Paul Ryan Condemned Obama For Executive Amnesty, Wants Trump to Hold Off Ending DACA (Video)

Paul Ryan is showing his true colors to the country that many of us saw after he and Romney lost the 2012 election. He went dark following the election only to show up in July 2013 telling a town hall “We’re going to vote on a bill to legalize people who are undocumented.”
It turns out he was working behind the scenes on immigration reform with none other than open border advocate Luis Gutierrez!

The Speaker told WCLO that he wants Trump to hold off ending DACA, and leave it to Congress for a solution. Ya know, the same people who LIED to the country for 7 years they would repeal obamacare!

DREAMERs (under DACA) are not US citizens. They have no legal right to be here. Their parents entered the country illegally, with them in tow where barack obama took it upon himself to create law, out of thin air, giving those kids temporary legal status. Now we have a sitting US Speaker of the House wanting to more or less keep an unconstitutional/ illegal "law" in force!

Keep in mind this is the same Paul Ryan who said, on Hannity in 2014, obama's executive amnesty is "blatantly unconstitutional."

What Ryan and company are going to do is push for full comprehensive immigration reform that he told constituents he was going to do 4 years ago.

Paul Ryan is not a friend to the Trump administration. He like Mitch McConnell and the majority of republicans are actively working against POTUS. They are as this site warned a cancer to Trump's agenda.

The American people do not want comprehensive immigration reform because we know it will result in amnesty for illegal aliens. “The more than 2,000 page year-end funding bill contains a dramatic change to federal immigration law that would increase by as much as four-fold the number of low-wage foreign workers provided to employers under the controversial H-2B visa program, beyond what is currently allowed. These foreign workers are brought in exclusively to fill blue-collar non-farm jobs in hotels, restaurants, construction, truck driving, and many other occupations sought by millions of Americans.

At a time of record immigration – with a full 83% of the electorate wanting immigration frozen or reduced – the GOP-led Congress is about to deliver Obama a four-fold increase to one of the most controversial foreign worker programs. The result? Higher unemployment and lower wages for Americans.

As the Economic Policy Institute noted, ‘wages were stagnant or declining for workers in all of the top 15 H-2B occupations between 2004 and 2014,’ and ‘unemployment rates increased in all but one of the top 15 H-2B occupations between 2004 and 2014, and all 15 occupations averaged very high unemployment rates…Flat and declining wages coupled with such high unemployment rates over such a long period of time suggest a loose labor market—an over-supply of workers rather than an under-supply.’

Judge Napolitano: Appeals Court Rules 2-1 Against Obama's Illegal Executive Amnesty Order

Well finally the people get a win against obama's lawlessness! In a 2-1 decison the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled to uphold the injunction issued by TX Judge Andrew Hanen blocking obama's ILLEGAL executive amnesty order.

Will this stop obama from violating the Constitution? No but it officially proves he does not have the authority to make law on his own! But the damage is done as our border is being invaded right now as you read this because of what he has done. Also keep in mind this is now on its way to the Supreme Court... the same court who ruled we have to buy insurance, it's okay to kill unborn babies and redefine marriage.

Appeals court rules against Obama immigration plan

NEW ORLEANS – President Obama's plan to protect from deportation an estimated 5 million people living in the United States illegally suffered another setback Monday in a ruling from a New Orleans-based federal appeals court.

In a 2-1 ruling, the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a Texas-based federal judge's injunction blocking the administration's immigration initiative.

Republicans had criticized the plan as an illegal executive overreach when Obama announced it last November. Twenty-six states challenged the plan in court.

The administration argued that the executive branch was within its rights in deciding to defer deportation of selected groups of immigrants, including children who were brought to the U.S. illegally.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott was praised the ruling.

"President Obama should abandon his lawless executive amnesty program and start enforcing the law today," Abbott said in a news release.

The ruling further dims prospects of implementation of the executive action before Obama leaves office in 2017. Appeals over the injunction could take months and, depending on how the case unfolds, it could go back to the Texas federal court for more proceedings...more

Obama 'Frustrated' by Immigration Court Rulings

Obama will remain defiant of the law swearing his executive orders are within his legal authority to grant amnesty to 11 million+ illegal aliens. His statements in the past and today are those of a man who believes he is above the law and the separation of powers do not exist. The executive branch does not have the power to legislate and he knows it. Since immigration is dealt with under DHS which is a cabinet position he found a backdoor to push his destructive agenda.

Let me be clear I am NOT an attorney but under Section 8 USC 1324 it states any US citizen that willfully and knowingly assists an illegal alien, provides them with employment, food, water, shelter etc has committed a felony. This applies to city, county, state and federal officials like certain Congressmen offering "toolkits" to avoid deportation! Go read the code there is nothing in it exempting Congress or federal agencies, it reads "Any person who...". That said why won't anyone file charges or arrest those like Luis Gutierrez for blatantly encouraging (aka aiding and abetting) illegal aliens break the law? Executive amnesty is illegal, obama does not have the power to make laws. The regime advisers and attorneys know the same law this judge knows surely they anticipated this ruling?! Obama stated today he stands by his decision and that he acted within the law.

For this regime to be so confident in this move to go as far as "counterfeiting immigration documents" (printing work visas) it leaves you wondering what are we missing? No sorry, something is not right here, if we've learned anything about these monsters they always have a back-up plan.

- today?
- will work the system to steal tax dollars, social services etc from Americans who paid into the system?
- will receive free healthcare while Americans under barackobamacare still cannot afford proper healthcare?
- will send their children into the education system taking resources away from our children?
- are carrying measles, TB, or some other communicable disease?
- are from the middle east?
- are carrying weapons, explosives or have literally weaponized their body into a biological weapon with a highly contagious disease?

While you think about these questions keep in mind these illegals under obamnesty are entitled to tax refunds for work they never did. In other words when you pay your taxes, your hard earned money will literally being going right into the pockets of illegals who will take advantage of a tax credit loophole.
