Pirro went off on the FBI's Jim Comey for dropping a bombshell that the agency was reopening the Clinton email investigation at the 11th hour. She points out the Justice Department and the FBI have a policy of not making public statements 60 days out from an election because of the affect it will have. Comey has violated this but in his defense if he didn't and she gets elected when there is something there you know the republicans, Trump and his supporters will go nuts. The man is damned either way. On the flip side this will be ammo for the left if nothing major comes out of this investigation and Clinton loses Nov 8th too!

The Judge thundered away on the FBI Dir's incompetence for "putting his finger on the scales of justice" 11 days before the election. Had Comey done his job over the summer we wouldn't be in this mess with worst politician in US history potentially becoming President. What happens if she does get elected while there is an investigation ongoing and she's indicted!? Will obama use his magic pen and pardon her before there is a trial? Could he? If the investigation goes beyond Jan 20, 2017 and she is found guilty can she pardon herself? Comey has in fact created a massive clusterf*ck that could potentially create a Constitutional crisis all because he didn't do his job in the first place!

It would be nice if the actual agents who briefed her would speak up but we can be sure the obama regime probably silenced them.

Judge Napolitano: Enough Evidence to Convict Clinton of Espionage

America this FBI investigation is THE test that will once and for all determine if this nation is still a Republic or a Banana Republic with two sets of rules: one for the elites (like Clinton), the other for we the peons! As the Judge makes clear there is more than enough evidence to indict and convict Hillary Clinton for violating the Espionage Act(among other laws broken) which is a felony punishable with fines and jail time.

Judge Napolitano has made it clear, at the least Hillary Clinton is guilty of negligence under the Espionage Act in handling top secret emails which jeopardizes national security. Why the FBI is dragging its feet on this is not puzzling because they have more than enough to indict her. The FBI must have gotten tired of Clinton claiming she did nothing wrong after her comments during the DNC debate claiming its just a security investigation.

Hillary Clinton to turn over private email server to Justice Department

The decision to hand over the server, as well as a thumb drive of all her work-related emails to the Justice Department, represents an effort to blunt an expanding probe into her use of a private email account.

Clinton, now the Democratic presidential front-runner, "directed her team to give her email server that was used during her tenure as (secretary of state) to the Department of Justice, as well as a thumb drive containing copies of her emails already provided to the State Department," her spokesman, Nick Merrill, told CNN early Tuesday evening. You want email they sent go file a FOIA request and you will probably get it unless it's something deemed top secret. Can we do this with Clinton? NO and Kelly of course was not having any of Juan's blabbering on this issue quickly putting the proglodyte in his place.

Hillary Clinton is as much a crook as her husband and the rest of the socialist party. God only knows what information was deleted from her email account and server. Odds are we will never know what was destroyed and she will never face justice for destroying OUR material. Let's make that clear, any and all govt business she conducted on she and Bill's server is property of the American people regardless what they say. It doesn't matter if they literally assembled that server piece by piece, hard drive by hard drive and screw by screw the data belongs to we the people and that witch destroyed it!

Rep Gowdy: Benghazi Select 'Committee Doesn't Have the Power' to Seize Hillary's Email Server

Hillary Clinton is hiding God knows what on her private email server. Along with that she has conducted business on behalf of the country which is OUR property not to mention said information on the server is open to hackers which is a national security risk. The longer this server remains in her custody the less likely we will ever know what information is still on it or what has been deleted.

Pundits on the left and right all have a problem with this above the law attitude from Clinton who contradicted herself during her press conference following an interview she did a few weeks ago. She wants us to believe as Sec of State it was inconvenient to have 2 electronic devices to lug around but now in "civilian" life she has not only an iPhone but a Blackberry, iPad and iPad mini! We have the opportunity right now because both sides are upset to actually do something about this elitist so now is the time to strike.

If the public puts enormous pressure on Congress there should be no reason why the House won't take whatever steps are necessary to give Trey Gowdy and his committee the power they need to seize Hillary's email server. "In the name of national security" is always the excuse the govt uses to infringe on our rights and violate our privacy, well its time for them to do it to the Clinton's.

In the name of national security we the people demand Hillary turn over the email server to the FBI, an inspector general or as Gowdy suggests a federal judge (a third party) for forensic examination. WE DO NOT CARE ABOUT personal emails to Chelsea, personal conversations or anything else that has nothing to do with the nations business. We want every single email sent or rec'd while Clinton was an employee of the American people.

Whether Hillary likes it or not she was OUR EMPLOYEE the emails, documents etc are the property of the American people. So please Americans melt the phone lines, crash the Capitols email servers or better yet (if you can) pay your elected leaders a visit and demand they do whatever they have to do to get OUR PROPERTY from this arrogant, self-absorbed, above the law elitist!
