US Ca District Court Judge Haywood Gilliam, appointed by obama in 2014, has issued an order temporarily blocking the Trump admin from using federal DOD funds to build the border wall.
Federal Judges cannot step in on issues of national security which is what the building the border wall is about. If we listen to our "friends" on the Left who say otherwise then that would mean federal judges acting on behalf of Leftists filing suits in opposition could step-in anytime they wanted to stop (any) POTUS and Congress from using military force. In other words if some tree-hugger doesn't want us to bomb one of our enemies they could take it to court to stop the govt. That is in effect what is happening here with judges issuing rulings to stop the Trump admin because activists who are not happy about the border wall being built. This order will be over-turned like many other rulings against the admin because like it or not the President possesses plenary powers on issues of national security, be it on who can or cannot enter the US via 8 US Code § 1182(f), or 10 US Code § 284(b(7) that allows fencing to be erected to combat drug trafficking, which is one of the many reasons Trump has to build the wall.

Customs and Border Patrol released this footage of armed smugglers escorting illegal aliens across the border into the US. The video now seen by most of the country is a shining example as to why the border wall MUST be built.

Nancy Pelosi makes it clear during a presser she is willing to keep the govt closed forever before funding the border wall. She then explains the cost of a shutdown to the nations economy, that it costs billions. With that in mind Pelosi is willing to do that kind of damage to the country on an issue of national security.
Democrats like to argue against the border wall invoking race and bigotry, they never acknowledged the threats. Drugs, guns, criminals, gang members, sex workers and child traffickers and terrorists are all right across out border. Dems don't care, it's ll about optics, and when your party control the media it become all about the President, GOP and their supporters being racists, bigots showing no humanity towards people who just want a better life! They're also saying to hell with Americans who are down out, unemployed, living in poverty and homeless. Dems care more about illegal aliens than US citizens because of the potential illegals in the US pose to change our demographics which effects our elections. As always their interests lie within money, power and control.
Sadly the GOP, and POTUS honestly, FAIL to get that message across to the people of America as well as those trying to get into the US!
What Nancy fails to understand is the American people fully support a #TrumpShutdown (hashtag trending on social media). She and her party of confederate democrats seem to think this name calling will hurt POTUS but he is prepared to own it, and we support him on it! When did their opinions change on the issue, when Trump got elected vowing to do it? Chuck Schumer made a fool of himself denying he was responsible for the last govt shutdown, yet he himself has taken credit for it and was praised for the act! Trump took all his power away be saying he we take full credit for a govt shutdown.

Democrats #1 priority is doing everything they can to make things easy for illegal aliens while making life hell for US citizens. They know illegals change US demographics which means more Representatives will be added to Congress, as well as state legislatures. That means democrat power grabs to do to the US what they did to California! They let all the illegals into CA, and because of population growth dems rose in power after redistricting. CA is the blueprint democrats want to use for America to get to one party rule. The state now under permanent democrat rule is lost, republicans will never hold majority power in the legislature let alone the governors seat! The President sees this, he's trying to stop the influx of illegals while protecting the US and shutting the dems destructive plans for American down.

Geraldo Rivera continues to make an absolute fool of himself every single time he goes on air defending the indefensible. During a Hannity segment on the "migrant" caravan, aka illegal alien invasion, conservative Dan Bongino asked Rivera a sincere direct question,
"I ask you a very simple question and I would sincerely appreciate an honest answer. You're standing in the face of these Border Patrol agents, patrolling our borders just doing their jobs to keep our nation secure, what do you tell them to do when a rock comes at their face, what's your answer?"
There you go, the washed up reporter, Geraldo goes bonkers touting leftist talking points defending the rock and bottle throwing "migrants", claiming they're just innocent people looking for a better life! Right, because innocent people organize and invade a neighboring nation [Mexico], straining their social welfare system taxpayers, not them, paid into, bringing crime and disease, while making demands as they are staging a mass invasion against another country [US]!
And what was this great journalist's suggestion to deal with the rock throwing savages after carrying on uncontrollably? "You send spanish speaking ambassadors"... to the savages throwing rocks and bottles. "You explain to them they are not going to be able to rush the border. You explain to them the facts of life. You explain to them the reality of what's happening."
Uh heh, let's keep in mind these people have already demonstrated their willingness to break the law and act out violently. What will Rivera's excuse be when said "ambassadors" do as he suggests, ending up getting beaten within an inch of their life by the rock and bottle throwing savages!?
There is only one solution to this problem - BUILD THE WALL, as Geraldo apparently agreed to at the end of the segment (which is all he should have said). Double the number of agents patrolling the border giving them the tools an authority to do their job. No more excuses, catch and release, start enforcing the laws on the books by PUNISHING those who are aiding illegals trying to get into the US. That goes for politicians, companies and non-profits and billionaires.
