Beto: “Criminal” Consequences For People Who Don’t Turn In Legally Purchased Firearms

Robert Frank O'Rourke is adamant if he is elected president, and Congress defies their oath violating the Constitution to outlaw/ban "weapons of war" (whatever the hell that is), anyone who defies his mandatory buyback (aka confiscation) will be fined and/ or face criminal prosecution.... for that which they legally own.

There will be no grandfathering in the weapons you own prior to his confiscation plan. If you own 1 or 10 "weapons of war", you will have to hand them over or else.

You do understand it's not just the weapon but the caliber it fires that will also have to be banned, since there are countless variants of the evil black rifles!? It's the bullet that does all the damage Robert and company talk about. Watch and see, once they ban AR's and AK's the door will be open to go after more guns that fire the same rounds UNLESS the ban ammo too! Don't say they won't do it, anything is possible.

Who made BETA or any politician arbiter of what is a "weapon of war"? Just about anything has been used in war to kill another. You can't just ban two types of weapons, you will have to ban all types of weapons. What BETA and the Left are afraid to say, for now, is they want to ban ALL semi-auto weapons.

BETA wants to be president but cannot grasp the idea that the Second Amendment, to which he would swear an oath to protect, was directly created to thwart a tyrant like himself!!

Beto Vows to Confiscate Guns If Elected

Democrats... Leftists tend to be guarded, speak in code on some issues especially when it comes to the Second Amendment. They LOVE to use word salad to bury what they really want to do, patronize gun rights activists that their intentions are for safety and security. Deep down though we know what they really want to do is confiscate Americans weapons, even with that they use coded language ie mandatory buyback, but they never directly say confiscate... until now!

Bob Frank BETA O'Rourke talked to reporters, following the shooting spree that started in Midland to Odessa, TX, where he vows he will in fact confiscate weapons if elected President. The DNC probably isn't too happy with him being so frank and honest, since they all dodge the issue. But make no mistake if this jerk or any of the dems running get elected your Second Amendment rights will be chopped up like dems have done in California, New York, New Jersey and other democrat strongholds.

You can be sure Kamala and the others will now jump on the gun confiscation narrative now that he has said it vs beating around the bush.

This TYRANT doesn't even realize the Second Amendment exists for the very reason he is proposing. Do your history kids aside from all the abuses it was also gun confiscations that set off the Revolutionary War! The Founders wanted the people to be as well armed as the govt whether the Left wants to admit it or not. If they ever get power again in DC and try to take peoples weapons away it will start a Civil War, the Left will lose faster than they start it.

Gillibrand Willing to Prosecute "Assault Weapon" Owners Who Don't Hand Them Over

In the wake of recent mass shootings committed by unhinged Leftists democrats have been calling for massive gun laws to be passed including banning "assault weapons", whatever the hell they are. Mini-Hillary Clinton 0% chance presidential candidate, Kirsten Gillibrand appeared on the DNC's media arm to discuss gun control, mandatory buybacks aka forced confiscations....

First off how can a govt buyback** something that was never theirs? This just goes to show how stupid these people are.

That said Mini-Hillary is open to prosecuting gun owners who do not hand over their "assault weapons", which means she, and the others, LIE when they say no one wants to take your guns. They do, and it's not just those big scary black rifles either. Listen close to their language they speak in generalities and say they want to ban all semi-automatics. They constantly conflate military grade weapons with those possessed by civilians in their calls for outright bans.

These monsters want you disarmed because they know if they get power back in DC they can't do what they want to do with this country so long as the people are heavily armed. Your gun(s) are standing in their way, so these radicals will do and say whatever possible to get what they want.

Democrats if you want to start a civil war in this country please by all means continue on this path. You may get the guns back, but you'll definitely get the bullets back first!
