This is a load of bull, for a network who goes out of their way to have people on the ground ASAP following a tragedy or major news event. They were all over the riots, airing them as they unfolded with people cursing, committing assault, looting you name it.
Don't be upset or surprised by Fox breaking away, the daytime lineup's hostility and negative coverage of the Trump admin has been increasing for a while. Everything Regan said on Mar 9th is true, but if the Left and especially the ChiComs don't like it well then you're in big trouble..
So what's really going on at Fox?
This move and many others, obvious to longtime viewers, conservative guests and even the President, who has expressed dismay/disappointment, of their change in content and coverage shows the networks intentions are becoming clear, they're playing the long game to survive post-Pres Trump!
For years Fox has been/was the go to for republicans and conservatives, especially during the obama admin and in the run up to the 2016 election. But ever since Trump was elected and took office, along with several big names leaving the network coupled with Rupert Murdoch, who owns Fox's parent company Newscorp, handing the reigns over to his sons (who are big time liberals) the network has been changing its content and coverage. More and more daytime hosts and guests began to show their true colors that they are not fans of President Trump. Just mentioning Shep Smith, Judge Napolitano, Juan Williams, Neil Cavuto, Marie Harf, Chris Wallace, Bret Baier (YEA he's no angel!), the absurd hiring of Donna Brazile and a never-ending list of liberal and NeverTrump guests gets conservatives blood boiling. [Yea yea Paul Ryan being on the board] Constant negative coverage, cheap-shots, low blows or very subtle hits against Trump and conservatives are a common occurrence, including from up-and-comers like Leland Vittert and Gillian Turner.
Most staunch republicans and conservatives only tune-in for The Five (putting up with Juan Williams lies and dem propaganda), Tucker Carlson Tonight, Sean Hannity and Laura Ingraham during the week and Judge Pirro, Gutfeld Show, Watters World and Mark Levin on the weekends. On Fox Business the pickings are quite slim with Maria Bartiromo, Charles Payne (he's been fair to Trump), Lou Dobbs, Regan and Kennedy (who has been okay too).
The long game is this - Fox has made a clear shift to Center-Left because they want to capture the market share/viewers of CNN, MSNBC and the other networks who have gone off the deep end upsetting and turning off their moderate democrat viewers. They are ticking off their viewers in the same way Fox has, who is preparing for the Post-Trump era. When Trump leaves office all the people who are watching now won't be when he's gone. Fox wants the viewers from the other networks to cover for those they'll lose so they're doing this gradual change.
Trish Regan's ousting is another confirmation of this. Her monologue wasn't that bad, keep in mind her show is an opinion show like Carlson, Hannity and Ingraham. What she did is nothing compared to what contributor Donna Brazile, who is still on Fox's payroll, has said. Go listen to Juan Williams for a few minutes, he's spewing all kinds of liberal progressive bullshit every single day no different from Regan being pro-Trump. He's still there with his 7 figure contract.
You can argue against this theory all you want but there is no other explanation for what Fox is doing. They made out like bandits with ratings and ad revenue on Trump's coattails; lost a lot of clients along the way too. It's a business, they want to stay profitable post-Trump and the only way to do that is be CNN-lite attracting those moderate viewers. Keep in mind CNN, MSNBC and the others are DOA the day Trump is no longer in office. When he's gone they have no one to attack, except for the RINO's in DC, the NRA, gun owners etc. But that won't be enough for Cooper to Maddow to survive, Stelter will lose his mind - when Trump goes they're all done! Fox/Newscorp execs KNOW THIS and they want to get those viewers so that's why people like Trish Regan are getting the boot! And don't be surprised if another high-profile personality is gone before the end of Trump's presidency.
The only good thing about this is it opens the door for up and coming networks like OAN or some entity that doesn't exist yet. Glenn Beck and Mark Levin are doing what they can to bring talent over to Blaze TV acknowledging people can't be spending X dollars on every single "show", but the cable tv gods aren't so kind we may never see the Blaze everywhere. Something new and better will come out of all of this hopefully bringing all the talent and personalities doing their own thing online.
People on the Right will grin and bear Fox, but the day will come when the channel is permanently turned off. Fox's pandering to the Left is obvious, who knows maybe when Trump is out he'll buy/start a network to put them in their grave!
The democrats as you are probably aware are quite alarmed over President Trump's handling of coronavirus. They don't think he is doing enough, not taking the necessary actions even though they themselves haven't produced an alternative plan. The subject of how to handle CV came up at the Fox News Bernie Sanders town hall.
When Sanders was asked how he would handle CV, more specifically whether he would close the border he said 'NO'! Fox News' Sandra Smith is towing the progressive line keeping guests politically correct even when they point out facts during a discussion about attacks against BP. The raccoon eyed host got upset with National Border Patrol Council VP Art Del Cueto for stating “When you have individuals in large quantities that enter another country by force or illegally, waving the flag of another country, that is an invasion. I stand by those words."
There was nothing wrong with what Del Cueto said, he had what's happening on the border dead to rights. People need to start pushing back on progressives (there are many at Fox are showing their true colors over the last year, from Smith to Regan), don't debate but have them explain things if they deem what you FACTUALLY and ACCURATELY stated isn't so. What Del Cueto should have done after this progressive interrupted him was ask, "Well Sandy, if it's not an invasion what exactly would you call it!?" Rep Gerry Connolly is calling for Fox News to fire Sean Hannity because it was revealed in a hearing today with Trump's attorney Micheal Cohen Hannity was a "client". The Congressman took cheap shots claiming Hannity has pushed birther, Seth Rich, Hillary Clinton conspiracies and that he distributes "false and fake news left and right" before defending his positions theres a conflict of interest for Hannity to be connected to Cohen and do news on Fox.
There is no conflict of interest. Cohen is NOT Hannity's attorney, anymore than Alan Dershowitz or Joe di Genova! How many attorneys does CNN put on air taking their word as gospel when asked to give their opinion on an issue?! What they are doing, what anyone does in that circumstance, is no different from the "relationship" Hannity has with Cohen. We've all gone to an atty at one time or another to "run something by them". Connolly KNOWS this but wants to pile on as there is a new push to get Hannity off the air. Media Matters has again posted a list of his advertisers for calls to boycott him!
Connolly is out of line suggesting Fox News should fire Hannity. He only knows what he has heard, and has clearly made insane assumptions without any facts presented. This is not surprising to see from a radical democrat on CNN, which is notorious for smearing people and pushing fake news.

If you weren't aware Fox News' Shep Smith and Bret Baier refuted the claim Judge Napolitano made that obama used the British version of the NSA, GCHQ, to spy on Donald Trump, during the election, as it would not leave any "US fingerprints".
Following the fallout since the Judge made that claim, the LA Times reported Napolitano was suspended.
Without hesitation the corrupt lying media jumped all over this as a way to trash Pres Trump after he tweeted out obama was "'wire tapping'" him. Mediate known for jumping on the trash conservatives bandwagon reported the Judge's suspension as well, BUT showed some journalistic integrity by reaching out to Fox News for clarification.
Mediate is now reporting, per a Fox source, Napolitano WAS NOT suspended!

You have probably heard all the back and forth and criticisms over the poor handling of the Fox News GOP Debate. Up until now you've heard nothing that compares to Mark Levin, who spent the entire first hour of his show, eviscerating Megyn Kelly and Fox News.
Levin methodically and calmly took the network and Kelly apart over their "unseriousness" and "disrespectfulness" handling of a debate that is about the American people NOT THEM! The Great One had no problem with the very first question asked to Trump by Bret Baier, who he cited as the only real journalist. When it came to the one in the center chair, well he had choice words for her!
Being an attorney one would expect Kelly to have done her due diligence before attacking Trump. Levin first lets us hear an attack on Trump and his family from Rosie O'Donnell on The View to understand why Trump had choice words for her. He then played audio from Celebrity Apprentice, because he had to since NO ONE ELSE WOULD to set the record straight, showing Trumps words towards Brandy Roderick were not offensive. Keep in mind Kelly/Fox had to go back to a season 6 episode of The Apprentice and take what he said OUT OF CONTEXT for this premeditated attack. Roderick is then heard expressing she had no problem with the exchange yet Kelly would have you believe an inappropriate sexual innuendo was expressed by Trump.
While you listen to this understand the tactic Kelly/ Fox used should sound familiar. Why? It's a tactic we have heard others point out used by Karl Rove during past elections to destroy candidates who challenged those he backed! Why Levin did not point this out is puzzling, but make no mistake about it, this premeditated/planned attack on Trump had Rove written all over it. As far as the selective questioning and/or ignoring true conservative candidates, like Ted Cruz and Dr Ben Carson, that too more than likely had a Rove signature on it.
Why this all matters with Trump and Levin destroying Kelly/ Fox is because the establishment GOP is being exposed. People you think are neutral are showing their true colors now. Recently on Twitter I used a quote from Yoda and it's dead-on to what is going on right now:

Muath al-Kaseasbeh has been all but scrubbed from the net we have to rely on a play-by-play by the media like Shep Smith. To answer Smiths question why ISIS executed Lt. al-Kaseasbeh this way is simple. In the eyes of the killers this execution was symbolic to the "crimes" pilots like have committed against ISIS fighters and civilians. To islamic radicals if pilots are going to drop bombs which burn and bury/ crush people to death under rubble then these infidels should face the same fate. That is why Lt. Muath al-Kaseasbeh was burned and buried under rubble in the video.
One thing is for sure we are at war but have no leadership to engage this enemy. Want to know what it was like in the 1930's with the rise of the Nazis? Look around you're witnessing history repeat itself this ISIS, al Qaeda, Boko Haram, the Taliban etc are modern day Nazis.
There is nothing unfair about expecting moderate muslims to rise up and speak out against radical islam. When extremists in any other religion or group act up those who are sane within said religions or groups will condemn the extremists. This Ahmed Shihab-Eldin is just not telling the truth about how other religions or groups react, he deflecting because he has no defense for the absolute silence coming from the muslim community. The Westboro Baptist Church is the perfect example of religious extremism outside the norms of Christian beliefs. These people are vile, disgusting and have been rightfully called out and counter protested. Christians don't cower in corner and clam up, they spoke out making it clear this group of lunatics do not represent all Christians. But for whatever reason it is a crime to expect moderate muslims to do the same calling out the radical extremists. This leaves us to conclude moderate muslims live in fear and/or approve of the extremists actions.
If this jerk thinks he is going to convince people bigotry or islamophobia is in play he has another thing coming. Seriously?! Taking shots at Fox isn't going to get him any credibility either since people are wise to the bias or rather cowering CNN and the crap media gives to radical islam. As a matter of fact what CNN and the others do only empowers islamic extremists to continue to strike since they are afraid to call them out where as Fox and its personalities do. We saw 4 million French citizens marching and it's probably safe to bet the majority if not all of the 6 million muslims living in France didn't participate. That is what is at issue, muslims and muslim nations remaining silent. To this day the majority of the muslim community worldwide has remained silent after all the terrorists attacks in their religions name, so clearly we must conclude the community approves. Or did some of the Arab nations launch massive sweeps of islamic radicals that we all missed?
