Court: ‘It is Time to Hear Directly from Secretary Clinton’

(Washington, DC) Judicial Watch today announced that U.S. District Court Judge Royce C. Lamberth granted Judicial Watch’s request to depose former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton about her emails and Benghazi attack documents. The court also ordered the deposition of Clinton’s former Chief of Staff, Cheryl Mills and two other State Department officials.

Additionally, the court granted Judicial Watch’s request to subpoena Google for relevant documents and records associated with Clinton’s emails during her tenure at the State Department.

The ruling comes in Judicial Watch’s lawsuit that seeks records concerning “talking points or updates on the Benghazi attack” (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:14-cv-01242)). Judicial Watch famously uncovered in 2014 that the “talking points” that provided the basis for Susan Rice’s false statements were created by the Obama White House. This Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit led directly to the disclosure of the Clinton email system in 2015.

In December 2018, Judge Lamberth first ordered discovery into whether Secretary Clinton’s use of a private email server was intended to stymie FOIA; whether the State Department’s intent to settle this case in late 2014 and early 2015 amounted to bad faith; and whether the State Department has adequately searched for records responsive to Judicial Watch’s request. Palmieri said the US is "encouraging" Central American countries not to airlift illegals, enforce their laws but has not told them to stop!

State Dept Finds New Clinton Emails on Benghazi and Between Hillary & Gen Petraeus

For those wondering why this new "document dump" matters, Clinton affirmed under penalty of perjury that she turned everything over but the House Benghazi Committee is saying otherwise. Since Hillary had her own email server she clearly failed to turn everything over as ordered by the court and govt regs. Be prepared for the Clinton camp to pass blame on this news on the back of the State Dept.

For the record what Clinton has done is a clear violation of the Espionage Act, 18 US Code § 793 (f), regardless of her excuses: "I didn't send or receive anything classified", "the emails weren't marked classified". The chain of custody is on her because she insisted on using a private email server.

The State Department has received an email chain between former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Gen. David Petraeus that apparently was not included in the collection she said was a full record of her work-related correspondence.

In addition, the State Department said it provided more than 900 Libya-related emails to the House Select Committee on Benghazi Friday. The Department has had those emails since December.

The Clinton-Petraeus messages, according to the Department, were exchanged in January and February of 2009 and included a discussion about personnel.

Petraeus was head of the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) when Clinton took office in 2009 and then went on to become director of the CIA from 2011-12.

Officials said the emails in no way dealt with classified material. But their existence challenges Clinton's claim that she has handed over the entirety of her work emails from the account.

“In the last several days, the State Department received from the Department of Defense and the State Inspector General several copies of one email chain between former Secretary Clinton and then Commander of US Central Command David Petraeus which were not previously in the possession of the Department,” said State Department spokesman John Kirby...more

More news came out suggesting Clinton or her aides removed markings from her govt emails that indicate they are top secret and classified. Judge Napolitano's theory is sound (talking about Clinton-Blumenthal relationship without naming names) that someone was tampering with the emails to cover for Hillary.

As stated before there is no limit the Clinton's will go to to protect themselves usurping the law. They have their own set of rules/ laws to go by because they can. No one ever challenges these two for fear of repercussions from their political and money machine. We have our elected leaders to thank for this precedent they helped set.

With Hillary's legal problems being "worse than grave", as the Judge puts it, you can be sure someone will take the fall so she can go on and run the country.
