Yes, There is a Constitutional Crisis, BUT...

Democrats day after day take to the cameras and microphones claiming we are in a Constitutional crisis condemning Pres Trump and now AG Barr for doing their jobs. Apparently invoking the law on the books in the name of national security, for example with regards to immigration to following the law by not releasing confidential information publicly are grounds for a "crisis". It seems every legal action the President and AG take are deemed "illegal" by the opposition party, vowing to destroy this administration.

When you hear democrats cry out Constitutional Crisis it's the equivalent of crying wolf, their claims are empty and baseless. They keep saying it over and over again to make it true. We do have a Constitutional Crisis not by the actions of Trump or Barr, BUT it's by the democrat party.

We have a Constitutional Crisis because:
- A coup was attempted by the opposing party, including those in the previous administration as well as individuals in our intelligence agencies, against Donald Trump, ALL because they cannot get over Hillary losing in 2016. The very crimes they accuse Trump of doing, including conspiring with the Russians, the democrat party, obama admin, HRC, media and special interests actually committed! The dems also attack Trump on grounds of obstruction - yes he's guilty of not going along with their hoax to remove him from office. Firing Comey is within his legal right, as is invoking Executive Privilege, something they had no problem with when obama invoked it all the time.
- The democrat party has held the Attorney General in contempt for doing his job, following the law. Media is not making this clear. By law AG Barr cannot make the full Mueller Report public, it is available for those with security clearance to view in a SCIF. The dems want him jailed, if not removed from office because he will not go along with their scheme to remove Trump from office.
- The border is being overwhelmed by the flow of illegals because democrats (repubs are to blame too) have chosen to do nothing about it. They in fact want the border wide open so the nations demographics can be fundamentally changed. Their intentions is to do the United States what they successfully did in California, producing a state under permanent one party (dem) rule.
Have you seen CA lately? The state is broke, depravity at never seen before levels in major cities, drug use out of control, criminals (citizens and illegals) are given free reign, PC culture has destroyed the state.
- Countless elected leaders are blatantly violating their oath of office "..to Protect and Defend the Constitution of the United States.." by vowing to disarm law-abiding Americans, violating the Second Amendment. They also violate the First Amendment where their opposition is silenced in one way or another.
Congress as a whole violates the Constitution daily.
- Democrats turn a blind-eye to the repeated acts of violence by their constituents against their opposition (ie YOU aka GOP, conservatives, Trump supporters, TEA Party activists etc) going so far as to blame you for their followers inability to control themselves. Democrats are encouraging violence, rebellion, sedition and insurrection.

This is just the top of the list, democrats are engaged in all kinds of unconstitutional acts DAILY, up to and including making up laws to justify their position (ex collusion)! So when you hear Nancy Pelosi, Jerry Nadler, Wiggy Waters or other democrat confederates carry on about a Constitutional Crisis, they're actually talking about themselves. That's what these Leftists do, they blame the other side for criminal acts and corruption they're actually committing!

What do we do? Short-term, you better get yourself, family, friends, neighbors and co-workers of like-minds out to vote. You have to get active with the schools to community and be prepared to protest. Days of sitting on the sidelines bitching thinking or saying to yourself how mad you are but someone else will do something are over. YOU are that someone else.
Long-term, prepare for the worst hope for the best, a fight is coming.

Rep Al Green Decries Constitutional Crisis as He Demands Trump's Impeachment

Collusion delusion has been completely destroyed, and democrats dream of charging Pres Trump with obstruction have fizzled, but that's not stopping some democrats, like Rep Al Green, from demanding Trump's impeachment. Green is living in a world of denial decrying there's a Constitutional Crisis and believing Trump can be impeached regardless of what the Muller Report produced.

As you listen to Green whine about Comey's firing keep in mind it is within POTUS' power to do so under Article II, not to mention Comey himself said Pres Trump had the power to do so for ANY reason. There is no Constitutional Crisis on Trump's end, he has done nothing wrong, but this radical unhinged democrat continues to push lies on one of the very networks who pushed the democrat party's propaganda for over 2 years! After 2+ year of an ILLEGAL investigation (a crime must be committed for Special Counsel to be appointed), $35M, 2800 subpoenas, 500 search warrants and 500 interviews enough is enough, the President wants to move on. Green and company think his blocking subpoenas and allegedly ordering admin staff to not comply is ground for a Constitutional Crisis and his impeachment. Well Al we have bad news for you, it's not because Trump can take a page from obama's playbook shutting you all down with two simple words: Executive Privilege. The same executive privilege that was NEVER invoked during Mueller's witch hunt!

We do have a Constitutional Crisis where members of the opposing party including those in the previous administration as well as individuals in our intelligence agencies were engaged in a flat out soft coup against Donald Trump. Said individuals including obama, Hillary Clinton, fmr CIA Dir John Brennan, fmr DIA Dir James Clapper, members of the media and special interest groups should be criminally investigated and brought up on charges for insurrection, sedition and rebellion (among MANY other charges).

To be quite frank, after what they attempted to do IMO the President, his family, staff, the GOP, their supporters and voters have taken what the Left did quite well. You see if this had happened to Hillary or obama the Left would literally be tearing this country apart. They would dwarf the riots we saw in Baltimore, Ferguson and other cities over the last 8+ years, taking it up a notch to actually killing people who lean Right, where those wearing MAGA hats wouldn't get spat on but possibly shot! The Left should be thanking us for keeping our cool over accusing Trump for the crimes Hillary, DNC, obama, the media etc ACTUALLY DID that we have evidence of!

But by all means Rep Green impeach Trump, and AG Barr for that matter. Don't wait or drag it, introduce Articles of Impeachment, hold the hearing and vote immediately - we dare you.

Democrats have come so unhinged since Nov 8th 2016. They have literally rioted to spinning every crazy conspiracy theory possible with the hopes of running Donald Trump out of the presidency. To this day he has done nothing illegal, yet they rant and rave as if he is the most corrupt President in US history.

We have a factual unjustified, unconstitutional investigation where anyone who is innocent and holding the presidency would say they have the right to pardon themselves. And that is all Pres Trump said, he didn't say he was going to do, just that under the powers of the Constitution he could do it.


Democrats of course have gone apeshit claiming "constitutional crisis" if POTUS does anything to protect or exonerate himself. First off we're in a Constitutional crisis with the number of attacks Trump has been subjected to by the democrats and intelligence agencies. As Mark Levin pointed out, per the capacity he is acting in, special counsel Mueller's appointment is illegal! Second, prior to the 2016 election, many were dancing around the idea of obama pardoning Hillary Clinton if she won or she would do it herself. I don't recall anyone screaming from the rooftops Constitutional crisis.

What CNN, all the media really, and Rep Quigley are doing here is just to amping Leftists up to get them to vote in the primaries and general election. These people are so consumed with hate they'll say anything to get voters out to regain power. If they take control of Congress they will impeach Pres Trump. James Clapper's appearances attacking Pres Trump, his approval and bragging about Trump being spied on is in fact an admittance the obama regime did in fact spy on Donald Trump. If you recall, Trump had tweeted out obama was spying on him where the Leftist controlled media berated, trashed and trivialized him for saying that, suggesting he was paranoid and spreading conspiracy theory. Of course none of them are taking their harsh words back let alone apologizing now that the truth is out.

Clapper needs to be investigated for his involvement, leaking if not charged for committing perjury to congress. This obama loyalist Leftist is so full of himself he runs his mouth telling the truth proving the corruption we've been witnessing. Let's be clear the Russians weren't doing anything with the Trump campaign because they were too busy working with the DNC, Hillary Clinton and the intel agencies (Brennan). We cannot have the federal govt controlled by one party spying on Americans as they did under the corrupt barack hussein benito milhous obama regime. It's Over, Mueller Will Not Indict Pres Trump 📺

Robert Mueller told Rudy Giuliani and Pres Trump's legal team two weeks ago that he will follow DOJ guidelines and NOT indict President Trump. To do so would in fact create a constitutional crisis because the DOJ cites:

"The indictment or criminal prosecution of a sitting President would unconstitutionally undermine the capacity of the executive branch to perform its constitutionally assigned functions."

This announcement will surely send Leftists who have been putting all their hopes in the Mueller investigation into total meltdown. One right off the top would be Maxine Waters who, is constantly calling for Trump to be impeached, has in fact said Mueller is her guy, "who is going to win". 

Not likely.

The point of the Russia investigation was to show Trump colluded with Russia to win the election. No proof has ever been produced and even it some did collusion is not a crime. No impeachable offenses have been committed. No crimes were committed. The President DID NOT commit obstruction when he terminated Jim Comey. At this point this special investigation should be shut down and again per the DOJ policy POTUS cannot be indicted.

If it wasn't over after all the other revelations that have surfaced this should be the final one. Congress should move to shut the Mueller investigation down if the Attorney General refuses to end this witch  hunt.

Nancy Pelosi is warning Pres Trump to not fire Bob Mueller or Deputy Atty General Rod Rosenstein because it would cause a "Constitutional crisis". Newsflash for those living under a rock in America, we already have a Constitutional crisis.

Ever since before the Nov 2016 election the Left has been conspiring and taking action to prevent the election of Donald Trump. After he literally won the Left was calling for his impeachment and doing everything possible to undermine his administration. The very existence of the Mueller investigation is the result of anti-Trump and obama/clinton loyalists abusing their positions of power to more or less frame Trump as an agent of the Russian govt. GOP Congressmen Say Comey, McCabe, Rosenstein, Yates and Ohr Should Be In Jail

Congressmen Paul Gosar (AZ) and Louie Gohmert (TX) weighed in on the FISA abuse memo released today where both are calling for James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Bruce Ohr, Sally Yates and Rod Rosenstein to be prosecuted for their illegal conduct.


Gosar issued a statement going so far as to suggest the conspirators have committed treason:

"The full throated adoption of this illegal misconduct and abuse of FISA by James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Sally Yates and Rod Rosenstein is not just criminal but constitutes treason. I will be leading a letter to the Attorney General seeking criminal prosecution against these traitors to our nation."

Gohmert, a former federal judge, told the Daily Caller:

"I think it’s important to know who the FISA judge was, and why with all the info he’s had for some time, he has not put anyone in jail for committing fraud on his court,” Louie Gohmert, a Texas Republican who serves on the Committee on the Judiciary, told The Daily Caller News Foundation Friday.

“You shouldn’t be able to get quotes from Bruce Ohr or [former FBI Director Jim] Comey or [deputy director Andrew] McCabe because they ought to be sitting in jail for committing fraud upon the court."

These people have absolute contempt for Pres Trump, YOU his voters and believe they are above the law to more or less launch a soft coup to undermine a presidential election and then attempt to frame the duly elected President of the United States! This is corruption of the highest order that cannot be allowed to fizzle out with the next breaking news story.

Atty Gen Sessions needs to get off his ass and take action. Take note, Rod Rosenstein is the one who convinced Sessions to recuse himself. The AG should revoke his recusal on the basis he was misled/ ill-advised by a conspirator and start arresting people. Otherwise it is far past time for Sessions to be replaced.

Judge Pirro rightfully went off on fmr FBI Dir Jim Comey for aiding in pushing the political hoax of obstruction and collusion against Pres Trump. Comey wants the country to believe he was taken aback over the events leading to his termination but none of it is believable. He knew what he was doing even when he passed on his memo, a federal record, to his friend at Colombia Univ who just happened to have connections at the New York Times! This wasn't a one time thing America, anyone who believes otherwise I have some land I'd like to sell you in the middle east. Think about it the New York Times has been releasing leaked intel from govt insiders, obama loyalists, for months. Comey's friend has the connections with the Times.

Jim Comey is a political opportunist who deserved to be fired. He stood idly by following his AG's directive and act of obstruction of justice to call an investigation a "matter" while allowing a felon to run loose!

Hopefully karma will find its way back to him, because that memo is federal property and at the least he violated his non-disclosure agreement.

It's almost every week now we're hearing warnings from people like Rush of the threats facing the nation by the deep state, dishonest politicians and media and these federal judges who have gone completely rogue. These federal judges ruling against LEGAL Executive Orders are invoking power not delegated to them by anyone, including under the Constitution. Frankly the only court established by the Constitution is the Supreme Court, Congress created the lower court system which clearly needs to be gutted. They can start with impeaching rogue judges who rule on social justice and feelings followed with term limits for a start, since they've demonstrated they have no concern for upholding the law they swore an oath to!

Interesting, Limbaugh used a similar scenario I've argued. If POTUS and Congress declare war, plenary powers they possess, on a nation that attacked the US but some liberal disagrees they can run to a court to overturn the declaration of war! That is the precedent being set right now with regards to the travel. As it's been pointed out on this site multiple times since Dec 2015, POTUS is granted the powers to restrict anyone from entering the US. These rogue judges and courts are now saying "no you can't, we don't care about the law" (they don't even refer to in their decisions) and even more outrageous they are granting Constitutional rights to people who are not citizens let alone ever stepping foot on US soil!

The judicial tyranny we're witnessing against Pres Trump is beyond dangerous. The left is complicit with the rule of law being violated. If these actions do not define Constitutional crisis and a silent coup what does!?

This idiot has a degree in political science how he concludes the emperor actions are "legally assailable" is laughable. There is nothing in the US Constitution giving obama power to legislate. Rewind to 1787, the Founders drafted the Constitution to maintain separation of powers and prevent the nation from being ruled by a dictator; Washington did not want to be King! This all makes sense since they went to war to separate from a dictator, so anyone arguing the President today has power to do as they wish is insane. Do you really think the Founders sat around after fighting a war for independence and thought "let's allow the President the power to override Congress and the will of people. Let's give him unilateral power to do whatever he wants, when he wants and rule by executive orders"?

The President is bound by Article 2, nowhere in it does it state the President has the power to legislate. The President is in command of the military, make treaties, etc but there is nothing in all 4 sections of Article 2 stating obama has the power to legislate. Article 1 Section 1 clearly states "All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives."

Darth Hussein has blown up the Constitution with this unilateral action granting amnesty to illegal aliens. Yes to you libs out there we all heard what he said with all the caveats but do you think he will stick to it? The man lies incessantly, his unilateral actions on obamacare is proof he will change the rules as he goes along, which is exactly why the House would not move forward on an immigration bill. Obama cannot be trusted to follow the law so what he did was grant amnesty! There is no legal basis to stand on and for the record Reagan nor Bush 41 did anything even remotely like what emperor obama did Nov 20, 2014 (aka Mexican National Revolution Day).

This illegal action will most likely end up before the Supreme Court. Do not hold your breath for SCOTUS to undo obama's illegal actions. When time came for them to step up on obamacare Chief Justice Roberts showed the shill he is and he will do it again... makes you wonder what they have on him!

Our last option to take power back is through an Article V convention, but for whatever reason it is dismissed and misunderstood. It would not open the door for the entire Constitution to be rewritten, but return power to the states and the people to override an out of control govt.

Professor Turley has spoken and warned repeatedly obama is driving this nation into a full Constitutional crisis as he violates the powers delegated to him. The Separation of Powers was established by the Founders to prevent exactly what obama is doing in creating a “government of one”. Obama has no fear of any political blowback, and frankly doesn’t care, because Congress has set a precedent by remaining silent, never challenging any of his executive orders. What Congress can do to stop him is left in the air since they have surrendered the power of the purse and will not pursue impeachment because of the political ramifications. Hate to say this but the only ones who can stop him are democrats! They need to understand that this power obama uses a republican admin will one day use! The republicants are scared to death to pull the trigger ever since 1998, following Clinton's impeachment, when they lost power. They know the left will go on a full attack pulling the race card which will give them all the political ammo they need to regain power in 2016. Heck Rep Clyburn and many other progressives are constantly pulling the race card to justify every illegal act his majesty takes. Progressives are actually applauding the emperor to take unilateral illegal action because they like obama HATE the Constitution and the rule of law.

The other problem with impeachment is Joe Biden. If by some act of God Congress were able to impeach Darth Hussein no one wants Biden as potus because he defines train wreck. I argued on several occasions barry deliberately chose Biden as VP to be his insurance policy against impeachment. Remember everything his majesty does is cold and calculated. Knowing his radical agenda would bring the nation to the brink do you think he would have chosen someone favorable.. tolerable as his VP to take over should he get thrown out? Don't you think by now if Hillary were VP Congress would jump at the opportunity to impeach the boyking?

This is now a dangerous game of chess being played, either way it plays out We the People will get screwed.

"What difference does it make" seems to be the preferred excuse used by members of the imperial regime for lawless & reckless acts. To answer Dingy's question as to why it matters is because the LAW says the president of the US has to run any plans with regards to Gitmo detainees through Congress. That LAW was violated and his lackadaisical attitude just goes to show Reid will do everything possible to protect this radical lawless president... dictator.
