Law Professor Warns Dems Playing Dangerous Game Trying to Invoke 25th Amendment

The Judge's opener was a smart one calling out the GOP establishment (GOPe) for sitting idly by as the democrats continue on, bulldozing over them and Pres Trump. The GOPe is not reacting the way many of us are day after day as we watch the dems, Hollywood and the media attack Trump. We have actual evidence of Clinton and obama colluding with Russia but not one lousy establishment republican did anything about it.

Texas DEMOCRAT State Rep Alfonso "Poncho" Nevárez did not deny he threatened Rep Matt Rinaldi on the House floor claiming he was provoked. Apparently for a law abiding State Rep, like Rinaldi, to call ICE over illegal aliens present in the gallery is justification to have his life threatened. That is what it all comes down to America. A democrat did not like a republican calling the feds on illegal aliens in the gallery, which led to a heated confrontation we never thought we would see between elected leaders on US soil since the 1850's.

Take note Poncho is not apologetic nor shows any remorse for threatening the life of another public servant. This is a big deal and for whatever reason everyone is blowing it off; it sets a dangerous precedent. This fight is a warning sign of things to come, just as it was in 1856 when Preston Brooks beat Charles Sumner literally within an inch of his life and before you knew it the US fell into civil war. Make no mistake about it the US is in a COLD civil war, that will quickly warm up. In 1856 Representative Preston Brooks viciously beat Senator Charles Sumner with his cane in the well of the Senate over the slavery debate, where just a few years later the nation fell into a full civil war. For sometime now I have been commenting on videos about politicians in other countries coming to blows on their legislative floors, that when we see that in the US Senate or House it would be a warning America could very well be on its way to a second Civil War.

While things remain "civil" in the US Capitol, for now, such a warning sign has now gone off in Texas of all places. Texas State Rep Matt Rinaldi was threatened and physically attacked by democrats after he called ICE to report illegal aliens (ENCOURAGED by democrats to defy the law) in the gallery holding signs proudly proclaiming they are in the US illegally and 'here to stay'.



While many people will shrug this off, those of us who are students of history see the writing on the wall. The tension in America is getting worse by the day. Make no mistake about it we are in a COLD civil war right now. The absolute hate coming from the left (democratic politicians, media, academia, entertainment etc) against Pres Trump, republicans, TEA Party activists and conservatives is growing exponentially. Every case of violence we've seen to date has been carried out by the left against the right, yet the democrat controlled media continues to report the right as intolerant, violent and dangerous.

We are already seeing groups of Americans to begin fighting back against the countless domestic terrorist groups supported by the democrats, George Soros and the like. Based Stickman and many like him are organizing and directly engaging BLM, Antifa, Black Bloc, etc at monuments, colleges and universities and other locations across America. The uprising will only grow as we go deeper into the Trump administration.

Democrats are holding onto a dream of impeaching the President over claims of collusion and obstruction regardless of the fact the President has not committed a crime. The left has been violent since Trump was elected, what will they do when special counsel Robert Mueller finds no evidence, as many in govt have already declared, against him? Think long and hard about that based off of what you seen. Think about all the democrats who are calling for impeachment, swearing the President is engaged in criminal activity with the aid of the corrupt media. Keep in mind many of them encourage lawless as it is now, just as the democrats in the Texas House. Take all of that and think what will happen when they don't get what they want with this collusion witch hunt, keeping in mind collusion is NOT a crime!

Today is five-year anniversary of Andrew Breitbart's death. He was a true leader of the "in your face" conservative, TEA Party movement against the left. No, he wasn't the only leader, but he was up in front and a wrecking machine when it came to engaging the left. People were so fired up and energized during obama's first term to stop the democrat/ progressive machine, but then Andrew passed and it seems that energy since his death has fizzled out. Grant it folks were fired up during the 2016 election but that "I'm not taking the left's shit anymore" attitude AB exemplified was clearly not present.

Just because Donald Trump is POTUS doesn't mean the fight with the left is over. It's quite the opposite, they're getting ready for a major offensive and I'm sorry to say majority of you have gotten soft. We've strayed from the activism Andrew called for and boldly threatened to deliver, like the example of a TEA Party protest in NYC in the above clip. The lying media are, as Pres Trump said, enemies of the people, and if Andrew were here he would have agreed with that statement. By not applauding and standing to many of the President's points, in his Joint Session of Congress speech, dems have in fact shown their true colors that they are against:

• A fallen Navy SEAL's, Ryan Owens, wife Carryn
• Call for unity and bipartisanship
• Supporting law enforcement
• Turning the economy around, creating jobs and wealth for all Americans
• Fighting diseases
• Repealing the worst piece of legislation,obamacare, in US history to remain in force
• National defense (build up our decimated military)
• Protecting and giving a voice to Americans who are victims of criminal immigrants and illegal aliens
• National sovereignty (build border wall)
• Rule of law (esp reigning in illegal immigration)
• Stopping drug abuse and addiction
• Criminals being blamed for gun violence vs law-abiding gun owners
• Children getting the best education possible (this is no brainer, last thing dems want is their indoctrination camps shut down)
• Ending government corruption

You see America all these bullet points, and many more, the dems refused to applaud are their money makers. It's what keeps them in power, proving they don't care about you or the USA. Everything they do is to enrich and empower themselves by misleading their constituents and supporters.

If you suspected or just knew in your gut these town hall protests were fake, you were right. There is nothing organic about them or even remotely similar to the TEA Party. These town hall meetings are being infiltrated and flooded by leftists, young and old, organized by several groups Dana Loesch breaks down as reported by the Free Beacon and other actual real news media outlets.

If you have watched any of these town hall events you can tell by the rants these are not conservatives or angry republican voters. Dem Rep Grijalva: No Wall, Legalizing ‘Millions Upon Millions’ is Solution to Immigration Problem

AZ democrat Raul Grijalva as expected is against the border wall being built, boost in agents on the border and raids to round up criminal illegal aliens, or as he claims the "breaking up of families". He like the rest of his anti-American party believes the solution to our illegal immigration problem is to legalize "millions upon millions" of illegal aliens.

Yes reward bad, even criminal behavior with full citizenship! Grijalva is just another example that liberalism is truly a mental disorder.

Oh btw you are aware Grijalva was part of MECha, who more or less want to reclaim the Southwestern US for Mexico?

One democrat after another is more or less going on record they hate the US as it is with their desire to change it, caring more about immigrants (illegal and "refugees").

Propaganda Minister: Obama's Amnesty Order "is Legally Unassailable"

This idiot has a degree in political science how he concludes the emperor actions are "legally assailable" is laughable. There is nothing in the US Constitution giving obama power to legislate. Rewind to 1787, the Founders drafted the Constitution to maintain separation of powers and prevent the nation from being ruled by a dictator; Washington did not want to be King! This all makes sense since they went to war to separate from a dictator, so anyone arguing the President today has power to do as they wish is insane. Do you really think the Founders sat around after fighting a war for independence and thought "let's allow the President the power to override Congress and the will of people. Let's give him unilateral power to do whatever he wants, when he wants and rule by executive orders"?

The President is bound by Article 2, nowhere in it does it state the President has the power to legislate. The President is in command of the military, make treaties, etc but there is nothing in all 4 sections of Article 2 stating obama has the power to legislate. Article 1 Section 1 clearly states "All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives."

Darth Hussein has blown up the Constitution with this unilateral action granting amnesty to illegal aliens. Yes to you libs out there we all heard what he said with all the caveats but do you think he will stick to it? The man lies incessantly, his unilateral actions on obamacare is proof he will change the rules as he goes along, which is exactly why the House would not move forward on an immigration bill. Obama cannot be trusted to follow the law so what he did was grant amnesty! There is no legal basis to stand on and for the record Reagan nor Bush 41 did anything even remotely like what emperor obama did Nov 20, 2014 (aka Mexican National Revolution Day).

This illegal action will most likely end up before the Supreme Court. Do not hold your breath for SCOTUS to undo obama's illegal actions. When time came for them to step up on obamacare Chief Justice Roberts showed the shill he is and he will do it again... makes you wonder what they have on him!

We are now in a Constitutional crisis the longer this monster remains unchallenged; the US IMO is now in a cold civil war.
