Audio Released of Biden Talking With fmr Ukraine Pres About Firing Prosecutor Investigating His Son

The Left's response to this audio between then VP Joe Biden and fmr Ukraine Pres Poroshenko that was released during a Ukraine press conf, by the People's Deputy of Ukraine Andriy Derkach, should be quite entertaining. They will either dismiss Biden's clear quid pro quo act to have Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin fired in order to get $1B in US aid or spin it as nothing to see here, move along, just more right-wing conspiracy theory. Either way it doesn't look good for Joe because Shokin is the same prosecutor who was investigating his hot mess of a son, Hunter Biden.

When Poroshenko tells Biden he asked for Shokin's resignation and got it in writing an hour later Biden responded "Great".

This is far more of an example of a quid pro quo than the dems ever had on Trump, which for the record that led to impeachment FAILED miserably. This is what's surfacing now, imagine if Joe in fact got elected this would lead to his impeachment. That said Biden if elected will not serve out his first term either by way of impeachment or resignation due to health issues. So whomever he chooses for his VP running mate is the de facto democrat party presidential candidate!

You're hearing it here first before it's everywhere else - the US entered into a Treaty with Ukraine on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters in 1998 and the Senate resolution of advice and consent to ratification was agreed to in Oct 2000.

As Pres Clinton outlined said the purpose and scope of the treaty is:
"The Treaty is one of a series of modern mutual legal assistance treaties being negotiated by the United States in order to counter criminal activities more effectively. The Treaty should be an effective tool to assist in the prosecution of a wide variety of crimes, including drug trafficking offenses. The Treaty is self-executing. It provides for a broad range of cooperation in criminal matters. Mutual assistance available under the Treaty includes: taking of testimony or statements of persons; providing documents, records, and articles of evidence; serving documents; locating or identifying per- sons; transferring persons in custody for testimony or other purposes; executing requests for searches and seizures; assisting in proceedings related to restraint, confiscation, forfeiture of assets, restitution, and collection of fines; and any other form of assistance not prohibited by the laws of the requested state."

So that means there is NO CRIME for Donald Trump to ask the Ukrainian leader to look into criminal matters of possible quid pro quo by previous US officials [Biden] or ask about locating Crowdstrike servers* that were used to frame him via Russia Russia Russia!

Democrats are in a game of desperation to stop Donald Trump from exposing every little dirty trick they have been engaged in. Trump is Trump, you screw him over he will come for you, and that is what he is doing right now. The democrats know Biden is corrupt, he was the only moderate they had to run in 2020 since the other candidates are too radical they won't win, including Liz Warren. You see America you're too stupid to know what ransom means even though it's exactly what this admin did with Iran so now Kirby will spell it out. This Fox Business interview with Saeed Adbeini, who was held hostage by Iran with 3 other Americans, aired about an hour before obama spoke on the $400 million payment to Iran, in unmarked cash (Euros and Swiss Francs) that was airlifted to Iran in an unmarked plane in the middle of the night. Abidini is clear when he was released with the other Americans they had to wait for another plane.

“They told us you’re going to be there for 20 minutes, but it took like hours and hours. We slept at the airport and when I asked them why they don't let us go, because the plane was there, pilot was there, everyone was ready that we leave the country they said we are waiting for another plane and until that plane doesn't come we never let you go"

There is no doubt that plane with the freed hostages had to wait for was the unmarked cargo plane carrying the $400 million RANSOM money.
