Senate democrats Mazie Hirono, Chris Coons, and Rich Blumenthal (among others) say those who are accused of a crime, especially with regards to sexual harassment/ misconduct/ rape, have the burden of proof in proving their innocence! According to these people accusers are telling the truth even when they have no proof, no witnesses, nor any clear memory of an event; alleged victims can make a charge against anyone and it's as good as Gospel!
Democrats are setting extremely dangerous precedents ("rules") where anything a person does in their entire life can be used against them now. Men/ boys are the primary targets because girls/ women NEVER do anything wrong! Just ask the Duke Lacrosse team, Univ VA fraternity Phi Kappa Psi, countless men convicted of sexual assault/ rape who after serving several years in prison (God only knows the abuse they were subjected to behind bars, as rapists are generally "dealt with") are released after their female accuser is exposed to be a liar!
The democrat party is completely out of control at this point. They will destroy anyone life who gets in their or defies them. And let's be clear they don't care about Dr Ford, Ms Ramirez or whomever else they did up to attack Judge Kavanaugh. If they derail his shot at SCOTUS the fallout was worth it because it means a win against Pres Trump.
How much more do you need to see to understand how important this coming election is? If you don't get out to vote and bring at least 10 people to the polls, where each of them is bringing people, the democrats are going to steamroll over the GOP. Trump and Pence WILL BE IMPEACHED, all progress made under this admin will be reversed and again extremely dangerous precedents will be made putting mainly all men and young boys in more danger than they're aleady in, after all the general demonizing coming from the left.
The opinion below was originally posted with an op in response to Judge Pirro's rant over Sen Dianne Feinstein and the democrat party's 11th hour attack on Judge Kavanaugh. While many are rightly angry with Feinstein for what she did, even calling for her to be ousted from the Senate now, and to use what she did to campaign against her, as a conservative trapped in California I cannot stress enough how dangerous that would be. You DO NOT WANT her opponent serving in the US Senate with Kamala Harris.

The democrats are running with this narrative of kids in cages they have ignored for years, when obama was in power, with the hopes of getting what they want: amnesty. This bill Diane Feinstein and democrats have proposed to stop child separation would allow illegals to enter the US and travel 100 miles within the US without fear of apprehension! "Republican" Sen Collins, while a progressive, did the country a favor by making this information public Feinstein was quickly willing to reverse when called out about it on live tv. But think about it for a minute, all the dems in the Senate support the bill as is and they would've moved on it keeping this small detail from the public if they could.
To make such a legislative proposal is not only foolish but quite dangerous. The victims of the Sutherland Springs massacre haven't even been buried yet, but that won't stop democrats from violating their oath of office by introducing another gun bill that clearly violates the Second Amendment's "DO NOT TOUCH" clause, "shall not be infringed"!

Assault weapons (military-style) is myth created by democrats where they've been permitted to tell the lie for so long it is now accepted as fact. The lie has been told for so long it is now used in legislative language yet no one has ever been able to define what it is!. Democrats cite looks, accessories in their never-ending stream of bills, but as demonstrated in 1993 a few changes to the "furniture" of a weapon can take something well accepted and turn it into something the Left deems menacing.
Frankly, it's amazing this bill wasn't intro'd Monday morning, and make no mistake about it there is a draft to repeal the Second Amendment just waiting to be brought out.
Keep in mind democrats wanted:
- 10 day waiting period, they got it, but it wont stop a maniac from killing.
- magazine restrictions, got them, yet there is nothing stopping them from being manufactured or brought in via black market.
- background checks, they got them and screwed it up as demonstrated by the Sutherland Springs killer!
- gun free zones, they got them, which are now prime targets for terrorists, criminals and murderers.
Democrats can rant and rave all they want, they're not getting their way anymore. Disarming law-abiding people is never going to reduce supply and demand of weapons to criminals, evil doers and terrorists.
The Senate Judiciary Committee voted 16-4 that muslims abroad have a right to immigrate to the United States following Trump's call for a ban "until our country’s representatives can figure out what is going on". This was a very reasonable statement to make in a time of war (whether the regime wants to admit it or not) of people we know for a fact terrorists are hiding among their ranks as refugees to infiltrate the US and kill Americans.

These Senators are acting based on polls of the uninformed and political correct pressure. Pres Carter acted in a similar fashion during the Iran hostage crisis but no one was screaming bloody murder, calling him a racist and a bigot but for a candidate to suggest similar action which is supported by federal law this committee had to put it to a vote!?
This country has no leadership left. Every vote, every bill, every action by those in power is a chess move for these usurpers to stay in power. And Mike Lee what the hell is your problem? Are the attacks from McConnell and Hatch to unseat you getting to you finally? The safety of the American people and security of the United States is the last thing on these peoples minds. Since when does the US Senate act on a presidential candidates suggestion to close the door to "aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants"? Why is that last line in quotes? Because it is part of FEDERAL LAW, The Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952, Public Law 414 that is also included within the United States Code 8 § 1182. It gives POTUS the authority to do exactly what Trump suggested! But as always with this corrupt Congress, to hell with laws that make sense.
So America when we get hit again and the attackers tracks are traced through immigration following this vote you know who to point the finger of blame at! US military what are you waiting for?

Interestingly, in 2001 following the 9/11 attacks, Dianne Feinstein had called for her own pause on immigration— in particular, a six-month moratorium on student visas. At the time, Feinstein told ABC, “I have some concern about why we want to educate people from countries that sponsor terrorism, that provide money, that aid and abet, that provide support for terrorists.”
