Court: ‘It is Time to Hear Directly from Secretary Clinton’

(Washington, DC) Judicial Watch today announced that U.S. District Court Judge Royce C. Lamberth granted Judicial Watch’s request to depose former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton about her emails and Benghazi attack documents. The court also ordered the deposition of Clinton’s former Chief of Staff, Cheryl Mills and two other State Department officials.

Additionally, the court granted Judicial Watch’s request to subpoena Google for relevant documents and records associated with Clinton’s emails during her tenure at the State Department.

The ruling comes in Judicial Watch’s lawsuit that seeks records concerning “talking points or updates on the Benghazi attack” (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:14-cv-01242)). Judicial Watch famously uncovered in 2014 that the “talking points” that provided the basis for Susan Rice’s false statements were created by the Obama White House. This Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit led directly to the disclosure of the Clinton email system in 2015.

In December 2018, Judge Lamberth first ordered discovery into whether Secretary Clinton’s use of a private email server was intended to stymie FOIA; whether the State Department’s intent to settle this case in late 2014 and early 2015 amounted to bad faith; and whether the State Department has adequately searched for records responsive to Judicial Watch’s request. What the hell is going on!? To be clear, yes the federal judge, appointed by obama, has ordered a search for Clinton's Benghazi emails, but as Judge Nap explains, the State Dept and DOJ, under Trump, are/ were trying to block access!! Rep Jordan Grills Clinton to Get Her Story Straight: 'Planned Attack or No Planned Attack Which One is It?'

Jordan called Clinton out how in her emails she says they know the Benghazi attack was not because of the video yet told the nation it was. This woman is serial liar caught red-handed and one can only hope the FBI is watching and will get a transcript of her testimony today to use in their investigation.

Let me make it absolutely clear if you didn't get the hint from Rep Jordan. NO ONE WATCHED the video prior to 9/11/12. While the video has been removed the YouTube page for it still exists where stats can be viewed. In Oct 2012 I took a screenshot of the stats to show there was no activity on the vid until after the attack. I even included a political ad's stats to demonstrate what a vid that goes viral looks like after release.

There were no protests over this video that led to the attack, how could there be if no one watched it? Furthermore, Libya was in full civil war so who has the time let alone internet access to hop on YouTube and FIND this one video? But that's what Clinton and dems want you to believe even though the stats from the vid show NO ONE watched until AFTER the attack.

This is all a cover-up over Hillary and obama's failed foreign policy while running guns to the middle east through Stevens via Benghazi. There are plenty of stories on the web from Reuters, ABC News etc addressing the gun running.

State Dept Finds New Clinton Emails on Benghazi and Between Hillary & Gen Petraeus

For those wondering why this new "document dump" matters, Clinton affirmed under penalty of perjury that she turned everything over but the House Benghazi Committee is saying otherwise. Since Hillary had her own email server she clearly failed to turn everything over as ordered by the court and govt regs. Be prepared for the Clinton camp to pass blame on this news on the back of the State Dept.

For the record what Clinton has done is a clear violation of the Espionage Act, 18 US Code § 793 (f), regardless of her excuses: "I didn't send or receive anything classified", "the emails weren't marked classified". The chain of custody is on her because she insisted on using a private email server.

The State Department has received an email chain between former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Gen. David Petraeus that apparently was not included in the collection she said was a full record of her work-related correspondence.

In addition, the State Department said it provided more than 900 Libya-related emails to the House Select Committee on Benghazi Friday. The Department has had those emails since December.

The Clinton-Petraeus messages, according to the Department, were exchanged in January and February of 2009 and included a discussion about personnel.

Petraeus was head of the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) when Clinton took office in 2009 and then went on to become director of the CIA from 2011-12.

Officials said the emails in no way dealt with classified material. But their existence challenges Clinton's claim that she has handed over the entirety of her work emails from the account.

“In the last several days, the State Department received from the Department of Defense and the State Inspector General several copies of one email chain between former Secretary Clinton and then Commander of US Central Command David Petraeus which were not previously in the possession of the Department,” said State Department spokesman John Kirby...more

Emails Reveal Clinton Knew About Weapons Being shipped From Libya to Syria

Rep Jordan Grills State Dept Witness Why US Was in Benghazi

Pay attention to the language and how the Benghazi facility was identified from Asst Sec for Diplomatic Security Greg Starr. Security protocol established for all State Dept facilities was not followed for the Benghazi facility nor was waiver was followed . Starr indicates the Benghazi facility was not an embassy or consulate it was designated temporary mission facility or special mission compound. This designation is no longer in use which only supports the theory and true reason for its existence was to serve as an outpost for the CIA to run operations out of under the State Dept umbrella of diplomatic facilities. That said not sure if Rep Jordan knows, subscribes to or suspects it but after his questioning and this testimony there should be no doubt the US was in Benghazi for one purpose; gun running!

Jordan's questioning repeatedly goes back as to why "we" were in Benghazi in the first place. We have an embassy in Tripoli with sufficient staff and protection. The Benghazi facility was low-key and remember the SUV Stevens was transported in was not armored SUV, why? Because an armored SUV stands out like a sore thumb, if you want to limit your exposure you drive and live like others in the region to blend in. Why would a diplomat want to blend in? If you have something to hide you take these actions to again limit exposure. Stevens was doing the obama regimes dirty work in running arms to rebels (aka terrorists) who took down Qaddafi and now he and CIA operators were back in the region to "track weapons" per Glenn Doherty to ABC News! It is safe to assume Stevens was engaged in retrieving said weapons because of activity to get weapons to Syrian rebels (aka terrorists) fighting the Assad regime. He met the Turkish General Consul on 9/11/12, hours before the attack, who has ties to terror elements in Syria! This is not tinfoil hat conspiracy the stories about the US sending arms to Syria is well documented from the NY Times to Reuters. For whatever reason Congress members "don't want to go there" in these Benghazi hearings?? So the closest we will get is someone like Rep Jim Jordan asking "why were we there in the first place?"

Why does any of this matter? The obama regime running guns to the middle east is an act of treason.
