Judicial Watch got big win today in their suit to get answers from Hillary Clinton over the scandals involving her emails from a private server and records on the Benghazi attack.

Judicial Watch is doing far more to get to the bottom of these scandals than the Justice Dept under AG Barr. Fitton was on Fox a week arguing the DOJ is still defending Clinton...

It really makes you wonder about how deep the Deep State goes when a watchdog organization can convince a judge to order an elitist like Clinton back into to court to give a sworn deposition.

Court: ‘It is Time to Hear Directly from Secretary Clinton’

(Washington, DC) Judicial Watch today announced that U.S. District Court Judge Royce C. Lamberth granted Judicial Watch’s request to depose former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton about her emails and Benghazi attack documents. The court also ordered the deposition of Clinton’s former Chief of Staff, Cheryl Mills and two other State Department officials.

Additionally, the court granted Judicial Watch’s request to subpoena Google for relevant documents and records associated with Clinton’s emails during her tenure at the State Department.

The ruling comes in Judicial Watch’s lawsuit that seeks records concerning “talking points or updates on the Benghazi attack” (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:14-cv-01242)). Judicial Watch famously uncovered in 2014 that the “talking points” that provided the basis for Susan Rice’s false statements were created by the Obama White House. This Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit led directly to the disclosure of the Clinton email system in 2015.

In December 2018, Judge Lamberth first ordered discovery into whether Secretary Clinton’s use of a private email server was intended to stymie FOIA; whether the State Department’s intent to settle this case in late 2014 and early 2015 amounted to bad faith; and whether the State Department has adequately searched for records responsive to Judicial Watch’s request. What would be more of a Constitutional crisis:
indicting Clinton who will implicate obama in the crimes she broke and whatever else she may have done and know?
OR
letting a criminal who is running for POTUS go free who could very well win the election bringing her criminality to the Oval Office creating more havoc, committing more crimes (because she can) to this nation?

As an American, forget political leaning, I would rather see this woman indicted which could very well trigger a massive house of cards to come down than see her go free. Letting Clinton go free sets a terrible precedent and if she gets elected she would unleash hell on this nation with her radical progressive agenda.

We know DC and political elites live by a separate set of rules. Does anyone really believe a fmr First Lady, US Senator and Sec of State will be thrown in jail? Before you answer that consider this: When and if she is indicted but it goes bad or she finds an angle to weasel out of it that propels her politically to win the presidency do you think heads won't literally roll?

The Clinton's have a history of holding a grudge and destroying anyone who crosses them. Imagine for a second she weasels out of this do you really believe Pres Hillary won't go after anyone and everyone in the FBI & DOJ (and Congress) involved with charging her? It is because of that fear of revenge I have said repeatedly nothing will happen to her. The FBI & DOJ will put on a show for all of us, probably indict her but she most likely won't even get a fine for dwarfing what Gen Petraeus did.

If any of us had done a fraction of what she did we would already be in jail. You want to be mad, get mad about how the elites live by a separate set of rules.
