Obama 'Frustrated' by Immigration Court Rulings

Obama will remain defiant of the law swearing his executive orders are within his legal authority to grant amnesty to 11 million+ illegal aliens. His statements in the past and today are those of a man who believes he is above the law and the separation of powers do not exist. The executive branch does not have the power to legislate and he knows it. Since immigration is dealt with under DHS which is a cabinet position he found a backdoor to push his destructive agenda.

He knows the clock is counting down where he only has a year and half left to grant legal status to these undocumented democrat voters. Congress needs to step in and pass new legislation that restricts executive orders when they effect the nation as his amnesty directive will do. It puts a strain on our economy, healthcare system social entitlement (which illegals have never paid into) etc. We cannot take on more "mouths to feed" when we can't even take care of our own.

I think the only reason he is frustrated with the courts is because they are courts he hasn't had the opportunity to appoint one of his political activist judges to secure his legacy.

DHS Sec Johnson Tells Senate Judiciary Committee: No Regrets on Executive Amnesty

Jeh Johnson took an oath to protect and defend the United States and the Constitution but here he is telling members of the Senate Judiciary committee he more or less doesn't care. He supports obama's lawless illegal executive amnesty which is a direct violation of the oath he took. Illegal aliens are in fact a threat to America economically and socially, but Johnson trivializes their existence. Let's forget about the willful disrespect illegals have toward America for a moment. Johnson's answer to Sen Cornyn shows he is not concerned about the vast number of unknown violent illegal alien criminals who have entered the US and remain in the shadows because they haven't been caught committing a crime yet. He lumps these illegal alien criminals together with those who come here to work; illegals seeking work which in reality are stealing money and jobs from Americans. Johnson also has no problem with the tax cheats and those who are siphoning off the social entitlement system American taxpayers/ workers paid into either.


DHS Sec's blessing of obama's lawlessness is an indictment to breaking the law under 8 US Code Part VIII - General Penalty Provisions. Bringing in and harboring illegal aliens is a criminal act clearly spelled out in § 1324



Why hasn't anyone on this Senate Committee called him out or even gone as far as charging Johnson with a crime? Yes we have a broken immigration system... but it was broken by those in power. Worst off we have US Senators who clearly do not know the law to realize Johnson's refusal to enforce immigration law is a crime in itself.

This is the problem with big govt America. There are so many laws these twits running the country don't even realize which way is up!

New Report Claims Suspected Terrorists May Be Entering US Through Texas Border

Don't know who wrote the report but they're late to the party! Does anyone doubt radical islamists from ISIS to al Shabaab, along with a boatload of other America haters, are crossing our border by the hour?! If we had a real president the border would be locked down right now with all the threats being made against us. Instead we have obama who has rolled the welcome mat out and rang the amnesty bell that terrorists are going to capitalize off of. Terror groups would be stupid not to send their people across the border right now. Thousands continue to cross the border every month, how many are terrorists? Obama is more concerned about climate change (aka the weather), allowing Iran to get nukes and disarming Americans to care one bit about this nation getting hit.

Maybe we will get lucky one will try to strike on US soil, unlike the Somali in the clip, who gets caught and we will be able to directly connect that terrorist to obama's call to come on in! Even if that did happen nothing will happen though to obama or DHS Sec Jeh Johnson who put obamnesty into motion.

Megyn Kelly Battles Rep Gutierrez on Judge Halting Executive Amnesty

This SOCIALIST Luis Gutierrez dodged Megyn Kelly at every opportunity justifying illegal aliens entering the US. Kelly called Gutierrez out on his charge from earlier in the day saying hispanics would get "militant" by rallying to remove republicans from office in 2016 after US District Judge halted obama's executive amnesty. Even though he played it off deflecting and attacking the Judge and republicans we know from past community organizing Gutierrez and progressives will stage aggressive intimidating protests crying racism at the first opportunity to get their way.

This guy loves to lie, those children he repeatedly invoked as his justification to violate the rule of law coming across the border were few and far and you should know the average age of these poor little children was 17!

As for violating the rule of law which obama himself admitted he didn't have the power to do 22 times Gutierrez wanted no part of that argument with Kelly. He pulled the poor me let me speak angle suggesting he and Kelly could have a long discussion on the issue if she would let him grandstand which Megyn wanted no part of demanding an answer to her question.

Rep Gutierrez a closet communist IMO is a master in communication and Alinsky tactics. This interview is a perfect teaching tool for people to see how radicals will deflect on an issue they are dead wrong about and attack their opposition.

Rep Gutierrez Warns of Unprecedented Immigrant 'Militancy' After Anti-Amnesty Ruling

What is this lunatic ranting about? The hispanic community is going to get militant against republicans because of this court ruling and the peoples will for the RULE OF LAW to be followed!? This one judge did his job, citing obama for breaking the law but leave it up to this certified SOCIALIST (if not closet communist) to amp up the uninformed class to think otherwise. For the record Luis is not issuing a warning to the GOP but putting out a call to action for the left. He wants his minions to get out there lie to the uninformed class to get militant via voter registration(expect a lot of fraud), raising donations to blow out GOP candidates in 2016 but he also means aggressive/ intrusive protesting we've seen in the past.

- will send their children into the education system taking resources away from our children?
- are carrying measles, TB, or some other communicable disease?
- are from the middle east?
- are carrying weapons, explosives or have literally weaponized their body into a biological weapon with a highly contagious disease?

While you think about these questions keep in mind these illegals under obamnesty are entitled to tax refunds for work they never did. In other words when you pay your taxes, your hard earned money will literally being going right into the pockets of illegals who will take advantage of a tax credit loophole.

Dem Rep Cuellar Warns Another Illegal Alien Surge is Coming

Thousands continue to cross the border unreported by the crap media. The volume of illegals coming into the US has not dropped and as Rep Cuellar warns it is going to pick up next year when warm weather returns. Emperor obama's executive amnesty will be the driving force behind the wave regardless of the guidelines set forth to qualify. New illegals will go to the same sources current illegals are using for fake ID's, false identities, forged documents etc to acquire any and all paperwork they need to "prove" they have been in the US for 5 years or greater so they can stay. These people by their very nature of coming into the US illegally are dishonest. It is only logical to assume the waves of illegals coming into the US will rise now that obama has defied the American people with his lawless action.

What did Congress do to stop this? Nothing, they passed CRomnibus which will fund obamnesty regardless of DHS funding ending in Feb 2015. There are not enough members in both Houses (2/3's needed) to push a halt to funding his majesty's amnesty program. Anything that gets to his desk which interferes with his agenda will be vetoed. The only way to override a veto is with 2/3's super majority vote which doesn't exist in Congress. Sure republicans will have control but the majority are progressives who want amnesty as much as the dems.

If you thought the 2014 border rush was bad, 2015 could very well dwarf it thats to obama.
