The opinion below was originally posted with an op in response to Judge Pirro's rant over Sen Dianne Feinstein and the democrat party's 11th hour attack on Judge Kavanaugh. While many are rightly angry with Feinstein for what she did, even calling for her to be ousted from the Senate now, and to use what she did to campaign against her, as a conservative trapped in California I cannot stress enough how dangerous that would be. You DO NOT WANT her opponent serving in the US Senate with Kamala Harris.

"As much as this site, the right as a whole, would like to see Feinstein gone from the US Senate that can’t happen until AFTER the election. Yes, this woman has to be allowed to win another term! Is STR insane?! WHY, many are asking?

I’ll tell you why.. Among many of the craziness that takes place in California, the election rules have been perverted by the ruling one party controlled govt: the two candidates with the most votes in a primary election get to be on the general election ballot. Being a communist run state, conservative voters are outnumbered resulting in Dianne running against another democrat,
State Rep Kevin de León.

There is no other way to describe de León other than calling him a FUCKING MONSTER!! (There’s NO other way to put it, you have no idea!)

Take it from a conservative CA resident, this guy makes Feinstein look like a republican! He is responsible for many of the insane and unconstitutional laws in place against the Second Amendment and gun owners. Kamala Harris, when she was CA’s Atty Gen, along with de León have systematically turned law-abiding gun owners into criminals, and have made it VERY difficult to own a gun. From forced registration, banning of certain types of weapons, to the inability to buy guns and ammunition through the internet and very soon the need to have a permit to buy ammo!!

He’s the same guy who is the focus of viral internet video talking about ghost guns…

Needless to say, as a US Senator de León will dwarf what Feinstein, Schumer and co have done to gun rights on a national level.

Have we talked immigration yet? No… this FUCKING MONSTER is pro-illegal immigration. He’s fearless on the issue, like guns, so much so he’s bragged about his own family being here illegally while encouraging illegals to use fake documents! (For those who don't know that's a felony)

The games being played are so obvious at this point to delay, delay, delay until the Senate can't vote on Kavanaugh until AFTER the midterm elections, where at this point the GOP has set themselves up to get a royal ass kicking, because they have no spine to stand up to the bullying from the democrats.

Ford is a liar. The democrats never expected it to play out this way and is why they're now running the clock. We learned this woman doesn't like to fly and was in California, only to now find out she's in Delaware! How'd that happen!?

I made a charge at the open that her legal and PR team are funded by Clinton/ Soros. My proof? How else is she paying for this machine behind her? She's a staunch democrat supporter and donor. The legal team has hardcore ties to that machine, what else could one conclude, because there's no way this woman can afford it all - not to mention their progressives they never work for free.

This whole thing stinks to high heaven. The Senate needs to hold the vote as planned and stop cowering to the attacks. Voters need to hammer the hell out of GOP Senate Judiciary members demanding a vote making it clear their seat is now in jeopardy. They love power, threaten that seat of power, it's the only thing they understand anymore.

Michael Moore appeared on "The Late Show" telling Stephen Colbert he thinks America is a liberal country, calling for Leftists to 'get off the couch.. rise up', put their 'bodies on the line' to protest Pres Trump.

One minute Jabba Moore says 'we don't have to be violent, we have to remain nonviolent' and then he says people have to be willing to put their 'bodies on the line'. Well that would mean violent confrontation if you ask, or advocate, for people to put their bodies on the line. This is what liberals do when they lose arguments, they go violent. Trump has NOTHING wrong as POTUS, those who were not on the Trump Train during the primaries but wholeheartedly support him from the general election to date, especially Ted Cruz supporters, would be the first ones to say something if he did.

Liberals like Moore are just upset that POTUS is undoing obama's executive order driven "legacy", and enforcing the laws on the books.

This nonsense on the border isn't his fault, obama, GW Bush, and Billy Clinton created and swept it under the rug. The detention centers, separating children from adults they ILLEGALLY crossed the border with all existed before Trump ever considered running. None of that phases people like Moore, they think Trump is behind all of it, deliberately misleading their uninformed, mindless followers amping them up for physical confrontation.

All this talk of civil war is NOT trivial, the rhetoric is flying from every corner of the Left and they've already demonstrated many times they're prepared to fight. Only problem with that for them, the Right has yet to start dishing out what they're capable of. God help you Leftists if you really push people on the Right's button, you got a reckoning coming.

It is abundantly obvious the democrats will stonewall and obstruct any and all SCOTUS nominees Pres Trump names. They are besides themselves since Justice Kennedy announced his resignation. Their hypocrisy is off the charts where members of Congress are conflating the midterm elections with presidential to justify their calls for no vote until after the midterms. The media is taking the news as if it is the end of the world AGAIN, and that is where the real problem lies.

The media is the propaganda arm of the Socialist Party (formerly democrat. They have taken the fear mongering to the highest levels similarly to what Maxine Waters is doing by calling for Trump admin officials to be harassed (harassment = physical altercations = violence). What they're doing is creating and fulfilling a self-proclaimed prophecy. They want conflict because they've failed in their messaging, there's no other way to say it.

It's not crazy to suggest the Left wants this all to be fought in the streets. They know the optics will play in their favor, "oh look at those right-wingers ganging up and beating those innocent protesters", "crazy gun nuts are going to execute people in the streets" , "do we need anymore proof how danger the Right is?". Tingles just said it at the close of the clips, this will be the "fight of the century... going to be almost like Spanish Civil War stuff”.

Listen to the Left, they've thrown down already BEFORE the election after and since. They keep losing on every front being proven wrong, their handlers being proven liars. These people are on the edge. And consider this, what in the hell will they do if.. IF the GOP holds the House and Senate after the midterms, Mueller finally gives up in his witch hunt and some originalist is appointed to the bench ruling according to the law and now over political activism and feelings? Somebody is going to get hurt, bad.

Sad pathetic woman Maxine Waters is to still be hanging onto this collusion nonsense. Most sane Americans do not believe in this false narrative the democrat party cooked up. Many are tired of it, as there is NO PROOF to this day of any wrong doing, and it has been made abundantly clear collusion is not a crime.

Waters is losing it, now treading on more dangerous territory by threatening the country to choose sides.

People can dance around and say this country isn't on the brink of some kind of conflict, if not civil war, all they want. The warning signs are everywhere, everyday Trump remains in office; people in the 1850's were probably living in denial too.

These monsters are enraged by Trump's very existence and how he is fulfilling campaign promises that in effect are dismantling everything obama and the dems "accomplished" over the last 8 years. Civility is just about gone, the partisanship and double standards are off the charts, and the hatred grows by the day. Dems have gone so far off the edge they're cheering for any deal between US and N Korea to fall through, care more about illegal aliens, humanizing MS-13 and Hamas. If they regain power in Congress they're promising to impeach Trump, raise taxes, institute single payer (govt controlled healthcare) and more of less go full socialist.

The only resistance that is going to rise up are sane Normal Americans against these destroyers of the Republic, not a democracy Congresswoman!

Leftists are not nuts, they're unhinged with dangerous leaders like Waters who will not be able to control the monsters she's pandering to if trouble starts! Best way to avoid it all is to be more active this election year than you were in 2016. If you want people like Waters gaining more power, then sit home election day, just don't bitch and moan when the media is cheering democrats have regained power in Congress.

Judge Pirro Calls Out GOP Establishment For Being Silent While Left Attack Trump

The Judge's opener was a smart one calling out the GOP establishment (GOPe) for sitting idly by as the democrats continue on, bulldozing over them and Pres Trump. As she argues this silence, or is it complicity, is a danger to the country one can only assume a plot to regain their power by getting Trump out of the way!

The GOPe is not reacting the way many of us are day after day as we watch the dems, Hollywood and the media attack Trump. Why would they they're part of the progressive machine desperately trying to regroup! Where is the anger and outrage from the GOPe over the Kathy "ISIS" Griffin displaying the severed head, Shakespeare play depicting him as Caesar being assassinated or over all the leaks? Those leaks not only hurt Trump but they also hurt the country, jeopardizing national security and damaging US relations with our allies.

On top of all that the GOPe is telling the nation whose side they're on by also remaining silent over all the crimes Clinton has committed. You never saw them running to the cameras demanding special prosecutor for her email server, the Uranium One deal, the private meeting Bill had with fmr AG Lynch etc etc. You want to see an investigation on collusion that's where all eyes should be. We have actual evidence of Clinton and obama colluding with Russia but not one lousy establishment republican did anything about it.

It's clear the GOPe doesn't care about the country, they care about getting things back to the way it was. Trump is not only a threat to the democrats, obama's legacy but establishment republicans. What they seem to forget is there are 63 MILLION people who voted for Pres Trump who don't like them. GOPe needs to understand that they are hated as much as the violent, unhinged, extremely dangerous radical left and all their lackeys in media and entertainment!

There should be no doubt now we're in a COLD civil war; normals vs the progressive machine.
