On 9/24 Judge Nap gave his BIASED opinion during Smith's 3pm show that was questioned later that night by Tucker Carlson who had Joe 'Luca Brasi' diGenova on for clarification. As you'll see in the clip that breaks it all down Joe had choice words for Judge Nap. The following day 9/25 Smith had a segment dedicated to defending Judge Nap while condemning the treatment he received the previous night from Carlson and diGenova. Smith even ran through a list of legal experts who agree with Napolitano's analysis that Tucker felt compelled to address, inviting Joe back on to respond and it went as you would expect...

For the record Smith has NEVER had any legal expert on to give him alternative opinion than what he wants to hear. More and more information is coming to light pointing a finger that obama was involved with spying on Trump to sabotage his presidential run. Again, there is no way obama, the President of the United States, would not be aware of current investigations of this magnitude involving a presidential candidate from his daily security and intelligence briefings. Loretta Lynch as AG would have run it by him and he has all the motive in the world to play a role. "Ample evidence" against Clinton is the definition of an understatement! The case has been made for well over a year now over the criminal actions committed by Hillary Clinton and those in her team. Why the DOJ, under Jeff Sessions, has chosen to let her walk is beyond infuriating. Judge Napolitano has been vindicated by CNN of all places with this story of how British intel through "incidental collection" had in fact intercepted communications between Trump staff "Russian officials and other Russian individuals during the campaign and passed on those communications to their US counterparts, US congressional and law enforcement and US and European intelligence sources tell CNN."

So first off all the sites who reported Napolitano was fired and suspended because of the allegations he made about the GCHQ need to apologize.

Second, WHY was British and European intel agencies so quick to share this info with "US counterparts" and who in the US actually received this intel during the campaign? Who are the "counterparts", who in Congress and law enforcement were given access?

Third and more importantly Fox News' Shepard Smith should be FIRED for attacking, dismissing and delegitimizing Napolitano.

The smoking gun is still out there tying this to obama, but as Napolitano warned, obama went this route so “there’s no American fingerprints on this”.

British intelligence passed Trump associates' communications with Russians on to US counterparts

Washington (CNN)British and other European intelligence agencies intercepted communications between associates of Donald Trump and Russian officials and other Russian individuals during the campaign and passed on those communications to their US counterparts, US congressional and law enforcement and US and European intelligence sources tell CNN.

The communications were captured during routine surveillance of Russian officials and other Russians known to western intelligence. British and European intelligence agencies, including GCHQ, the British intelligence agency responsible for communications surveillance, were not proactively targeting members of the Trump team but rather picked up these communications during what's known as "incidental collection," these sources tell CNN.

The European intelligence agencies detected multiple communications over several months between the Trump associates and Russian individuals -- and passed on that intelligence to the US. The US and Britain are part of the so-called "Five Eyes" agreement (along with Canada, Australia and New Zealand), which calls for open sharing among member nations of a broad range of intelligence.

The communications are likely to be scrutinized as part of the Senate Intelligence Committee's investigation into Russia's efforts to meddle in the 2016 presidential election.

"If foreign intelligence agencies share information with US intelligence, and it's relevant to the investigation, then of course the intelligence committee will look at it," a source close to the Senate investigation told CNNread more

NO, Judge Napolitano Wasn't Suspended!!

If you weren't aware Fox News' Shep Smith and Bret Baier refuted the claim Judge Napolitano made that obama used the British version of the NSA, GCHQ, to spy on Donald Trump, during the election, as it would not leave any "US fingerprints".

Following the fallout since the Judge made that claim, the LA Times reported Napolitano was suspended.

Without hesitation the corrupt lying media jumped all over this as a way to trash Pres Trump after he tweeted out obama was "'wire tapping'" him. Mediate known for jumping on the trash conservatives bandwagon reported the Judge's suspension as well, BUT showed some journalistic integrity by reaching out to Fox News for clarification.

Atty Gen Lynch Made Secret Deal to Share NSA Data Bypassing 4th Amendment

While everyone is happy, celebrating the incoming Trump admin, the imperial obama regime isn't done screwing us until 12:01pm Jan 20th 2017. Judge Napolitano explained a secret order by Attorney General Loretta Lynch that allows the NSA, who as you know has been spying on all of us, to share data with other govt agencies.

Now on the surface that may sound good, because it will allow agencies to move faster on potential threats, the problem is, as Napolitano explains, this order bypasses the 4th Amendment!

'This allows law enforcement to bypass the 4th Amendment, to acquire evidence of criminal behavior, without a search warrant from a judge based on probable cause, which has been the law of the land..'

Got it?! Whatever agency that has access to the data, again from the NSA spying on all of us, the FBI, State Police, prosecutors, foreign agencies etc will not have to seek a warrant anymore. The data can be given 'to anybody who wants it if they need it... she [Lynch] has removed the walls round this stuff [data]'.

This is such an abuse of power one hopes the Judge, who has Trump's ear, will warn him and the incoming Attorney General, Jeff Sessions, will reverse it. But at this point with only hours to go, we can only imagine what other actions this dangerous obama regime has taken against the American people.

That said, as obama leaves office he is trashing everything in his path leaving one hell of a mess for Trump. So let me again reiterate a warning:

NOTHING that comes out of Harry Reid's mouth should be taken seriously or have any validity. Furthermore any media citing his recent comments in defense of Hillary Clinton, as if to give credibility to Reid, should be questioned.

As Judge Napolitano explains the Hatch Act prevents people in govt from using "federal assets, federal time," or their positions to campaign not to make law enforcement decisions that effect a campaign. See simple and clear, but Reid will push his lies to the limits to protect Felon Hillary. He lied repeatedly, on the Senate floor, about Mitt Romeny not paying taxes which had an affect in 2012. Now he is doing it again to discredit the already shamed Jim Comey when just a few months ago he was being praised.

Reid is a despicable, vile, decrepit, EVIL old man who is directly responsible for much of obama's radical agenda getting through and should be in jail.
