Fmr Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein was grilled today in the Senate Judiciary Cmte where he more or less admitted he was rubber-stamping whatever was put in front of him by obama/clinton loyalists. Everything you have been hearing about the President being spied on and set-up was confirmed today.

First and foremost Rosenstein admits if he knew then what he knows now he wouldn't have signed off on the applications, including the withholding of exculpatory evidence, and that the Steele Dossier was trash. Everything revealed in the Horowitz report was the basis the Deep State used to go after the Trump campaign but there was no actual evidence, yet the Deep State carried on with this guy signing off on their soft coup!

Rosenstein insists that the information in appointing Mueller was based on that incomplete information at the time. He admitted that by August 2017 when he signed off on the Mueller investigation there was no evidence at all of collusion with the Russians.

Grassley just said Rosenstein misled him and the public on the Flynn case. Rosenstein insisted that he did not know about the exculpatory evidence on Flynn and "that was news to me." Rosenstein also said that he supports Durham investigating the dossier matter.

It's abundantly clear regardless of his testimony that Rosenstein was in fact a rubber-stamp to go after Trump and all the others who were spied on. AG Barr Keeping Rod Rosenstein in Power -'Business as Usual at Deep State'

Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein is the key player in the silent coup against Pres Trump at the Justice Dept who has been able to skate through without being held accountable. From FISA abuses to Mueller's illegal appointment (a crime must be committed for Special Counsel to be appointed and launch and investigation) to never appearing before Congress to explain himself. All roads of the coup lead back to Rosenstein, he was the one who convinced for AG Sessions to recuse himself from just about everything, literally his entire job, while he worked with Deep State operatives to remove Trump from office.

Levin Warns NY Times Rosenstein Story is a Trap to Get Trump

On the surface when you first hear about the story from the NY Times*, that Rod Rosenstein considered wearing a wire and discussing the 25th Amendment with Cabinet members, you think "yep that sounds about right, it's time to get rid of Rod Rosenstein". But then you learn the story is based on anonymous sources (what's new?), and Rosenstein's response while sounding like an admittance to guilt is in fact a sarcastic response to fmr FBI Deputy Dir Andy McCabe's frustration things weren't moving along fast enough against Trump. C'mon people Rosenstein may be corrupt but he's not stupid enough to say something like this that could get him in hot water.

Who do you believe, Rosenstein or the NY Times? Both are dirty at this point, but for one to cannibalize another to accomplish a bigger goal to entrap Donald Trump, is completely within their scope of political activism.

The NY Times story about Rod Rosentein suggesting he would wear a wire and enlist cabinet members to invoke 25th Amendment is nothing but a trap for Pres Trump. As House Judiciary Committee ranking member, Rep Jerry Nadler, explains if Trump fires Rosenstein now, they'll go after him, impeach, over obstructing justice.

The closer we get to the midterms the more intense these elaborate attacks will become to get Trump. Deputy Atty Gen, Rod Rosenstein announced indictments of 12 Russian GRU spies for hacking the DNC.

"It accuses them of covertly monitoring the computers of dozens of Democratic officials and volunteers, implanting malicious computer code known as malware and using spearphishing emails to gain control of the accounts of people associated with the Clinton campaign." - AP

The Mueller probe is connected to all of this, as it is based on the theory Trump colluded with the Russians to win the election. It's based on a fake dossier paid for by the DNC and Hillary Clinton concocted by the Russians who were in cahoots with liberal operatives at Fusion GPS, the FBI and DOJ. There is far too much information to go through and list in a blog post, it would end up in the form of a book. Pages can be written on just the House Judiciary hearing that was held not even 24 hours ago.

None of the 2 dozen plus indictments have anything to do with Donald Trump, including charges against Mike Flynn and Paul Manafort.

One thing is clear it is all a hoax, there is NO evidence pointing any wrongdoing by the President of the United States. Rod Rosenstein made it clear as day,

"There's no allegation in this indictment that any American citizen committed a crime. There's no allegation that the conspiracy changed the vote count or affected any election result."

How can the Russians have stolen an election on behalf of Trump if there is no evidence of vote count tampering? The democrats will continue to scream bloody murder, there was "collusion", and that the Russians worked with the Trump campaign. Here's all you have to ask yourself and Leftists, PRODUCE:

- voters who changed their vote from Hillary Clinton to Donald Trump because of the Russians?
- the votes that were changed from Clinton to Trump because of/ by the Russians?
- the proof Donald Trump, his family, campaign staff sat down and conspired with the Russians to steal the election from Clinton?
- the federal law stating unequivocally "collusion" (if it did occur) is a crime?
- the evidence of any wrong doing by Trump and his staff?
And lastly WHY is the DNC adamant over not allowing the FBI, or any intel agency, access to the hacked servers?

Leftist won't produce any evidence because they can't, as none of it exists. Otherwise Bob Mueller would have produced, or at the very least it would have surely leaked out by now.

Confederate Democrats FAIL to Stop Rep Jim Jordan From DEMOLISHING Dep AG Rosenstein 📺

Jim Jordan had straight forward questions that needed to be answered by Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein unlike the softball questions and praise his democrat colleagues were lobbing. Apparently asking Rosenstein why has hasn't complied with Congressional requests was enough for the modern day democrat confederacy to show it's alive and well in the US Congress.

Rosenstein sat in front of Congress smirking, smiling knowing he's stonewalling them at every opportunity. "Why would he do that", some ask? Because he is knee-deep in the corruption, at the least over his involvement with Uranium One.
Reps DeSantis, Gaetz, and Gowdy all hit him hard with questions and/ or damning statements that by the time it was Jordans turn, the Congressman spelled it out for the Deputy AG the House is about to vote to compel him to comply or face charges of contempt and impeachment!

Sessions Covers For Rosenstein Over Threatening to Subpoena Lawmakers 📺

Jeff Sessions is clearly hiding something to be covering for Rod Rosenstein who is known to have a temper and has been acting above the law, as if a govt unto himself. Sessions has shown ZERO loyalty towards his former Congressional colleagues who have OVERSIGHT and have been adamant the DOJ/ FBI is stonewalling them at every turn with their document requests in the Russia probe.

Those defending and making excuses for Sessions need to come out of denial at this point. He's no "sleeper agent" setting the Deep State up to bring them down. After this pathetic appearance with Tucker Carlson it's now clear Sessions is a card carrying member of the Deep State. Why? Deputy AG Rosenstein Threatened to 'Subpoena' GOP-Led Committee 📺

If there was any doubt of the existence of the Deep State operating within the US govt, more specifically the DOJ, this report from Fox's Catherine Herridge should put it to rest.

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein was apparently triggered so much so, by the House Intelligence Committee, he threatened to "'subpoena' emails, phone records and other documents from lawmakers and staff on a Republican-led House committee during a tense meeting earlier this year".

Once again none of this would be happening if we had a competent Attorney General, instead we're stuck with Jeff 'Mr Magoo' Sessions who is curled up in a ball, in a dark corner in his office waiting for Rod to give him instructions on what he can and cannot do. Why Pres Trump hasn't fired Rosenstein yet, which will trigger Sessions to resign, is beyond most conservatives. The DOJ is insanely corrupt at this point running above the law driving the witch hunt to remove Pres Trump from office. Rosenstein is well aware the DOJ is obligated to answer to the Congress, as they have oversight over the agency, yet Rosenstein runs the DOJ like a government unto itself. And why shouldn't he? He is in fact protecting himself and his pals who are in knee-deep with Uranium One scandal as well as everything related to Hillary and the DNC they are in fact trying to pin on Trump!

A second House committee staffer at the meeting backed up Patel’s account, writing: “Let me just add that watching the Deputy Attorney General launch a sustained personal attack against a congressional staffer in retaliation for vigorous oversight was astonishing and disheartening. ... Also, having the nation’s #1 (for these matters) law enforcement officer threaten to 'subpoena your calls and emails' was downright chilling.”

The committee staffer noted that Rosenstein’s comment could be interpreted as meaning the department would “vigorously defend a contempt action" -- which might be expected. But the staffer continued, "I also read it as a not-so-veiled threat to unleash the full prosecutorial power of the state against us.'” ~Fox News

It is time for Nunes, Meadows, Jordan and co to formally introduce articles of impeachment against Rod Rosenstein. This type of behavior is WHY Pres Trump was elected, because Americans are TIRED of the abuse of power, and elites living by a separate set of rules.

Judge Pirro put all the pieces together, as we know them now, with the illegal special counsel (illegal because no crime was committed) calling for it to be shut down. She praised federal judge TS Ellis III for calling out the Mueller team for lying and demanding they deliver documents that triggered the Russia investigation in the first place, which will outline their power and scope. These are the same documents Dep Atty Gen Rod Rosenstein has been stonewalling in delivering to Congress where they are threatening him with impeachment.

Speaking of Rod Rosenstein as Pirro breaks down how this investigation is a creation of the DNC, Clinton and Deep State to remove Trump, she has him dead-to-right over his interest and motivation. Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein responded to a question about the House Freedom Caucus drawing up articles of impeachment over his interference with providing documents over the Russia investigation. Rosenstein stated the DOJ "is not going to be extorted”, demonstrating to the country how defiant he is, thus the reason the FC is threatening impeachment! For him to speak of the Rule of Law is insulting as he has done everything possible to abuse that system to take down the duly elected President of the United States.

Comey made it clear the US is a Banana Republic July 2016 when he cut Clinton loose, here you have Rosenstein proving that as he takes shots about leaks.

The reporter suggested the Separation of Powers would be violated if one was to be fired by POTUS. What she and Rosenstein completely ignored is how the Senate drew a up a bill to directly violate Separation of Powers to prevent POTUS from invoking rights delegated to him! Fact is anyone who falls under the Executive Branch can be fired for any and all reasons.. or just because!

Louie Gohmert appeared on Mornings With Maria Bartiromo to discuss the disastrous FBI/ DOJ following James Comey's ABC interview. When the issue of Comey's memos came up it led into a broader discussion over the potential of impeaching upper level DOJ officials including Rod Rosenstein.

Without hesitation Gohmert stated "I have no problem with impeaching Rosenstein. He is a problem. He needs to step down." For those unaware Rosenstein and Mueller are both knee deep with the Uranium One scandal which is all the motive in the world for the two to go after Pres Trump and anyone in the administration who gets too close.

Nancy Pelosi is warning Pres Trump to not fire Bob Mueller or Deputy Atty General Rod Rosenstein because it would cause a "Constitutional crisis". Newsflash for those living under a rock in America, we already have a Constitutional crisis.

Ever since before the Nov 2016 election the Left has been conspiring and taking action to prevent the election of Donald Trump. Fox Legal Analyst: Sessions Not Running the DOJ, Has No Clue What's Going On

News hit late in the day after Rep Devin Nunes called out the DOJ (see below) over the FBI committing potentially illegal actions acquiring the FISA warrant on fmr Trump campaign advisor Carter Page. Fox's legal analyst, Gregg Jarrett, weighed in on AG's performance at this point stating Sessions "has been utterly feckless". If you have been following everything the has been going on or even half, you know Jeff Sessions has turned out to be the biggest disappointment of all of Pres Trump's Cabinet appointments. We have literal crimes being committed that had it been committed against the obama admin, depending on when, AG's Holder or Lynch would have already perp walked those conspiring against obama!

It's abundantly clear as myself, many others and Jarrett makes clear, Sessions is more or less a puppet, Rod Rosenstein is running the DOJ. For whatever reason Sessions has allowed himself to be deeply influenced by what he has been "advised" by his #2 since he was sworn in. It was Rosenstein who convinced the AG to recuse himself from just about everything we really needs a Law and Order AG he promised to be to take action. Instead the AG has been completely neutered, and utterly useless as this scandal... this clinton/ obama scandal grows bigger by the day. A scandal mind you Rosenstein himself is deeply involved at the least over Uranium One as Rep Gohmert pointed out months ago!

The reason this collusion/ Russia, Russia, Russia circus has been going on is because we have an AG who is useless. There are actual crimes being committed that are borderline acts of rebellion and insurrection against this President and his administration. Pres Trump needs to fire Sessions, but for whatever reason (someone in his ear no doubt) he is keep "Mr Magoo" in play.

GOP Congressmen Say Comey, McCabe, Rosenstein, Yates and Ohr Should Be In Jail

Congressmen Paul Gosar (AZ) and Louie Gohmert (TX) weighed in on the FISA abuse memo released today where both are calling for James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Bruce Ohr, Sally Yates and Rod Rosenstein to be prosecuted for their illegal conduct.


Gosar issued a statement going so far as to suggest the conspirators have committed treason:

"The full throated adoption of this illegal misconduct and abuse of FISA by James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Sally Yates and Rod Rosenstein is not just criminal but constitutes treason. I will be leading a letter to the Attorney General seeking criminal prosecution against these traitors to our nation."

Gohmert, a former federal judge, told the Daily Caller:

"I think it’s important to know who the FISA judge was, and why with all the info he’s had for some time, he has not put anyone in jail for committing fraud on his court,” Louie Gohmert, a Texas Republican who serves on the Committee on the Judiciary, told The Daily Caller News Foundation Friday.

“You shouldn’t be able to get quotes from Bruce Ohr or [former FBI Director Jim] Comey or [deputy director Andrew] McCabe because they ought to be sitting in jail for committing fraud upon the court."

These people have absolute contempt for Pres Trump, YOU his voters and believe they are above the law to more or less launch a soft coup to undermine a presidential election and then attempt to frame the duly elected President of the United States! This is corruption of the highest order that cannot be allowed to fizzle out with the next breaking news story.

Atty Gen Sessions needs to get off his ass and take action. Take note, Rod Rosenstein is the one who convinced Sessions to recuse himself. The AG should revoke his recusal on the basis he was misled/ ill-advised by a conspirator and start arresting people. Otherwise it is far past time for Sessions to be replaced.

Democrats like Reps Nancy Pelosi and Adam Schiff are correct when they make claims of a Constitutional crisis, but it's not because of what has unfolded today as a result of the memo being released. We are in a Constitutional crisis because of what the democrats have done and are continuing to do against the President.

GOP Reps Grill Deputy AG Rosenstein Over Anti-Trump Bias By Special Investigation - Video

Jim Jordan and Trey Gowdy grilled Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein over the clear bias and, many strongly argue corruption, going on in the Trump special investigation, led by Robert Mueller. In the wake of thousands of text messages being released by Peter Strzok as well as other info on members of Mueller's team, Rosenstein gave typical uninformative answers during the Judiciary hearing. He even tried to get out of answering some questions only to be snapped back as Jordan points out that the DOJ is under the committee's oversight!

Gowdy hit the AG with concerns over clear examples of conflicts of interest, yet Rosenstein didn't seem concerned. Why should he when he himself is as dirty as those already exposed!

Rosenstein commented he has total confidence in Mueller, citing his military history etc, but gave weak answers if not deflected on why so many Clinton/ obama loyalists are on his team. To date no crime has been committed, so the very existence of a special counsel is questioned. Mueller and co are trying to find a crime to pin on Trump. Couple that with everything Jordan, Gowdy and others laid out tell me again there isn't a silent coup taking place by Clinton/ obama/ GOPe loyalists!?

Rep Louie Gohmert Drops "Blockbuster" of Cover Up on Uranium One Scandal (Video)

Rep Louie Gohmert appeared on Fox Business to weigh in on the Uranium One scandal and talk about the FBI informant's gag order lifted. Instead of discussing the informant Gohmert dropped a  "blockbuster" that we have a cover up of a cover up involving Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein and fmr FBI Dir Bob Mueller...

"One of the things that was most shocking was that a guy named Rosenstein, if that name sounds familiar, since he appointed Mueller. Im hearing a rumor he was the guy that actually helped sign documents that got the whole thing, the original cover up done by sealing documents back early in the obama administration so that Hillary could go through and make mega-millions.

The blockbuster line here is that he [Mueller] and Rosenstein had to be involved in him being the special counsel now, because now we know he needed to cover up the fact that he and Rosenstein originally covered up the first investigation!"

There is a clear conflict of interest with Bob Mueller, his involvement with this Clinton get rich scheme, where he has no business being special counsel. Keep in mind Comey was at the FBI when Mueller was director, so he knows about all of this which is why he was so adamant to get a special prosecutor appointed. Who better than Mueller, who would be able to cover up this Uranium One mess the Clinton Crime Family cooked up to enrich themselves while jeopardizing national security!

Sadly, no one involved with this scandal with see one day in jail. The Clinton's again will get off free as a bird and anyone involved at the worst will get a slap on the wrist.
