Dem Congressman Luis Gutierrez went on a unhinged tirade today, in what will be one of, if not, his final performances in Congress, during a Judiciary Committee hearing with DHS Sec Kirstjen Nielsen. This open borders lunatic started out more or less condemning Sec Nielsen for having no remorse, carrying on as he always has with untruths over the treatment of illegals, while launching an attack against Tucker Carlson taking his words out of context. He rambled on upset that SANE Americans prefer to say "Merry Christmas" vs "Happy Holidays" and then went on about the border wall making an INSANE connection with the birth of Christ, being thankful there was no wall preventing Mary and Joseph from escaping Herod's Massacre of the Innocents, where he ordered all males 2yo and younger in Bethlehem to be killed.

Just as Nielsen began to respond to this absolute F'ing MONSTER, with a HORRIBLE overbite (can you tell I DO NOT like him?), stormed off because democrats HATE FACTS! Luis didn't want to hear the truth because the truth no longer matters to the unhinged violent left. They act based on feelings, expecting you to be complicit to their feelings otherwise they go on vicious attacks like we witnessed here.

Luis Gutierrez is a communist who hid under the veil of a democrat for years while he did everything possible to destroy this country. He wants the US border left wide open for everyone to storm in, because he knows the uninformed feel it's a wonderful humane thing to do. Our dem pal, on his way out of office, Rep Luis Gutierrez, went on an unhinged tirade against Pres Trump over the lack of preparedness for Hurricane Florence, which has yet to hit, over the admins response last year to Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico(PR).

It's time to set the record straight since the media won't, let alone this nut, with the worst overbite I've ever seen since Freddie Mercury, is a purveyor of lies and misinformation.

Puerto Rico is broke. The small island nation/ US territory filed bankruptcy in May 2017 being $70B in debt  B E F O R E  Hurricane Maria hit.

They have/ had no money to put into basic infrastructure, more specifically their power grid. The grid was beyond outdated and antiquated with no protection to a massive storm. Maria hits and what do you know the grid is wiped out. The damage and destruction PR experienced is not Pres Trump's fault. Their problems have existed for decades, and frankly is one of the reasons people are against PR becoming a state because their debt becomes America's debt... and last thing we need is more of that.

PR is 1014 miles from the US (Miami), we just can't get truck loads of equipment and supplies at a moments notice over there. It takes time to assess the damage and deploy what's needed. Everything that could be done was done, the PR governor never had anything bad to say over Trump's response. Yes, some leaders in PR claimed otherwise but have they explained why all this water for civilian consumption has been sitting!?

The RETIRING (thank God) Congressman never mentions said individuals are in the US illegally where the only ones breaking families up are the families. Luis never mentions how said individuals entering the US are coached by numerous organizations and individuals, directly and indirectly, on what to say when encountered by Border Agents. They are in fact coached on how to abuse the system to enter the US under false pretenses, ie asylum seekers. "They have crime, violence, death threats, rapes etc", uh huh the US has all of that as well not to mention a massive bullseye on it for terrorists! Finally, but not the least, Gutierrez also doesn't seem to mind the thousands of American families broken up everyday over parents being sent to jail, or losing a loved one at the hands of a criminal illegal alien.

Socialist Congressman Walks Out of SOTU as Congress Chants "USA, USA"

Socialist, illegal alien advocate and member of the HATE America party Luis Gutierrez walked out of the SOTU as members of Congress (GOP & their guests really) broke out in a "USA, USA" chant following the President's pro-America remarks. Apparently hearing all the good about the USA and people chanting it was too much for the little guy.

First off, there's no doubt Gutierrez planned to walk out of Pres Trump's SOTU speech. Nothing the democ..socialists do is by accident or spur of the moment, it's reported he had to leave over a scheduling conflict! Really? SOTU's have no fixed time frame, some are long some are short. Who would make an appointment that late at night during a speech that could go long or short? This is a lame excuse to cover for being disrespectful to POTUS and the American people.

Second, take note he has what looks like a flag draped over his shoulder, most likely Puerto Rico. He is trying to make a statement, what, no one knew at the time but it's based on Hate Trump and anti-American. The little jerk issued a statement afterwards saying,

I am still hopeful, but I don’t see this Congress and this President coming to an agreement that prevents the deportation of the Dreamers. Trump has nothing to apologize for with respect to Puerto Rico. He has done all he can, provided whatever aid was requested by Gov Ricardo Rossello. The truth of the matter is this, PR was in bankruptcy and it's infrastructure (more specifically electrical grid) in shambles BEFORE hurricane Irma hit! The entire electrical grid had to be rebuilt including running all new power lines! Gutierrez, nor the media for that matter, is not being truthful.

Lastly, if Trump's speech was sooo offensive, a product of Russian propaganda and too much to listen to why didn't Luis walk out when the Pres was speaking about immigration or countless other issues he vehemently disagrees with? He wanted to make a statement and that chant was the perfect opportunity, because this guy HATES America. And take note Pelosi sees him walking out, she deliberately turned 180° to see him go as his body goes out of frame!

Gutierrez and his socialist hate America party are disgusting and vile at this point. Only good thing about this is it's his last SOTU to attend. This jerk with a nasty overbite isn't seeking re-election.

POTUS can and fire anyone at anytime in the Executive Branch, so obstruction with regards to the firing of Jim Comey is out. Violations of Emoluments Clause are unfounded, but if true then it should be another charge against Clinton when she served as Sec of State, and I'm willing to bet obama made a buck or two while in office! Violations of the judiciary, what are they talking about? POTUS can pardon ANYONE for ANY REASON, if you don't like that power being delegated to the President amend the law. Undermining the press, how's that? The press is full steam ahead like any other day trashing POTUS. They can do and say what they want, when they want and where they want. There has been no action restricting the press' First Amendment rights.

In the democrats world Trump is guilty of enforcing laws already on the books, because they hate any law/ reg that hurts their cause or allows him to call out their bs! Luis Gutierrez is an insidious, seditious little fellow who likes to go on his pal Jorge Ramos' show to talk about his plans for a protest on May Day. It would appear from this clip the socialist is community organizing some large scale act of resistance:

"We've already organized, in 33 states, 44 distinct activities. On May 1st, don't make plans in Jose Andres' restaurant, because its going to be closed, as are many others. And we are going to demand justice throughout this community, saying 'No more' to fear, 'No more' to terror in our community. It's a day for us to say 'We're here, and we're not leaving' and we are going to raise our voice throughout this country."

The Congressman clearly has a problem with federal law being enforced when it comes to immigration law, thus his alleged claims of "terror" in "their" communities. If you don't like it in America, don't like our laws let alone being expected to assimilate LEAVE!

It may be time for someone within the DOJ to remind the Congressman who swore an oath to the Constitution and United States. If this large scale protest actually comes to be there is no doubt we will see acts of violence committed by unhinged leftists who will be participating. That said he like other radicals in Congress are engaging in acts of insurrection, sedition and rebellion. Maybe we'll get lucky and he will do something that will not only get him arrested but expelled from Congress!?

The congressman is protesting illegal criminal aliens being rightfully rounded up and deported. The socialist claims ICE is going after all illegal aliens not just the criminals, which technically is their job. And whether he likes it or not DREAMERs do not have a right to be in America, no one cares how they got here, they like their parents/ caregivers are in the US illegally. If a person doesn't have legal status to be in the US they cannot transfer legal status to their children. Luis knows this yet continues on with the lies that DREAMERs are citizens!

Democrat socialist (closet communist) Luis Gutierrez chose to hijack the IRS hearing instead of addressing the serious matter of how the IRS was weaponized against Americans and corrupted under the leadership of John Koskinen after Lois Lerner's exit. Gutierrez carried on making a jerk of himself as he ate Skittles to make a point about Syrian refugees, how one bad Skittle doesn't make the whole bag bad, symbolizing not all muslims from terrorist nations should not be banned from entry in the US. I'm sorry but is this certified socialist now handing out materials on how to subvert US law aiding and abetting illegal aliens?! Please legal eagles look into US Code 8 Chp 12 and take action against this SOB and the obama regime.

Let me be clear I am NOT an attorney but under Section 8 USC 1324 it states any US citizen that willfully and knowingly assists an illegal alien, provides them with employment, food, water, shelter etc has committed a felony. This applies to city, county, state and federal officials like certain Congressmen offering "toolkits" to avoid deportation! Go read the code there is nothing in it exempting Congress or federal agencies, it reads "Any person who...". That said why won't anyone file charges or arrest those like Luis Gutierrez for blatantly encouraging (aka aiding and abetting) illegal aliens break the law? Executive amnesty is illegal, obama does not have the power to make laws. Executive orders which violate the law or undermine Congress should all be deemed illegal and no I don't care who started it or how long it has been going on. They meant to be used to change policy within the Executive Branch not apply to the nation and bypass the Legislative Branch. Obama is abusing this power because DHS is under the executive branch. Fact is he cannot do it and the courts not under his thumb will rule against him; Supreme Court has already ruled once against him. Socialist Rep Gutierrez: Obama Should Take "Bold" & "Generous" Executive Action on Immigration

This socialist is one of the key players or should I say consigliere's behind Darth Hussein's executive amnesty. This guy is practically salivating as time ticks down to the imperial emperors unilateral action. Luis cannot contain himself knowing a whole new pool of uninformed, uneducated, dependent, entitlement voters will bring more power and control to the demoncrat party. He also couldn't careless about the rule of law, it's why he works so hard to find ways around it.

We can only speculate that "bold" means it will be an EO covering millions of illegals and stopping deportations of those who have no legal right to be in the US. It's safe to assume "generous" will be all the free stuff/ entitlements Rep Gutierrez wants for illegals while granting them legal status, making them first class citizens. They will undoubtedly get voting rights down the road when people have forgotten and moved on becoming the new voting block dems needs to stay in indefinite power. The midterm victory for republican was the final nail in the coffin for the emperor to take action.
