Gillibrand Willing to Prosecute "Assault Weapon" Owners Who Don't Hand Them Over

In the wake of recent mass shootings committed by unhinged Leftists democrats have been calling for massive gun laws to be passed including banning "assault weapons", whatever the hell they are. Mini-Hillary Clinton 0% chance presidential candidate, Kirsten Gillibrand appeared on the DNC's media arm to discuss gun control, mandatory buybacks aka forced confiscations....

First off how can a govt buyback** something that was never theirs? This just goes to show how stupid these people are.

That said Mini-Hillary is open to prosecuting gun owners who do not hand over their "assault weapons", which means she, and the others, LIE when they say no one wants to take your guns. They do, and it's not just those big scary black rifles either. Listen close to their language they speak in generalities and say they want to ban all semi-automatics. They constantly conflate military grade weapons with those possessed by civilians in their calls for outright bans.

These monsters want you disarmed because they know if they get power back in DC they can't do what they want to do with this country so long as the people are heavily armed. Your gun(s) are standing in their way, so these radicals will do and say whatever possible to get what they want.

Democrats if you want to start a civil war in this country please by all means continue on this path. You may get the guns back, but you'll definitely get the bullets back first!

Gillibrand Says Pro-Life People Are Ineligible to Be Judges

Abortion, like climate change, is a "religion" to the Left where they're willing to be everything they accuse the Right of being (fascists/ tyrants) to uphold the right to kill unborn babies. This desire to allow abortion at any stage, up-to and including moment after birth, is a sick obsession. These claims she makes that putting restrictions on abortion will result with women who "don't have human rights, you don't have civil rights, you don't have bodily autonomy and you don't have agency over the most important decision you will make" are absurd and a pathetic attempt of fearmongering.

These cultists will invoke sexism, racism and any other -ism to demonize people who are Pro-Life, where Gillibrand is saying Pro-Lifers can't even be judges! Why not? Because they believe in protecting the unborn?

Judges are supposed to be unbiased yet Gillibrand is making it clear she wants biased judges in seats of power. And take note she is also making it clear the Left wants to use the courts to force their agenda through when they can't get their way legislatively! That is why far too much power is being handed over to the courts with judges having lifetime appointments. If anyone in govt should have term limits it should be judges, since both sides of the aisle have weaponized the courts. Term limits would end judicial activism forcing the courts to decide the constitutionality of whatever case is before them vs doing what their side wants them to do.

Gillibrand Says Voting Taxpayers Against Abortion Have No Say

Sen Gillibrand As POTUS Won't Detain Illegals, "They Can Go Into the Community"

Kirsten Gillibrand, desperate to make ground in her quest for the White House in 2020 ,announced on Face the Nation she won't detain any illegal alien. I guess that means she and those of like-minds in New York, and across the US, will be taking these people into THEIR homes (feeding, clothing, educating, providing medical care and spending money) BEFORE they ask American taxpayers to do so!

In fact what I would do is fund the border security measures that are anti-terrorism, anti-human trafficking, anti-drug trafficking, anti-gun trafficking. And I would defund these for profit prison systems that are harming children and harming families who are seeking asylum.

One democrat after another has sent a clear message they want open borders, allowing illegals to come and go as they please. They do not care about the economic and social impacts.. strain illegals will put on Americans, let alone the countless criminals and evil-doers entering who pose a threat.

What's going on at the border is as much a national security issue as it is a humanitarian crisis. Gillibrand and co don't really care they just see the potential of one party rule when illegals permanently change America's demographics, as they did in California, which is completely lost.

The border needs to be shutdown asap. Why POTUS hasn't invoked the powers delegated to him via 8 US Code § 1182 – Inadmissible aliens, as well as 10 US Code § 284, to build the wall is beyond me.

Kirsten Gillibrand: The Wall On The Southern Border Is “So Absurd”

The only people who think the wall on the southern border is "so absurd" are those who are banking on turning the US into a lawless third world nation they hope to control. Kirsten Gillibrand and her open border ilk know the more illegals who flood into the US the more power they will gain. They pander to these people promising them the world at taxpayers expense.

Conveniently illegals set up camp in democrat strongholds, where, as explained on this site many times, the end result is redistricting where the new district will most likely elect democrats to state and federal office. This IS how California came under permanent one party rule. Since the '86 amnesty illegals flooded the state changed its demographics producing the progressive nightmare we know today.

It is and will always be about power and control for democrats, they do not care about any of us, let alone the minorities they're using for power. If real DNA tests are conducted on these people you'll find they have in fact Siberian, Asian, European or South American DNA markers.

Dem Senator Vows to "Get Rid Of ICE” & Pass Gun Reform WHEN Dems Gain Control of Congress (Video)

Senator Kirsten Gillibrand told attendees at OZY Fest, in NYC, that of the many items on the democrats socialists To-Do list getting rid of ICE is on the top of the list, should, or in her words, "WHEN" the party "flips the House and Senate".

The socialists want to treat illegal aliens entering the US, who take advantage and pillage off of the social entitlement/ welfare system at tax payers expense, as a "humanitarian/ civil issue"! Illegals entering the US for free stuff because their countries SUCK is not a humanitarian issue, nor is the crime and violence they're escaping. We have all the same problems here in the US socialists, who run said cities suffering couldn't careless about. BUT they care about illegals because they equal votes, donations and political power.

Gillibrand's second promise of reform is to go after gun rights, that isn't getting as much attention as it should, as many are focusing on dems wanting to abolish ICE. Going after guns is number two on the list because socialists know they can't get this country where they want so long as people are armed. So pass this law and that law, ban this and that, slowly chip away at 2A until before you know it the law still stands but they've made it impossible for anyone to own anything! Once people are disarmed then the socialists will really take a sledgehammer to the Constitution (Leftists HATE with every fiber of their being) and the US.

Normal Americans you better get off your asses and be more active this election cycle than your were in 2016. You see Kirsten actually left off the true first thing they'll do if they flip the House and Senate = IMPEACH Trump, then Pence and install their own POTUS whomever Speaker will be! She knows none of these promises can happen if Trump is in the White House. These radicals holding political office will do everything in their power to remove him, all his appointees, from office.

Sen Gillibrand Absurdly Claims “Chain Migration” is Racist

Sen Kirsten Gillibrand appeared on The View and as you expected the topic of immigration came up. In typical liberal fashion to defend her position she pulled the race card claiming chain migration is racist!

"When someone uses the phrase change migration, it is intentional and trying to demonize families.. literally trying to demonize families and make it a racist slur."

Um no it's not a racist slur. No one is demonizing illegal aliens either. Are we mad how disrespectful and lawless they are? YES. But no one is demonizing them to the point of racism, the democrats are doing that though!

Chain migration is the correct description to use when one enters the US, (we'll assume for the case of properly defining it) legally, and then through them all their family members are able to enter the US as well. Democrats are USING illegal aliens as pawns to create a new pool of voters. They want them legalized with full citizenship rights, then through them the rest of the family is brought in, via chain migration and voilà brand new democrat voters!

Gillibrand and her ilk are pulling the race card on chain migration to take it off the table from debate; if you're against it you're a racist. This is the same game democrats play on almost every issue they need to survive. When they want to silence opposition they throw race into it so anyone who opposes their position is deemed a racist.
