For months and months democrats and the Left have been screaming from every corner and soapbox about collusion and obstruction. Well here ya go they wanted evidence they got it, but since it's not on Pres Trump the Left isn't interested to hear this story. Leftists are ignoring all the clear solid examples of collusion and obstruction when it involves to obama, Clinton, and Loretta Lynch.
Judge Napolitano spells it all out that Lynch could very well face 5-10 years in prison for obstruction of justice. That said democrat politicians like Adam Schiff, Eric Swalwell, Maxine Waters and others, who have been attacking the President and his admin, will claim this is a hoax look for a way to protect Lynch.
The media won't touch any of this with a 50 foot pole either. Knowing them they'll find a way to blame republicans and Pres Trump for it!
Couldn't agree more with Judge Andrew Napolitano. Let's be honest the vitriol, hateful rhetoric and acts of violence are all coming from the left. It's not republicans, conservatives or TEA Party types rioting, burning property, assaulting people, creating hoaxes to remove POTUS or attempting to assassinate republican leaders to swing the balance of Congressional power!

Obama lied to the country about the Iranians, under criminal investigation, he cut loose to make nice with Tehran in order to get the nuclear deal through. They were nothing even close to be considered "civilians" as they acquired weapons and technology for nuclear weapons development. Judge Napolitano provided some legal insight as to whether or not Susan Rice broke the law by unmasking Trump and his staff who were subject to "incidental surveillance". While Rice had the power to unmask those who have been under surveillance she does not if it is not a national security issue. Multiple news outlets report Trump and co were under surveillance for over a year, before the election and was not related to the Russians or foreign intelligence. So what was her motivation if it wasn't political? This woman is lying and as the Judge warns someone engaging in such practice is committing espionage if anything they were made aware of was shared with others.
The FBI needs to bring Rice in and question her thoroughly because if she is called up to the Hill she will invoke the 5th Amendment.
The Judge is back and he is standing by his statement that the obama regime utilized the British GCHQ (similar to NSA) to spy on Pres Trump because it wouldn't leave "fingerprints".

If you weren't aware Fox News' Shep Smith and Bret Baier refuted the claim Judge Napolitano made that obama used the British version of the NSA, GCHQ, to spy on Donald Trump, during the election, as it would not leave any "US fingerprints".
Following the fallout since the Judge made that claim, the LA Times reported Napolitano was suspended.
Without hesitation the corrupt lying media jumped all over this as a way to trash Pres Trump after he tweeted out obama was "'wire tapping'" him. Mediate known for jumping on the trash conservatives bandwagon reported the Judge's suspension as well, BUT showed some journalistic integrity by reaching out to Fox News for clarification.
Mediate is now reporting, per a Fox source, Napolitano WAS NOT suspended!

So one is left to ask a simple question:
Where did you, LA Times, get your facts from that Andrew Napolitano was suspended?

Is anyone surprised obama sought the help from the British spy agency GCHQ (Brit version of the NSA) to spy on Trump? Obama used every tool available to him to spy on his enemies. This news from Judge Napolitano makes total sense his majesty would use resources outside the US to get dirt on Donald Trump because "there's no American fingerprints on this". Lil barry probably hoped to cover his tracks by using the GCHQ and assumed loyalists in Britain wouldn't let the cat out of the bag! Well someone did and it helps support Pres Trump's claims obama spied on him. For all we know someone at the GCHQ tipped Trump off, which resulted in his tweet about obama wiretapping him!

IMO Trump and his team were under surveillance prior to his swearing in AND the Electoral College casting their votes, with the hopes something could be found to take Donald Trump down! While everyone is happy, celebrating the incoming Trump admin, the imperial obama regime isn't done screwing us until 12:01pm Jan 20th 2017. Judge Napolitano explained a secret order by Attorney General Loretta Lynch that allows the NSA, who as you know has been spying on all of us, to share data with other govt agencies.
Now on the surface that may sound good, because it will allow agencies to move faster on potential threats, the problem is, as Napolitano explains, this order bypasses the 4th Amendment!
'This allows law enforcement to bypass the 4th Amendment, to acquire evidence of criminal behavior, without a search warrant from a judge based on probable cause, which has been the law of the land..'
Got it?! Whatever agency that has access to the data, again from the NSA spying on all of us, the FBI, State Police, prosecutors, foreign agencies etc will not have to seek a warrant anymore. The data can be given 'to anybody who wants it if they need it... she [Lynch] has removed the walls round this stuff [data]'.
This is such an abuse of power one hopes the Judge, who has Trump's ear, will warn him and the incoming Attorney General, Jeff Sessions, will reverse it. But at this point with only hours to go, we can only imagine what other actions this dangerous obama regime has taken against the American people.
That said, as obama leaves office he is trashing everything in his path leaving one hell of a mess for Trump. So let me again reiterate a warning:
The democrats have been trashing this country for years. They are creating so much havoc a GOP sweep as we have experienced at the ballot box was inevitable. Some say not true but the Judge explains it will be the same type pardon Nixon was granted, even though there are still ongoing investigations on the Clinton Foundation and public corruption while Clinton was Sec of State.
Hate to say it but looks like this witch, with what 3 scandals going, is going to get away with it unless someone from inside her inner circle turns on her!
One last thing, there's a larger problem everyone seems to be overlooking that is frankly dangerous. The DOJ like the IRS and many govt agencies has now been weaponized by whichever party occupies the White House.
Harry Reid is running his mouth again suggesting shamed FBI Dir James Comey broke the law (Hatch Act ) when he announced he was reopening the Clinton email investigation. First off Senator Reid is a compulsive, a political hack and self-admitted liar. He has abused Constitutional powers to slander American citizens under Article 1 Section 6 Clause 1 (aka Speech and Debate Clause). NOTHING that comes out of Harry Reid's mouth should be taken seriously or have any validity. Furthermore any media citing his recent comments in defense of Hillary Clinton, as if to give credibility to Reid, should be questioned.

As Judge Napolitano explains the Hatch Act prevents people in govt from using "federal assets, federal time," or their positions to campaign not to make law enforcement decisions that effect a campaign. See simple and clear, but Reid will push his lies to the limits to protect Felon Hillary. He lied repeatedly, on the Senate floor, about Mitt Romeny not paying taxes which had an affect in 2012. Now he is doing it again to discredit the already shamed Jim Comey when just a few months ago he was being praised.
Reid is a despicable, vile, decrepit, EVIL old man who is directly responsible for much of obama's radical agenda getting through and should be in jail.
Judge Napolitano is one of the few willing to say the truth to demonstrate how the FBI has failed the American people. Question to ask is: who gave the order to let Hillary off? Was it the result of the meeting between Bill Clinton and Atty Gen Lynch, or did it come from the imperial throne room to ensure emperor obama's legacy via a third term in a Hillary Clinton presidency?
Regardless of where, fact remains the level of deception and pure corruption is on full display at the FBI which has no bounds. As I've argued repeatedly FBI Director James Comey has proven without a shadow of doubt the United States of America is a Banana Republic.
The left is quick to organize and protest over police shootings, corrupt politicians and figureheads on the right, or someone they deem a racist. Where are the marches and protests DEMANDING Comey's resignation or for Congress to initiate impeachment proceedings? There is no other way for Judge Napolitano to explain what the obama DOJ did, to Federal District Judge Andrew Hanen, than to say 'they lied, and they lied about lying.' The regimes attorneys have "intentionally" lied when arguing obama's executive amnesty:

This court would be remiss if it left such unseemly and unprofessional conduct unaddressed."" ~ WE
The DOJ more or less LIED 100K times because 100K illegal aliens were given a temporary pass when the DOJ said they weren't! Another example confirming this country is a Banana Republic (it will be in stone when Clinton is set free for violating the Espionage Act). The Judge threw the book at the DOJ, Atty Gen Lynch and he ordered these SOB's to mandatory ethics classes but that won't change a thing, this country needs a good old-fashioned purge...

America this FBI investigation is THE test that will once and for all determine if this nation is still a Republic or a Banana Republic with two sets of rules: one for the elites (like Clinton), the other for we the peons! As the Judge makes clear there is more than enough evidence to indict and convict Hillary Clinton for violating the Espionage Act(among other laws broken) which is a felony punishable with fines and jail time.
If the DOJ does not have the will to indict AND PROSECUTE Clinton then this nation is on its way down for sure. Frankly those involved with the investigation should resign or be forced out. Hopefully there are some people of honor and principle working within the FBI who will leak damaging information directly pointing fingers of blame and then resign in protest.
Judge Napolitano has made it clear, at the least Hillary Clinton is guilty of negligence under the Espionage Act in handling top secret emails which jeopardizes national security. Why the FBI is dragging its feet on this is not puzzling because they have more than enough to indict her. No doubt Atty Gen Lynch is getting in the way since she has more or less stated they are in no hurry.
The level of incompetence at the State Dept or complicity to cover Hillary's tracks is off the charts. If any of us had done a fraction of what Clinton and her staffers have done we would already be in jail. The State Dept is a complete and utter failure that should be gutted, heck all of DC needs to be gutted at this point!
Clinton and her lackeys think they were smart to hand pick what emails to hand over while deleting others. As the Judge indicates the FBI was able to recover 33K deleted emails so surely enough evidence has been recovered to indict, prosecute and convict her for violating 18 US Code 793.
A lot of Americans hope the Judge is correct that the FBI is taking notes on everything this lying witch is saying. Clinton's appearance with Chuck Todd is her way of showing how defiant and above the law she thinks she is.
Clinton has been lying her entire political career; because she can. This above the law attitude runs rampant in DC. The fact that she and many like her haven't been held responsible for anything while gaining more money and power just goes to show how much of a Banana Republic this has become. There is more than enough evidence present against Clinton that if it were any other American they would have been indicted by now. These detention centers illegal are being held at should not be resorts. The courts need to accelerate and streamline hearings to more or less send illegals back to their nation of origin. There is no reason for them to be here long-term, other nations like Mexico send illegal back almost immediately.
With so many Americans out of work it should be clear now why this regime and many in Congress and state govts are pandering to illegals. They can be easily controlled and convinced to keep the Washington cartel in power. US citizens have more or less been transformed into second class citizens and treated like an enemy. This govt has no intentions of doing anything to curb the volume of illegals invading the US. One party rule is the end goal and illegals are the gateway to that.
