New York is a perfect example: Through progressive political and immigration policies (remember progs work for an end goal over the long-term) NY's demographics have been changed over years even decades in key cities that carry more voting weight than others within the state. Because New York City is so heavily populated leaning left, more and more liberals flock to it including those who take public office. From there the domino effect takes over if there is a strong enough concentration. A city like NYC decides whether the county it's in becomes red or blue and if the state is red or blue.
There are approx 19.865M people in the state of New York, with an est 8.6M residing in NYC! That leaves 11.26M people in the outlying counties, but because NYC is so heavily populated 43% of the states population overrides 57%, delivering the states electoral votes to the democrat party's presidential candidate! That ladies and gentleman is a perfect example of mob rule!
In a nutshell under the electoral college if you have a state with 1,000,000 people and 500K live in the major city while the other 500K are spread out, whatever the majority vote in that central metropolitan area/ city will decide for the state!
Lets say the fictional major city of Springland with a population of 400K in the State of Jefferson, with a pop of 1M, votes 49% democrat, 47% republican and the latter is mixed. In the surrounding towns/ counties the complete opposite happens 57% repub, 43% dem.. Jefferson's electoral votes will go to the democrat candidate because the 57% that voted for repub is spread out! Now is that fair to Jefferson voters? NO, but you didn't see Jefferson state voters taking to the streets demanding an end to the electoral system because their candidate lost!
The people protesting and calling for the end of the electoral system never paid attention in civics class, are progressives or their drones sent out without a clue how things work. First off let's be clear the 9.6 million Americans unemployed are only those still on the books. This number does NOT factor in the 93 million who have left the workforce who have given up looking for a job. The two figures combined gives us well over 100 million Americans out of work. Now the 11 million plus illegals in the US are here as a result of the obama admin and progressives agenda to reshape US demographics and frankly create a new class of uneducated, uninformed, dependent, entitlement voters.

The dopes in the GOP didn't learn their lesson after Reagan got duped into passing amnesty back in '86. They never got the votes they thought they would get then why they think it will be any different this time around is insane. But what is even more insane is how both parties care more about getting the hispanic vote to stay in power. Both faces of the progressive beast have made it clear they do not care about the American people. They are putting illegals ahead of Americans especially the 100 million Americans out of work!
Our economy is flatlining, record numbers unemployed, in poverty etc and all DC cares about is getting that hispanic vote! There are only a few primaries left pls got vote for the challenger and lets retire these incumbents.
0bama is going to get John "Crybaby" Boehner to ram an amnesty bill through the House. Immigration reform of any kind cannot be permitted to even come to the House floor for a vote. We have been warned any bill voted on by the House is a Trojan Horse to open the door for progressives to go to Conference and come out with amnesty.
What is the rush? Why is obama and all the progressives in such a hurry to get an amnesty bill passed? Using the midterm elections is a scare tactic, they have been pushing this since 2007, thank you John McCain you !@#$%%^. There is no logical reason to ram amnesty (Rubiocare) through other than to create a permanent voting block which will result in one party rule. Granted we have that now with progressives R's & D's but we do have a handful of rebels in Congress right now. If amnesty gets through there will be no one left in DC to fight for us! Don't shrug that off because with also means there will be no one on the state level to fight for us!!
Why Americans are not marching on DC, their state capitals etc is beyond me. You have seen how bad obamacare has been for the nation, the amnesty bill Darth Hussein wants passed will dwarf it in the amount of damage it will do to the nation. Rubiocare is a game changer, it will alter the US permanently. You marched in the 100's of thousands even millions against obamacare in 2009-10. You have been completely silent on amnesty, so keep that in mind when it gets passed and you're throwing a fit!
