It went to the Supreme Court who ruled in favor, thanks to Chief Justice Roberts, making it clear that the mandate being a tax was a'okay.
So why is Tingles doing this? To provide cover to the dems as this monstrosity of a law begins to collapse, unless the stupid GOP take possession of it with their repair bill. MSDNC is and will always be in business as the media arm for democrats pushing one lie after another.

After owning the GOP "happy hour" debate Carly Fiorina appeared on Hardball, with Chris "Tingles" Matthews, to continue dishing out a can of whoopass!
Tingles had a problem with Carly calling Hillary a liar where Fiorina more less said to hell with political correctness Hillary is shady and she is going to call her out on it! IF one lies about an attack over seas, lies about the handling of sensitive emails then why is it a crime to call them a liar?
If today is a hint of the ability Fiorina possesses, she maybe the right one to go up against Hillary! The American people are done with politicians and frankly the presidency or any electable seat was not solely meant for a specific class of people. Most would rather see a successful business person in office than these inexperienced all talk career politicians.
It's a rarity to see and hear progs tell the truth. Chris "Tingles" Matthews has probably rattled the cages of many on the left admitting in what one will call a Freudian Slip that democrats only want illegal aliens in the US for their votes.
We have known this for quite some time but it's nice to hear it validating what we have always known. Democrats couldn't careless about the illegals coming into the US. Too bad illegals can't be convinced to stay put and their quest to come here will only result in some twisted modern-day form of slavery. If a 100 cross the border, half die and the other half live long enough to be given legal status to vote dem, democrat progs are very happy. But let's also be honest there are many progressive repubs who share the same belief as the dems. Progressives are the biggest threat to this country because they will use and abuse anyone to hold onto power while getting rich.

Once again he like many likes to make the comparison of being in the worst recession since the Great Depression yet fact remains the numbers today are worse than they were then.
Did people in the 1930’s have:
– 2 mortgages with payments at or over 50% of their Debt-to-Income ratio?
– have credit card debt or personal debt $10-15,000++?
– 1 or 2 car loans of at least $15-20,000++?
– have more than one source of income per household to just get by?
– be on the hook for the National Debt of $18+ TRILLION with unfunded liabilities at $128 TRILLION?
....this is literally just the tip of the iceberg! Don't forget over 100 million Americans remain out of work to this day, but he claims everything is sunshine and rainbows!
The US economy is and remains in shambles because of those things obama touts as successes.
The middle class is not getting a fair deal as he suggests. People are making less now than they were years ago and it isn't corp Americas fault. It's no secret companies are sitting on the money they're making and and are justified in doing it. Why? All of obama's policies from obamacare to his weak foreign policy have run companies out of the US or business entirely leaving the majority with their doors open (who do report record profits etc) scared to do any domestic investment for fear of new regs, taxes and healthcare costs.
Folks we're in the eye of the economic storm obama and his progressive pals have helped to turn into a catastrophic storm. There is no recovery.
This guy is clearly out of what is left of his mind! What issues didn't the left smear Bush, Cheney or any repub over when it came to Iraq, Afghanistan, the economy etc etc!?!?!
