How do you know when democrats are getting truly desperate to stay relevant and keep the campaign money flowing? They throw Americans under the bus and put DACA "kids" on pedestal that they're 'more American than most Americans'.

Obama Admitted in 2011 DACA Unconstitutional, in 2012 'Temporary', NOT a Pathway to Citizenship

The Supreme Court is hearing arguments over the DACA program, where proponents are doing everything within their power to have DREAMers more or less granted citizenship. Instead of pointing out who's right and wrong, let's just get down to the absolute irrefutable facts.

#1 Congress, aka the Legislative Branch, makes laws, including with respect to matters on immigration. The Executive Branch, aka White House/ Presidency, enforces the laws passed by Congress. The EB cannot make polices, nor "legislate" from the Oval Office, that violate the separation of powers, especially on issues of immigration.

#2 in 2011 obama appeared on Univison making it clear he does not have the authority to issue an Executive Order granting protective status for illegals. He makes it clear there are laws in place, restricting the authoritarian power the Left wanted him to invoke. This clip should be "Exhibit A" by the admins attorneys defending Pres Trump's plans to end DACA....

#3 Despite what was said, in April 2011 on Univison, obama went ahead issuing the Executive Order on DACA that he admitted wasn't legal. In what should be used as "Exhibit B" and a more powerful piece of evidence here he is speaking on June 15th, 2012 from the Rose Garden making it abundantly clear that DACA 'is not amnesty, this is not immunity. This is not a path to citizenship. It's not a permanent fix. This is a temporary stopgap measure...'

Yet the Left, media, many federal judges have in fact treated his Executive order as all those things obama said it wasn't!

How can something that is clearly illegal, unconstitutional, NEVER passed into law by Congress be treated by lawmakers and judges as if it is a law, where its validity is being argued at the Supreme Court?!

We won't know SCOTUS' decision on this until probably June 2020, but should they decide in favor of the DREAMers and the Left it will be confirmation of two things:

Bernie Sanders was out pandering to hispanic voters, at Mijente's: El Chisme 2020, making promises he knows he can't keep for primary votes. He told attendees what they wanted to hear, that he supports a comprehensive immigration reform and will grant a pathway to citizenship for the 11M illegals in the US. Democrats Introduce Legislation to Protect Illegal Aliens

While most of the country has been distracted with the college admission scandal, Operation Varsity Blues, the democrats introduced HR 6 The Dream and Promise Act today. Under the bill ILLEGAL ALIENS would be protected and it will open a pathway to citizenship! The act will also apply DACA/ DREAMers, even though it was an illegal action by obama.

DC District Judge Orders Obama's DACA Program to be Restarted (Video)

DC District Court Judge John Bates upheld DACA, overriding the Trump admin to end the program stating DHS must have a rational explanation to rescind it. He went on that an "assertion that a prior policy is illegal, accompanied by a hodgepodge of illogical or post hoc policy assertion, simply will not do."

Wow, have we missed something? Did something happen in 2012 that we all missed where apparently Congress PASSED legislation and obama signed Dream Act into law??

No that didn't happen but for some unknown, unexplained reason EVERYONE from Congress to the courts is treating DACA as if it's federal law. The truth is, DACA is and was an unconstitutional Executive Action by barack hussein obama blatantly violating the system of checks and balances, end running Congress, because he couldn't get any legislative support. Furthermore, he made it clear in the Rose Garden address June 15th, 2012 this directive in a memo to DHS (it wasn't even and Executive Order/ Action) was temporary!

How can a judge order a policy to stay in effect when it is not, and countless Constitutional scholars agreed is unconstitutional!? POTUS possesses plenary absolute powers when it comes to who can and cannot enter the United States for ANY reason. It's the same power that allows the Travel Ban to be enacted! We cannot have unelected, unaccountable judges interfering on issues of national security.

Like it or not DREAMers are illegal aliens, regardless of how they came into the US, whether they walked, were carried or their momma popped them out across the border! They like their parents DO NOT belong here. If they want to stay in the US, here are 10 conditions that must be in any comprehensive immigration bill or ALL bets are off!

Fed Judge Rules Against Trump Admin on DACA

For the third time a US District Court Judge, John Bates, appointed by George W. Bush, ruled against the Trump admins termination of DACA.

We can go into a long spat over right and wrong, and illegal immigration, but what's at issue here is federal courts are ruling to keep an illegal executive order in force! The order was actually a memorandum to DHS to not follow the law and break the rules. DACA is not and never was federal law, and for that matter neither is the DREAM Act, yet it's treated as such to this day. For those unclear let's rewind back to 2012 when obama initiated it:

"Secretary Napolitano announced new actions my administration will take to mend our nation's immigration policy, to make it more fair, more efficient, and more just -- specifically for certain young people sometimes called 'Dreamers.'"....

Obama knew it would not hold up in court because in 2010 he stated, "I am not king. I can't do these things just by myself."
March 2011, "respect to the notion that I can just suspend deportations through executive order, that's just not the case."
May 2011, obama said I can't "just bypass Congress and change the law myself. ... That's not how a democracy works."

DREAMers are illegal aliens, they like their parents, have no legal right to be here, let alone receive preferential treatment. This new ruling puts the spotlight on a very troubling and rapidly growing problem in this country with respect to judicial activism. What should have happened with this challenge to the Trump admin was for the judge to throw the case out of court!

This protest is wrong on multiple levels and a complete slap in the face to all Americans, including legal immigrants.

#2 Like it or not, illegal aliens (that is what DREAMers are) Have No Rights Under US Constitution. They DO NOT have the right to protest, per the First Amendment. The Constitution is not a treaty to the world where the protections and liberties spelled out within it apply to any non-US citizens on or off US soil. Those who are here illegally protesting in DC do not have that right, yet the event went on like any other legally organized, permitted protest.

#3 If you want to be a citizen of this country, you do not protest illegally while a megaphone ranting/ chanting in a foreign language.

#4 Illegal aliens have no right to be making any kind of demands to the nation they are dwelling, while breaking countless laws, up to and including document fraud (ie many have social security numbers!?). The disrespect they display is off the charts.

These people show absolutely no respect to this country carrying on the way they do. From blocking roads to getting aid from celebrities to harass Congressmen. When obama broke the law they had 5+ years to make things right, up to and including applying for citizenship. Instead of doing that, they protest, harass, milk the system, apply for college and financial aid. Does any that, which just touches the surface of what they do, sound like people who want to be US citizens? No, they want someone to pass a law and make them citizens with the stroke of pen.

Speaker Ryan Promises Congress Will Pass Amnesty for Illegal Aliens After Budget Deal

Speaker Paul Ryan, in his weekly presser, told the press and advocates for illegal aliens that he has every intention to move immigration reform aka illegal alien amnesty after Congress passes the budget deal. It would appear if a segment of Congress and the population whines long and loud enough politicians in fear will act to appease the mob.

While some may be surprised to hear and see Ryan's enthusiasm to do something about DACA, a nightmare illegally created by barack hussein obama, he has had every intention to pass amnesty since 2013! After he and Mitt Romney lost the 2012 election Ryan went MIA. He popped up July 2013 telling a town hall "We’re going to vote on a bill to legalize people who are undocumented”. As it would turn out he was working on an amnesty deal with socialist Luis Gutierrez!

The White House immigration proposal gives far too much to the democrats, who balked, by granting amnesty. DREAMers should be granted legal status along with 9 other conditions here, otherwise any deal on the table should be DOA.

The only people who want amnesty are the illegals, democrats and progressive republicans. Most Americans are against granting full citizenship, but some are ok with granting legal status, but not to the entire family. Frankly, if the immigration code was enforced most would self-deport. As for the DREAMers they've had almost 6 years to make things right. They didn't have time to apply for citizenship but did have time to protest, apply to colleges and free financial aid. Pelosi: Dreamers Being Held Hostage by Trump

Yes, DREAMers are being held hostage.... but they're being held hostage by the democrat party! Trump called their bluff with his offer to grant amnesty, which has upset his base to say the least, to almost 3 times the number of illegals obama wanted to give amnesty to and the dems balked. Think about it Trump asked for the wall and border security in exchange for 1.8m new democrat voters and the dems response is he's holding them hostage. 1.8M isn't enough, they want the families brought in via chain migration and the visa lottery system left in place, they want all illegals granted amnesty that will open the door to one party rule.

GOP Rep Calls on Capitol Police to Arrest Illegal Aliens Attending State of the Union Address

Democrats in a display of defiance to Pres Trump and the GOP have invited an estimated 2 dozen DREAMers, aka illegal aliens, to be their guest at the State of the Union address. In response to this act of rebellion, AZ Congressman Paul Gosar sent out a series of tweets informing followers and his constituents that he has contacted DC Capitol Police, as well as Attorney General Jeff Sessions, to "consider checking identification of all attending the State of the Union address and arresting any illegal aliens in attendance." Cutting back on immigration is not racist, won't "make American white again". Trump is open to anyone entering the US, “I want them to come in from everywhere, everywhere,” as long as they have something to offer America.

Once upon a time the US immigration system was based on a merit system. People like my father, who came here from Italy, had to have something to offer the country. My mothers father had to sponsor my father, that he would have a place to live, a job, would contribute and not be a burden to Americans. This kind of system protects a country because if you allow a bunch of unskilled, uneducated people to enter they will be dependent on the govt to survive.

Democrats want this dependency, they want people of low skill and education to be brought into the US in droves because they are potential voters for the DNC. The political debate over the fate of "DREAMers" — undocumented immigrants brought to the U.S. as children — has overlooked just how many there are in the country today: about 3.6 million.

That number of people whose lives risk being uprooted is not widely known, in large part because so much public attention has been focused recently on 800,000 mostly young DREAMers accepted into the Obama-era Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.

This smaller group of DREAMers is in the spotlight because President Trump terminated DACA in September, saying it was an illegal overreach of executive authority that can only come from Congress, which is negotiating with Trump on a compromise immigration plan.

While many politicians use DREAMer and DACA interchangeably, the terms are "not a distinction without a difference," said House Minority Whip Rep. Steny Hoyer, D-Md.

Trump and GOP Are Committing Political Suicide on DACA and Immigration Reform

DACA is not law, it was an illegal/ unconstitutional action by a lawless president [obama] via memorandum to DHS. It was not even an executive order or action, yet EVERYONE, progressive repubs and dems, treat it as if it is a law with a sunset for this March that must be renewed.

DREAMers are ILLEGAL ALIENS. No one cares how and what age they illegally entered the US. For POTUS and company to sit in the conference room today negotiating with democrats to pass DACA/ grant amnesty is political suicide. Democrats have NO intention on following through on any of their "promises" of border security in trade for granting DREAMers AMNESTY. The Wall will not be built if it is included in any comprehensive bill, funding for it's construction must be on a stand alone security bill, tethering it to anything will end up in disaster like we saw after '86.  Democrats ARE NOT in favor of border security regardless of what Steny Hoyer and others claim. They want illegals granted amnesty because they want the votes. They know it will lead to one party rule, as the theory has been proven in California, whose demographics have been radically changed resulting in it being under permanent one party rule.

Just as progressives SCREWED Pres Reagan over in '86 on immigration the same will happen to Pres Trump. These people, progressive R's & D's, have done nothing to date to earn the American people's trust, or give an confidence they'll act in our and the nations best interests with regards to immigration.

Furthermore these DREAMers have done absolutely NOTHING to deserve amnesty. Again they are ILLEGAL ALIENS and when obama made the announcement in 2012 NONE OF THEM took any steps to make things right to date!

DREAMers have not applied for citizenship, they have for the most part sat on the sidelines waiting for someone to make them legal with the stroke of a pen. It would appear after today's meeting Trump and the GOP are going to do just that.

ANYONE in the GOP moving forward on granting amnesty to DACA/ DREAMers aka illegal aliens is sending a clear message to their constituents they care more about illegals than US citizens. They are committing political suicide who will be run out of office, allowing the democrats to regain majorities in the House and Senate and Pres Trump could very well be impeached.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell fielded questions today before leaving for Christmas break stressing his desire to have more bipartisanship on future legislation. He gave two examples where he believes there will be bipartisan agreement, Dodd-Frank "to give some relief to smaller financial institutions" and DACA aka ILLEGAL ALIEN amnesty.

Why is the Senate Majority Leader talking about granting amnesty to illegal aliens? Why is the Senate Majority Leader talking about making an illegal executive order, by a fmr lawless president, into law?

The American people will not stand for amnesty being granted to anyone for any reason, including sad poor me stories! DREAMers/ DACA kids presence in the US is as ILLEGAL as their parents who brought them here. No one cares how or when they were brought in AND to grant them legal status is rewarding bad... criminal behavior!

Obama started this mess in 2012, those "kids" have had 5, count them FIVE years to make things right. Did any of them even attempt to apply for citizenship? No! But they had plenty of time to protest, get in front of cameras telling their sad poor me stories, apply for free tuition and all the other free stuff the democrats were handing out!

Nope sorry there will be NO AMNESTY and anyone in DC pushing it better be prepared to be run right out of office! You will be challenged in the primary you will lose your seat. The People have spoken loud and clear on this issue. We want the border secured, the wall built, criminal illegal aliens deported and those who shouldn't be here can leave or go to the back of the line. There are 10 conditions, but not limited to, that must be in any comprehensive immigration bill or ALL bets are off:

1) Illegal aliens will be granted legal/ resident status, not citizenship.
2) Illegals must pay a fine of $10,000 each, in cash. (No, it’s not unreasonable. These people broke the law, committed fraud, use fraudulent documents etc. There are fines and penalties that should be paid. Fees would be paid coming to the US the right way. When you factor in all the costs they’ve put on taxpayers $10K is pretty cheap. $10K is the price you will pay to stay in America after entering illegally)
3) Illegal aliens will be required to pay ALL back taxes, in cash. If illegal aliens cannot account for how long they have been in the US, then each illegal shall be hit for back taxes based on the number of years they are past the legal working age of 14 years old.
Ex: illegal alien is 28 yo, legal working age is 14, said individual will be required to pay 14 years back taxes.
All fines subsequent with failing to pay taxes will be required to be paid as well.
4) Illegal aliens can never vote. Their children and grandchildren cannot vote either. (3 generations, voting is a privilege not a right).... the other 6 conditions are here

Good grief first we had pink p__y hats for all the alleged oppressed women in America organized by a radical islamist. Now we have obama's DREAMers sporting orange hats as they stage a die-in demanding the passage of the DREAM Act! What's with the Left and their wacky costumes?

First things first, obama had NO legal authority to issue DACA, he admitted it was NOT amnesty, immunity, nor a path to citizenship.

But thanks to hiss illegal activity we now have DREAMers, aka ILLEGAL ALIENS, demanding DACA be made into law, granting them amnesty! They want everything he said his executive order was never intended to be!!

Second, and many will disagree but too bad this IS the truth, illegal aliens, regardless  when or how they got into the USA have NO rights under the US Constitution. The only "right" they're entitled to is an immigration hearing. Libs will no doubt challenge this, but facts are facts, he US Constitution is NOT a treaty with the world. Experts, like Fmr Atty Gen Michael Mukasey’s resume, supersedes their opinions and feelings on this issue. That said illegal aliens need to understand they don't have a right to protest in America. DREAMers seem to think that because they were brought into the US at a young age they are entitled to all the rights of a citizen simply because they grew up here, sorry but no they are not.

The American people will not stand for amnesty, that is what the DREAM Act is, given to anyone at any age for whatever excuse they use. Furthermore, Congress cannot be trusted to right such law because even though they admit chain migration is a problem, someone will sneak it in where those approx 800K DREAMers will try to get the whole family included.

Can they stay? Yes but there are 10 conditions that must be met for Americans to even consider such a bill going through. If not all bets are off and anyone.. ANYONE in GOP even tries to push the issue they will be run right out of office.

One last thing, obama bypassed the law in 2012, why haven't these DREAMers taken the initiative to make things right, apply for citizenship in the last 5 years?? Yea, exactly. They just want someone to make a law and grant them amnesty. To hell with them!
