Democrat leaders Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi shut down DHS Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen when she began to brief them during a White House meeting with Pres Trump and GOP leaders to end the govt shutdown over an impasse on border security. Later in the day, during the the first Cabinet meeting of the year, Nielsen shared the data the dems don't want heard because the truth hurts when it comes to the border and illegal immigration.

As Sec Nielsen outlines, the border is not secure and there is a legitimate threat to national security. Normal Americans standing by Pres Trump for a wall/ fences/ barriers to be built intentions have nothing to with race or bigotry. It's about putting a stop to the drugs, guns, criminals, gang members, terrorists, sex workers and other human trafficking. Democrats claim they're concerned about the opioid epidemic, want to put a stop to illegal weapons and want border security yet to this day have yet to spell out what their plan is. Instead all we hear is them saying a wall costs too much, is immoral and per their experts won't work. Funny, they don't seem to mind shoveling out money to other countries WHO HATE America for their security, gladly fund immoral programs like Planned Parenthood but more importantly NEVER name names as to who these experts are that say the wall won't work!

DHS Chief Kirstjen Nielsen was asked by Sen Harris, and confirmed to the Senate Judiciary Committee, at her request “The Department of Justice is reviewing what avenues may be available" to charge leaders of sanctuary cities criminally.
Kamala Harris clearly appeared agitated to learn this but shouldn't be surprised. She literally read the code, she knows crimes are being committed, citing it in her questioning, which is one of many sanctuary city leaders are clearly violating. Mayors, city council, police chiefs, state governors and attorney generals engaged in protecting illegal aliens need to be locked up. The law is the law, it's clear as day, you cannot aid and harbor illegal aliens. DHS/ DOJ needs to start making arrests starting with high profile sanctuary city leaders.
Here's how it should play out: Attorney General Jeff Session (comes out of his hole) makes a statement on national tv spelling out all the laws (some listed below) being violated. He orders any and all sanctuary city/ state leaders to cease and desist, begin following federal immigration laws or they will be arrested within 30-60 days. He notes in the presser a letter with all the information he is giving in the presser, along with every single law being violated, will be delivered to every single governor, attorney general, everyone in any state govt capacity (all the way down to police chiefs town mayors and councils). Those who continue to violate the law, aid and harbor illegal aliens will be be visited by US Marshals, taken into custody and formally charged. These people need to understand they are not above the law. So if you make an example out of someone like CA Gov Jerry Brown the message will be loud and clear the games are over.
The US is a nation of law and order, the lawlessness obama put into motion almost all liberal leaders are enacting is over, arrests MUST be made. Under Article 1 Sec 4 it clearly states:

There is nothing in the Constitution about the Executive Branch declaring itself all powerful to take control over elections. Will anyone believe the results if this admin is overseeing the election results? As if it's not bad enough with voter fraud and machine being compromised. Jeh Johnson took an oath to protect and defend the United States and the Constitution but here he is telling members of the Senate Judiciary committee he more or less doesn't care. He supports obama's lawless illegal executive amnesty which is a direct violation of the oath he took. Illegal aliens are in fact a threat to America economically and socially, but Johnson trivializes their existence. Let's forget about the willful disrespect illegals have toward America for a moment. Johnson's answer to Sen Cornyn shows he is not concerned about the vast number of unknown violent illegal alien criminals who have entered the US and remain in the shadows because they haven't been caught committing a crime yet. He lumps these illegal alien criminals together with those who come here to work; illegals seeking work which in reality are stealing money and jobs from Americans. Johnson also has no problem with the tax cheats and those who are siphoning off the social entitlement system American taxpayers/ workers paid into either.
DHS Sec's blessing of obama's lawlessness is an indictment to breaking the law under 8 US Code Part VIII - General Penalty Provisions. Bringing in and harboring illegal aliens is a criminal act clearly spelled out in § 1324
Why hasn't anyone on this Senate Committee called him out or even gone as far as charging Johnson with a crime? Yes we have a broken immigration system... but it was broken by those in power. Worst off we have US Senators who clearly do not know the law to realize Johnson's refusal to enforce immigration law is a crime in itself.

We will see another large scale 9/11 style attack on the US but it won't be with planes or bombs. Don't forget wayyyy back on April 16th 2013 a San Jose, CA sub-power station was hit with sniper fire and no one has ever taken responsibility for it. That boys and girls was a test run to show how easy it is for our enemies to shut the US down. A few well placed shots with high powered rifles in a coordinated attack in the middle of the night while the nation is asleep is all that needs to be done. Getting the grid back up and running could take 6-18 mos if it were taken down. Why? The US no longer manufactures the transformers & components needed. The US will have to wait for said parts to come from Germany and South Korea who aren't sitting on the inventory as they are built to order!

It's beyond clear and by obama's own admission he had no authority (said it 25 times) to change the immigration law, but DHS Sec Johnson claims the emperor acted within the law/ existing authority!? To date neither obama nor Johnson has stated where in the US Constitution this authority giving POTUS legislative power exists; it is not listed anywhere in Article II Secs 2 3. Johnson has just proven why he was selected to run DHS.
Touting being an attorney for 30 years Johnson trivializes video of his boss admitting publicly he has no legal authority to change the law and under the same breath he is changed the narrative of the discussion suggesting there is convenient editing of obamas words. The DHS Secretary is a another professor of propaganda, a devout soldier to the emperors radical destructive agenda. Watch it again and look at the smug look on his face sitting there where you know he has total contempt for Rep Chaffetz and everyone in that room not in lock-step with that radical agenda he is helping to advance!
Even more infuriating is Johnson's carefree attitude over the 4 Turkish terrorists caught on the border who have not been deported. Two detained are still in deportation proceedings and the other 2 were released by an immigration judge who "fled to Canada" seeking asylum! Whether they are granted asylum or not you know they'll come back to the US to finish whatever they have planned out to do here!
Sec Johnson is an example of the consequences elections have. Maybe with a different Senate he wouldn't have been confirmed, we'll never know, but now we have to deal with this radical undermining US sovereignty & security.
