James Comey should be under criminal federal investigation now that he has admitted on live national television that he "was wrong" and that the FBI gave the FISA court false information. And understand this, at the time when Comey was the Director HE IS/WAS THE FBI! This witch hunt against Pres Trump happened under his watch, his direction or he was incredibly incompetent to not know what people directly under him were doing. His passing the buck doesn't hold water on such a serious investigation. Remember The Lovers texted each other "obama wants to know everything" they were doing. If obama wanted to everything there's no doubt this JERK, THE Director of the FBI, was in the loop too.

These weren't rogue, low-level agents carrying out a coup d'état against Trump either, these are officials in the upper echelon of the FBI and DOJ literally trying to remove Trump from office with propaganda sourced from Russia paid for by Hillary Clinton and the DNC! Comey knew the FISA court was given false information because he signed off on it! Many expected Fox's Chris Wallace to give a softball interview but he did okay holding Comey to the fire, "You were in charge during a lot of this, Sir, and in fact you signed the FISA applications!"

The ball is now in US Attorney John Durham's court, since Lindsey Graham has doubled down he will not call coup conspirators in to testify. He and McConnell want to end things quick, so if Durham does not bring criminal charges against Comey and the others this country is done, elites will continue to get away with crimes.

These are the same documents Dep Atty Gen Rod Rosenstein has been stonewalling in delivering to Congress where they are threatening him with impeachment.

Speaking of Rod Rosenstein as Pirro breaks down how this investigation is a creation of the DNC, Clinton and Deep State to remove Trump, she has him dead-to-right over his interest and motivation. He is the one who wrote the memo calling for Comey's resignation so he could appoint his friend Mueller to investigate Trump and protect Hillary.

Comey has no credibility with the amount of lies and contradictions he has given, under oath (why hasn't he been charged for perjury?). He has violated FBI rules leaking information to press, given Hillary Clinton a pass for breaking multiple federal laws and, as Pirro points out, on the verge of a "knife fight" with Loretta Lynch.

Rep Jordan Calls for House Judiciary Investigation Into Comey, Lynch

The Clinton email scandal coverup by the fmr FBI Director and Attorney General is the real story of collusion no one seems interested in looking into.

Rep Jim Jordan, one of the rebels in the House standing for the American people, is calling for a formal investigation into Jim Comey and Loretta Lynch. Both need to be hauled into Congress, if not a federal court, and start answering questions. At the time Comey was clearly covering for Clinton breaking multiple federal laws, documented on this site and others, after most likely being ordered by Loretta Lynch to cut Clinton loose before she and others were interviewed.

Lynch needs to explain why she gave Comey the order to call the investigation a "matter". She then must explain why she was using an alias email account, and what was discussed between herself and Bill Clinton in their infamous meeting. No doubt this was a clear act of quid pro quo where Lynch was probably offered a role in the Clinton administration had Hillary won.

If Trump Obstructed Investigation Then Why Didn't Comey Report It to DOJ & Lie to Senate Judiciary Committee?

Libs are so quick to jump on anything they think will be grounds to impeach Pres Trump. They have embraced an alleged memo from James Comey, no one has seen yet the NY Times has run with as if it is the greatest historical find, suggesting Pres Trump asked Comey to stop investigating Michael Flynn.

First off, based on what's been reported there was no obstruction indicated. If Trump had said to Comey "end the investigation or I'll fire you" then yes that would be grounds, but based on what's been heard through the NYT's grapevine there's nothing there. Don't take my word for it, liberal Constitutional scholar Prof Jonathan Turley spelled that out...

Furthermore, Comey has a legal obligation to immediately report any acts of obstruction to the DOJ per federal law. Not take notes about it, sit on them for 2 mos only to share them with friends or whomever who tell a NY Times reporter what "you" thought completely out of context!

That said if we play along with the dems that Trump has obstructed an investigation (that is still ongoing), then why did Comey tell the Senate Judicial Committee he's never seen a higher authority stop an investigation?

So what are we to conclude? If Comey's memo is, as dems suggest, a clear indication the Pres was obstructing justice, then can we also make the leap that Comey lied to the Senate under oath! Comey could have just opened the door to being charged with perjury!

Jim Comey was rightfully fired by Pres Trump. EVERYONE including democrats were calling for it. What we are seeing now is a school yard fight which the dems are using for 2018 midterms. It's pretty clear the meltdown we've been witnessing since election day just got a major boost when Comey was fired. The same democrats (pols and pundits all over tv) who have been calling for Comey to resign or be fired since July 5th 2016 are now whining "why now"?! Pres Trump's cabinet and lower level govt positions have been left open, delayed because of the democrats. Case in point the Deputy Attorney General position was just filled and Rod J. Rosenstein was sworn in April 26th. Why does that matter? Here's the most important thing you need to know liberals are deliberately leaving out of their rants:

The FBI Director reports to the Deputy Attorney General, who reports to the Attorney General (Sessions) who reports to the President.

After his appointment Deputy AG Rosenstein immediately began a review of fmr Dir Comey's activities when he got into office, concluding Comey was not doing his job. Remember, Comey laid out a devastating case against Hillary July 2016 but chose to let her walk while rewriting the law on the fly claiming no intent. FYI "intent" is not a legal test to be in violation of 18 US Code § 793 (one of many statutes she violated). Rosenstein made the recommendation for Comey's termination to his boss, Sessions, who then advised the President bringing us to today and Comey's firing!

First off there was no delay on the Trump admins part cutting Comey loose, the delay is no thanks to the democrats. Second, as much as the dems want to whine and complain, Trump followed protocol! He waited until the right people were in place to cut Comey loose. Lastly, as Sarah Sanders pointed out, Hillary would have fired Comey too. The only difference is it would have happened much sooner because republican wouldn't have obstructed her appointees to the Justice Dept!!

Harry Reid Claims FBI Dir Conspired With Putin to Hand Trump Presidency

He is supposedly retired, but Harry "Dingy" Reid, like obama and Hillary, will continue to meddle with the nations business. This old, miserable, vile, evil kook wants the nation to believe the Director of the FBI conspired with the Russian President so Trump would win the election. That means he is trivializing even dismissing each and every American who went to the polls and voted for Trump.

The evidence needs to be presented to a grand jury with a recommendation to indict Hillary Clinton, since she has clearly violated multiple federal laws.

While I'm not fond of the idea, Pirro is stressing Comey to make a deal with Clinton aide Huma Abedin to "sing". The thought of another regime member being given an immunity deal is blood boiling but Adedin really has no options as the Judge explains. She signed a disclosure under oath when she left the State Dept that all classified documents, materials etc have been handed over. But as of today 1000's 650,000 of her emails have been identified on her husbands laptop some with state.gov addresses too which is violation. The only way for her will be to roll on Hillary... unless Huma wants the state raising her child?!

Judge Pirro Rips FBI Dir For Disgracing and Politicizing the FBI

Pirro went off on the FBI's Jim Comey for dropping a bombshell that the agency was reopening the Clinton email investigation at the 11th hour. She points out the Justice Department and the FBI have a policy of not making public statements 60 days out from an election because of the affect it will have. Comey has violated this but in his defense if he didn't and she gets elected when there is something there you know the republicans, Trump and his supporters will go nuts. Thank you Jim Comey for demonstrating once again how you have gone out of your way to protect FELON Clinton and PROVING the United States is in fact a Banana Republic.

I suspect anyone under investigation or convicted by FBI investigations under Comey will be appealing their case. This agency, clearly politically driven to protect elites, has zero credibility to do what is right in the best interests of the American people.
