DHS Chief Confirms DOJ Reviewing Laws to Criminally Charge Sanctuary City Leaders

DHS Chief Kirstjen Nielsen was asked by Sen Harris, and confirmed to the Senate Judiciary Committee, at her request “The Department of Justice is reviewing what avenues may be available" to charge leaders of sanctuary cities criminally.

Kamala Harris clearly appeared agitated to learn this but shouldn't be surprised. She literally read the code, she knows crimes are being committed, citing it in her questioning, which is one of many sanctuary city leaders are clearly violating. Mayors, city council, police chiefs, state governors and attorney generals engaged in protecting illegal aliens need to be locked up. The law is the law, it's clear as day, you cannot aid and harbor illegal aliens. DHS/ DOJ needs to start making arrests starting with high profile sanctuary city leaders.

Here's how it should play out: Attorney General Jeff Session (comes out of his hole) makes a statement on national tv spelling out all the laws (some listed below) being violated. He orders any and all sanctuary city/ state leaders to cease and desist, begin following federal immigration laws or they will be arrested within 30-60 days. He notes in the presser a letter with all the information he is giving in the presser, along with every single law being violated, will be delivered to every single governor, attorney general, everyone in any state govt capacity (all the way down to police chiefs town mayors and councils). Those who continue to violate the law, aid and harbor illegal aliens will be be visited by US Marshals, taken into custody and formally charged. These people need to understand they are not above the law. So if you make an example out of someone like CA Gov Jerry Brown the message will be loud and clear the games are over.

The US is a nation of law and order, the lawlessness obama put into motion almost all liberal leaders are enacting is over, arrests MUST be made. Federal law supersedes feelings but more importantly state laws and the immigration law is clear. You aid, harbor, employ, provide false documents etc to illegals you go to jail!

Obama's former DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson issued a dire warning to the nation: Confederate statues and monuments are a threat to "public safety and homeland security"!

"I salute those in cities and states who are taking down a lot of these monuments for reasons of public safety and security. It's not a matter of political correctness, that's a matter of public safety and homeland security"

That's right America, these things that just sit there day after day, year after year, being pelted by rain, snow, wind, dust, bird sh*t are a threat to your safety and security. Don't worry about ISIS or MS-19 spreading throughout the country like a virus during this clowns tenure as DHS Chief. These statues and monuments that have been around longer than most of us are the threat to mankind!

Here's the sad reality, if the sight of statues, monuments and plaques trigger you into violent rage, or uncontrollable crying seek profession psychiatric help.

Understand these things, these national security threats are a piece of our history, good and bad. We learn our mistakes and triumphs to be better people. Again, most have been standing longer than any of us have been around. They weren't a problem when they were erected. They weren't a problem when the nation elected the first black man to the presidency, twice. The only reason why they're a problem now is because of political correctness and some nasty people who hold onto the dark side of them support the President who has condemned and denounced them repeatedly. DHS Chief: No Opinion Over Whether Sanctuary Cities Violate Federal Law

DHS Chief Jeh Johnson has no opinion on a federal laws he has been charged to enforce? WTH is going on in this country anymore. Everything is completely upside down, where the lunatics are clearly running the asylum. This answer alone by Johnson should be enough to initiate impeachment proceedings by Congress. He is an attorney, he knows plenty but is dodging since keeping illegals in the US is all about getting votes for democrats/progressives.

The US is being invaded by thousands of illegal aliens everyday and no one in the obama regime is doing anything to stop it because they don't want to. Cloward and Piven strategy is being played out by this regime using illegal aliens to overwhelm the system. Congress completely useless and impotent will never lift a finger to stop the regime and the military is too busy CYA to uphold their oath.

We're on our own America. Those of you on the border do whatever you have to do. To the handful of oathkeepers in law enforcement it's time to use the "broken immigration" law against those who broke it. The penalties for those who aid and abet illegals is clear, find the loophole and start arresting govt officials helping illegals.
