eligible for tax credits for the years they have been here when they weren't paying taxes! Progressives kept pushing the angle that if illegals were permitted to come out of the shadows they would pay taxes into the system. This just goes to show the complete opposite where it could cost billions in refunds as Vaughan warns.

Congress as usual completely silent on this as they are on all illegal aliens issues. They waived their fists how wrong obamnesty is during the election to get elected. Now that they are in office it's back to business as usual enriching and empowering themselves while screwing taxpayers.

Time for a third party folks we need to take this country back from the progressive destroyers who couldn't careless about any of us.
