Lara Loomer confronted Clinton at a recent book signing asking what happened to the 33K emails, Benghazi and the money for Haiti. In typical progressive... communist fashion, the unindicted felon laughed it off recommended reading her book and then trivialized literal factual crimes as "untrue".

FBI Director James Comey took it upon himself to change the law, on the fly, to deem there was no intent by Clinton when intent IS NOT a legal test for just one, USC 18 793(f), of the many laws she broke. Clinton and her lackeys think they were smart to hand pick what emails to hand over while deleting others. As the Judge indicates the FBI was able to recover 33K deleted emails so surely enough evidence has been recovered to indict, prosecute and convict her for violating 18 US Code 793.

A lot of Americans hope the Judge is correct that the FBI is taking notes on everything this lying witch is saying. Clinton's appearance with Chuck Todd is her way of showing how defiant and above the law she thinks she is.

Clinton has been lying her entire political career; because she can. This above the law attitude runs rampant in DC. The fact that she and many like her haven't been held responsible for anything while gaining more money and power just goes to show how much of a Banana Republic this has become. The Clinton corruption machine is just insulting Americans intelligence now sending its press secretary propagandist, Brian Fallon, out claiming he doesn't know what "wiping" a server clean means. It's obvious most kids in elementary school know what it means but the Clinton's want to play word games and stupid.

Key word here is possession, she was in charge of confidential govt information and handled it negligently risking national security which is a felony punishable by fines and up to 10 years in federal prison! All of this the back and forth among pundits, Clinton sending her two lapdogs, James Carville and Lanny Davis, out to make excuses are smoke and mirrors to keep eyes off the truth. The emails in her possession that have been released and redacted are the proof. The alleged hacker wanting $500K for her private emails is proof. Hillary Clinton needs to be brought in front of a Grand Jury and indicted for violating the Espionage Act! This isn't a game or partisan politics, we're talking about the law being broken.

Mark Levin: Clinton is a 'Disaster', 'Liar' Who Violated Federal Law

Now that there has been another document dump of Clinton emails I decided to post this clip from Mark Levin's show from Aug 28th when he took it upon himself to educate the masses. The Great One read the federal law on penalties for Espionage Act, US Code 18 739(f), making it clear that markings, sent or received emails are irrelevant in Hillary Clinton's defense of having classified emails on her private server. Said emails in her possession were mishandled putting national security in danger which is a felony!

With the revelation that there are now an additional 125 emails that are now deemed classified the American people need to put pressure on the DOJ to take action. Clinton is flat-out breaking the law, because she can living by her own set of rules which needs to come to an end. It's time for a grand jury to rule and for this criminal to be indicted for violating federal law. Gen Petraeus did far less than Clinton and he was hammered. If the DOJ doesn't indict Clinton under Espionage laws, that Levin cites, then the American people need to put enormous pressure on Congress to impeach DOJ chief Loretta Lynch. If Clinton is allowed to remain free then we will in fact have confirmation that the US is now a Banana Republic. If that is the case then it may be time for Americans to invoke their rights spelled out clearly in the Declaration of Independence to "throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their security."

Fox's Ed Henry grilled Clinton as to why her email server was wiped clean. In typical fashion she played it off claiming the emails deleted were personal and then arrogantly suggested "what with like a cloth or something?"! For someone who claims she doesn't know how it works then why did she have a book about deleting emails!?

This woman is beyond corrupt and what is more disturbing are the millions of "Americans" who will stand by her in support no matter what.

Judge Napolitano: Hillary's Legal Problems 'Worse Than Grave'

More news came out suggesting Clinton or her aides removed markings from her govt emails that indicate they are top secret and classified. Judge Napolitano's theory is sound (talking about Clinton-Blumenthal relationship without naming names) that someone was tampering with the emails to cover for Hillary.

As stated before there is no limit the Clinton's will go to to protect themselves usurping the law. They have their own set of rules/ laws to go by because they can. No one ever challenges these two for fear of repercussions from their political and money machine. We have our elected leaders to thank for this precedent they helped set.

With Hillary's legal problems being "worse than grave", as the Judge puts it, you can be sure someone will take the fall so she can go on and run the country. When that happens it will be one more example of how corrupt and lawless this govt has become proving elites live by a separate set of rules.

Kelly File: If Hillary Clinton Willfully Concealed These Emails Then She Cannot Be President

Megyn Kelly seems to be the only one really going after Hillary from a legal standpoint while others take their political shots at her. Those rolling their eyes on this scandal using Hillary's own words thinking "what difference does it make", this is nothing to be trivialized. Clinton is continuing an above the law "I'm better than you all" attitude that comes from 99% of the scumbags and elitists in DC. When will it be enough for people to stand up and speak out against her and all the others who continually screw us?! Being silent will just lead to another electoral loss because the democrats are so mindless and loyal to the party they will vote for her no matter what. The GOP is incapable of producing a winner so doubting Clintons potential for winning in 2016 is beyond naive.

People need to stay on this as much as all the other scandals pushing facts that they are mostly committed by democrats! The dems are rotten to the core and cannot be allowed to let this witch cruise through to go on to running in 2016. Don't get into arguments with the left on right leaning/ conservative talking points. Use the law and the facts, cite the abuses by govt that even moderate dems are upset about and they should turn on her as some in the crap media have done. The Clinton's are not liked but tolerated, so if she can be exposed to the degree Kelly is suggesting that she "willfully concealed emails" and material under 18 US Code Section 2071 (B) she can't be President and we don't have to worry about an obama third term!
