1964 SCOTUS Ruling Gives Americans the Right to Give School Boards, Govt & Public Officials Hell!

 
As you are aware the Attorney General has ordered the FBI to go after parents, who are being deemed domestic terrorists, for giving school boards and other public officials hell over radical policies being pushed on children and communities with regards to CRT, face panty mandates, acceptance of multi-genders(bathroom use), pornographic material being used to teach about sex etc - all the vile crap the Left embraces.
Here's what you need to know and it's quite simple: You have every right to chew these people out per a 1964 SCOTUS ruling in NY Times vs Sullivan, where Justice Brennan wrote, “..profound national commitment to the principle that debate on public issues should be uninhibited, robust, and wide-open, and that it may well include vehement, caustic, and sometimes unpleasantly sharp attacks on government and public officials…” Yes, the case was about libel, but the same rules apply to whats spoken because it's a free speech/ First Amendment issue.

Citing an increase in harassment, intimidation and threats of violence against school board members, teachers and workers in our nation’s public schools, today Attorney General Merrick B. Garland directed the FBI and U.S. Attorneys’ Offices to meet in the next 30 days with federal, state, Tribal, territorial and local law enforcement leaders to discuss strategies for addressing this disturbing trend. According to the Attorney General’s memorandum, the Justice Department will launch a series of additional efforts in the coming days designed to address the rise in criminal conduct directed toward school personnel. Those efforts are expected to include the creation of a task force, consisting of representatives from the department’s Criminal Division, National Security Division, Civil Rights Division, the Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys, the FBI, the Community Relations Service and the Office of Justice Programs, to determine how federal enforcement tools can be used to prosecute these crimes, and ways to assist state, Tribal, territorial and local law enforcement where threats of violence may not constitute federal crimes.
The Justice Department will also create specialized training and guidance for local school boards and school administrators. This training will help school board members and other potential victims understand the type of behavior that constitutes threats, how to report threatening conduct to the appropriate law enforcement agencies, and how to capture and preserve evidence of threatening conduct to aid in the investigation and prosecution of these crimes.
Threats of violence against school board members, officials, and workers in our nation’s public schools can be reported by the public to the FBI’s National Threat Operations Center (NTOC) via its national tip line (1-800-CALL-FBI) and online through the FBI website (http://fbi.gov/tips). To ensure that threats are communicated to the appropriate authorities, NTOC will direct credible threats to FBI field offices, for coordination with the U.S. Attorney’s Office and law enforcement partners as appropriate. Reporting threats of violence through NTOC will help the federal government identify increased threats in specific jurisdictions as well as coordinated widespread efforts to intimidate educators and education workers."

AG Barr announced he doesn't anticipate an investigation against obama or Biden regardless of the fact they were deeply involved in the Russia hoax. James Clapper: 'An Inquiry Done Fairly and Objectively Would Be Useful'

The obama admin's former Dir of Nat'l Intelligence, James Clapper, a willing participant in the Russian hoax/ soft coup against Pres Trump, is showing clear signs he is the horse to bet on over who will roll on the coup conspirators. He's all in favor "an inquiry fairly done" by the DOJ/ AG Barr into how the witch hunt got started because he knows whoever cooperates will get the best deal, including avoiding jail time.

Clapper has already pointed the finger of blame at obama (several times actually!) for ordering Pres Trump to be spied on. The fear this man has of spending the remainder of his life in jail is on display in almost every interview he gives. FAILED COUP - Mueller to DOJ: NO 'Further Indictments'

The Mueller special counsel report was delivered to the DOJ today where a senior DOJ official said Mueller is 'not recommending any further indictments". There is a reason this site barely posted on the Russian Collusion conspiracy, it was crap from day one. I was not going to be a party to the circus the democrats were orchestrating (with the hopes of impeaching Trump), wasting my time explaining why they're wrong. For instance Mueller's very appointment was illegal. A crime must be committed/ identified for special counsel to be appointed, that never happened here. Rod Rosenstein having his hands deep in the cookie jar with his involvement of Uranium One had all the reasons in the world to get rid of POTUS by appointing his FRIEND Robert Mueller who appointed all democrats to his team, many Clinton supporters. During the 2 years of Mueller probe not one person was indicted for colluding (collusion is not a crime, second reason for not covering this day in - day out) with the Russians. ALL the individuals on the left citing admin officials or those with ties to the Trump campaign (ie Flynn, Manafort, Cohen) who were indicted and/ or prosecuted by Mueller, leave out the fact said charges are over UNRELATED process crimes, for everything from lying under oath to not paying their taxes.

House Intel Chairman: There Will Be 'Hell to Pay' If DOJ Does Not Turn Over Documents 📺

The DOJ has been stonewalling Congressional oversight committees (Intel, Oversight etc) with their requests for documents relevant to the Trump-Russia probe. Rep Devin Nunes tells Maria Bartiromo that if the requested info does not begin to show up, starting Monday, come Wednesday there will be 'hell to pay'!

House members have already drawn up a resolution for the entire body to vote on compelling compliance from the DOJ. This is nothing more than an official slap on the wrist. Congress needs to move on holding Rod Rosenstein
and other DOJ officials in contempt, moving quickly to impeachment. They have had far too much time, and are clearly running down the clock in what can only be perceived as CYA at this point. What other reason could there be to stonewall? We've seen redacted documents released only to those documents declassified where the redacted info had nothing to do with national security, but more about protecting individuals. That's all theyre doing at this point is covering for each other. ALL parties involved honestly believed Hillary would be elected and none of their actions to interfere and obstruct with the election would be buried.

The recent IG report revealed texts and other information was never made available to the House Intel Committee that has enraged leaders. This just goes to show how out of control this entire scandal has become where even the IG is acting above the law. Horowitz ruined his career with this report suggesting no bias when it's all over it!

The US govt has system of Checks & Balances: Congress maintains oversight over the DOJ. Rosenstein is acting as if he is a govt unto himself and can run the agency any way he sees fit. Yes you read that right, Rosenstein is running the DOJ not Jeff Sessions. That in itself should tell you how bad things really are!

People really need to go to jail on this because if they don't it is more proof this country is a Banana Republic. The IG report concluded there is no bias yet all we see in it are examples of bias. No one is going to send a text or email literally spelling it out. As Mark Levin explained, after the release of the report, the lack of pro-Trump texts, emails or senior officials along with no anti-Hillary text, emails and senior officials is the proof of absolute bias!

We have govt officials who believe they know what's best for America, that you, the voter and TAX PAYERS, are incapable of choosing a president to lead the country. These people operate on delusions of grandeur and massive power trip to literally try to frame Donald Trump of "colluding" with Russia and obstruction when they are in fact the ones colluding and obstructing.

The long list of questions Pirro runs through demonstrate how poorly this 550 page was done. It makes you wonder if IG Horowitz was getting orders from someone on how to conduct his investigation! Noooo that couldn't happen could it?! Sure it could because the parties involved all have a lot to lose. Comey, Lynch, Clinton, Obama, Rosenstein etc all have been caught lying and jeopardizing national security. As for AG Sessions, it is way past time for Jeff to get the hell out of the DOJ. POTUS should fire Rosenstein which will trigger Sessions resignation. There is not one text, email, or senior level FBI official cited in the report showing support for Donald Trump. There are no texts, emails or FBI officials in the report that are anti-Hillary Clinton. There are no pro-Trump That there is all the proof you need America to know everything Wray and the democrats are saying are untrue.

There was clearly bias against Trump, the text messages between Strzok and Page are proof of that as they establish intent to stop Trump via the insurance plan. The Mueller probe playing out right now is EXACTLY what they conspired, revealed in this report!

Earlier today Hannity tweeted out "Tick Tock", hinting to breaking news is coming. He opened his show revealing the DOJ is actively recovering the alleged lost/deleted text messages that were in the FBI's possession between Strzok and Page, from a crucial period time that has opened the door to this "one giant incestuous circle of corruption".

While this is good news keep in mind there are elements within the DOJ/ FBI who are knee-deep in this scandal, frankly it is shocking to hear this news knowing what we know. Remember Comey confirmed in July 2016 the US is a Banana Republic when he cut Clinton loose, all of which has been confirmed now. They knew she was guilty but changed language to let her walk.
