Illegitimate regime SCOTUS nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson was grilled today by Senate republicans over her questionably judicial decisions as a circuit judge. Much concern is over her leniency to child predators where she has given lesser sentences than what prosecutors were seeking. In a nutshell, KBJ argued that porn laws are too strict for pedos, and soon she will be sitting on the Supreme Court making decisions that effect EVERY SINGLE American.
She also refused to say if rapists and murderers should have longer sentences, defended lighter sentences for fentanyl traffickers and the 1619 project...
and much much more, so , so we have all of this to look forward to!
You can thank progressives who stole the election in 2020 for this, and while we're at it the GOP who to this day have done nothing to change who runs the election system and counts ballots. Midterms will be a surprise for sure - don't get your hopes up they like Joe have the ability to F things up!
This clip shows Kamala Harris' true colors while she was questioning interrogating Judge Kavanaugh, during his SCOTUS confirmation hearing. Harris dismissed, or mocked really, the SCOTUS nominee over his carrying a copy of the US Constitution as "that book that you carry" while talking about unenumerated rights, with regards to what else - abortion.

It was obvious Harris was going to make this about abortion when she ran through the list of "rights" people have to make the argument abortion is a right. The fact there is no law ever saying so, just the decision for Roe v Wade, doesn't seem to matter and comparing it to the right to marry someone, voting etc is absurd. None of these "rights" involve the life of the mother or unborn baby. For whatever reason democrats are obsessed with abortion.. killing unborn babies and think it is the law of the land, it's not. They also believe the SCOTUS decision (based on a lie!) can just be overturned at will for the heck of it, thus the hysteria over Kavanaugh's nomination, yet ignoring the fact he said is settled.
What Harris did here was prove all the criticism, mockery and attacks from conservatives were justified. She has NO respect for the actual rule of law when it goes against her belief system. Her time as California's Attorney General is also proof of this as she was adamant in violating citizens Second Amendment rights. She also believes democrats can make up rights as the go along, demonstrated here with abortion, again showing no respect for what's actually written because after all they're just words written in "that little book" MANY of us carry!
It is abundantly obvious the democrats will stonewall and obstruct any and all SCOTUS nominees Pres Trump names. They are besides themselves since Justice Kennedy announced his resignation. Their hypocrisy is off the charts where members of Congress are conflating the midterm elections with presidential to justify their calls for no vote until after the midterms. The media is taking the news as if it is the end of the world AGAIN, and that is where the real problem lies.
The media is the propaganda arm of the Socialist Party (formerly democrat. They have taken the fear mongering to the highest levels similarly to what Maxine Waters is doing by calling for Trump admin officials to be harassed (harassment = physical altercations = violence). What they're doing is creating and fulfilling a self-proclaimed prophecy. They want conflict because they've failed in their messaging, there's no other way to say it.
It's not crazy to suggest the Left wants this all to be fought in the streets. They know the optics will play in their favor, "oh look at those right-wingers ganging up and beating those innocent protesters", "crazy gun nuts are going to execute people in the streets" , "do we need anymore proof how danger the Right is?". Tingles just said it at the close of the clips, this will be the "fight of the century... going to be almost like Spanish Civil War stuff”.
Listen to the Left, they've thrown down already BEFORE the election after and since. They keep losing on every front being proven wrong, their handlers being proven liars. These people are on the edge. And consider this, what in the hell will they do if.. IF the GOP holds the House and Senate after the midterms, Mueller finally gives up in his witch hunt and some originalist is appointed to the bench ruling according to the law and now over political activism and feelings? Sen Schumer thinks Trump and the GOP are going to pick a SCOTUS nominee democrats will like!? How arrogant of him! Chuck Schumer is Harry Reid 2.0. This man hates this country, would welcome seeing the Constitution, capitalism and our general way of life destroyed. Schumer and the democrat communist party are so butthurt after this election they're going to redefine what obstructionism is!

That said, if that gutless worm Mitch McConnell does not invoke the nuclear option, that Reid joyfully used as majority leader to F us all, with Trump's Supreme Court nominee(s) he needs to be thrown out of office, via recall, immediately. There better be protests and marches swarming DC demanding McConnell's removal if he gives in to the communist party. Mitch is not a friend to conservatives, TEA Party or red blooded republicans.
