Fed Judge Rules Against Trump Admin on DACA

For the third time a US District Court Judge, John Bates, appointed by George W. Bush, ruled against the Trump admins termination of DACA.

We can go into a long spat over right and wrong, and illegal immigration, but what's at issue here is federal courts are ruling to keep an illegal executive order in force! The order was actually a memorandum to DHS to not follow the law and break the rules. DACA is not and never was federal law, and for that matter neither is the DREAM Act, yet it's treated as such to this day. For those unclear let's rewind back to 2012 when obama initiated it:

"Secretary Napolitano announced new actions my administration will take to mend our nation's immigration policy, to make it more fair, more efficient, and more just -- specifically for certain young people sometimes called 'Dreamers.'"....

Obama knew it would not hold up in court because in 2010 he stated, "I am not king. I can't do these things just by myself."
March 2011, "respect to the notion that I can just suspend deportations through executive order, that's just not the case."
May 2011, obama said I can't "just bypass Congress and change the law myself. ... That's not how a democracy works."

DREAMers are illegal aliens, they like their parents, have no legal right to be here, let alone receive preferential treatment. This new ruling puts the spotlight on a very troubling and rapidly growing problem in this country with respect to judicial activism. What should have happened with this challenge to the Trump admin was for the judge to throw the case out of court!

Let me say it again for those not following this 100%:

DACA and the DREAM Act ARE NOT FEDERAL LAWS. How can a court enforce an illegal (as obama has admitted) unconstitutional executive order!?

Rep DeSantis: Democrats Care More About Illegal Immigrants Than Military

Rep Ron DeSantis dropped a nice truth bomb over this insane debate over illegal immigration. It is absurd that funding for the military and other programs are being held hostage by the democrat party in exchange for amnesty! DeSantis should've have really said democrats care more about illegal aliens than Americans. This fact needs to really set in with people because there are not enough people making it clear. All we hear day in and day out, outside of the Trump attacks, from the media, democrat politicians and pundits is undocumented immigrants this, DACA that, illegal immigrants this, DREAMers are US citizens etc. It's insulting really and infuriating really.

Democrats only care about illegals because they want votes. I've beaten it to death here but will continue to say it, democrats know changing the demographics will lead to one party rule. They did in California which is now under permanent one party rule that has destroyed the state, which now leads the country for high poverty. They control everything CA, have high taxes, high cost of living are extremely anti-Second Amendment while giving illegal aliens and radical unhinged Leftists free reign to do as the please. The dems want to reproduce that shift in power for the entire country. There can be NO deal on DACA granting amnesty, access to social entitlement programs etc as spelled out here.

It's shameful how the democrat party gets away with holding this country hostage all the time for their twisted ideology. When will the GOP and the people start standing up to these monsters?

DREAMers Traveling Abroad Warned to Return to the US Before Trump is Sworn In

Read and watch this again because it makes NO SENSE! DACA was more or less rejected by SCOTUS June 23rd, 2016 in a split decision. Obama's actions to bypass Congress with his backdoor amnesty was deemed illegal and lawless. There is NO "parole" for DREAMers, they are in the US illegally regardless of what age they entered the US or how they got here.

If you're in the US illegally where did you get the ID to travel abroad? Yea we know some states are issuing ID's to illegals but you need a passport to travel abroad. How are they getting a passport to exit the US but more importantly re-enter? To acquire a US passport you must provide proof of citizenship and identity...





... in which DREAMers do not possess any of, which is why obama went rogue! Under DACA they were granted temporary work permits, so that's all they need to come and go? BUT again all of that was rejected by the courts!

WHO IS ALLOWING illegals to "travel" abroad and then re-enter the US because they do not possess the credentials to meet the requirements to be issued US passport!?

So not only are immigrants illegally in the US but now they are coming and going freely! The border MUST BE shut down. US Customs and Border must be revamped under new direction to FOLLOW the law already on the books. The wall must be built, anything less is unacceptable and inexcusable. This isn't about race or bigotry, it has to do with national security. If "young immigrants who live illegally" in the US can travel abroad and come back so easily they are not captured, detained and deported then so can terrorists!

WHEN we get hit again, we'll learn in the aftermath the attackers walked right through the "front door".

Here Are the 26 Republicans Who Voted With Dems Opposed to Stopping DACA

These are the 26 Republicans who voted against an amendment, from todays DHS funding vote, to end obamas 2012 executive order on Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program. DACA you should know was the bait for the tens of thousands to illegally enter the US which lead to heated encounters and protests over the 2014 summer that continue to this day. One of the key reasons for the 2014 election landslide was over the people's objection to obamas executive orders and the rush of illegals into the US. Congress got the hint, campaigned on it but today, like last weeks vote for Boehner, only proves this useless party is right back to its old ways.

The GOP is dead, it's done gone the way of the Whig Party. At this point we might as well just call them the Whigs or Progressives. You can be sure another bill will come around and we will have a similar list of Whigs defecting siding with their Progressive democrat brothers and sisters. The American people have no true representation in Congress. The handful of rebels aka conservatives can only do so much. We also have to come to grips that even some of them will be tempted by the dark side as we have seen with Rubio, Flake, Ryan and many other former conservative/ TEA Party candidates.

Major Surge of Illegal Aliens at Southern Border

I'm just about out of words over what is happening at our border as America is being invaded!

Judge Napolitano and Dennis Michael Lynch both expressed the outrage many of us have over what is happening but we do not see it from ANY of our our leaders including those I've labeled the rebels of the GOP! Where are you Louie Gohmert, Steve King, Trey Gowdy, Rand Paul, Mike Lee, Ted Cruz etc?

Napolitano nailed it, obama caused this whole thing at the border but let me add he did it with the help of Congress! Obama is violating the law and encouraging illegals to break our laws.

Dennis Michael Lynch has been warning about all of this being on the front line documenting it all which has clearly been ignored by the masses!
