DC District Judge Orders Obama's DACA Program to be Restarted (Video)

DC District Court Judge John Bates upheld DACA, overriding the Trump admin to end the program stating DHS must have a rational explanation to rescind it. He went on that an "assertion that a prior policy is illegal, accompanied by a hodgepodge of illogical or post hoc policy assertion, simply will not do."

Wow, have we missed something? Did something happen in 2012 that we all missed where apparently Congress PASSED legislation and obama signed Dream Act into law??

No that didn't happen but for some unknown, unexplained reason EVERYONE from Congress to the courts is treating DACA as if it's federal law. The truth is, DACA is and was an unconstitutional Executive Action by barack hussein obama blatantly violating the system of checks and balances, end running Congress, because he couldn't get any legislative support. Furthermore, he made it clear in the Rose Garden address June 15th, 2012 this directive in a memo to DHS (it wasn't even and Executive Order/ Action) was temporary!

"Now, let's be clear this is not amnesty, this is not immunity. This is not a path to citizenship. It's not a permanent fix. This is a temporary stopgap measure that lets us focus our resources wisely while giving a degree of relief and hope to talented, driven, patriotic young people."

How can a judge order a policy to stay in effect when it is not, and countless Constitutional scholars agreed is unconstitutional!? POTUS possesses plenary absolute powers when it comes to who can and cannot enter the United States for ANY reason. It's the same power that allows the Travel Ban to be enacted! We cannot have unelected, unaccountable judges interfering on issues of national security.

Like it or not DREAMers are illegal aliens, regardless of how they came into the US, whether they walked, were carried or their momma popped them out across the border! They like their parents DO NOT belong here. If they want to stay in the US, here are 10 conditions that must be in any comprehensive immigration bill or ALL bets are off!

From the start Hensarling took Nancy Pelosi to task citing the Gettysburg address was only 2 mins long and more eloquent than her 8 hour rambling! He then called out she and the dem party's unwillingness to work with the President after he extended an "olive branch" to work with them on immigration reform.

Pelosi spent 8 hours rambling on, over how illegal immigrants are important to the nation. To get an idea of how badly she carried on, it went so far as to a story she told about her 6yr old grandson making a birthday wish that wanted to have “tan skin” and “brown eyes” like his Guatemalan friend Antonio!

One can only imagine the discussions and language used around this child where white people are demonized so badly her own grandson wants to be another race!

Pelosi's marathon speech, not a filibuster, WASTED the American people's time and money. It was a demonstration over the contempt she and the dem party has for US citizens. Every single democrat in that room, supported her and believes every word she said. These people care more about illegal aliens than the nation's business and national security. Dems only care about illegal aliens for votes. They want them legalized to secure party power, for one party rule as we see in California which will never be under GOP control again. CA was the lab experiment which became the model for what the democrats have in store for the entire country should they ever have control of both houses and the White House.

PS: What this woman did, the 8hr rambling should scare the hell out of every single voter, frustrated with both parties who always threatens to sit the election out, especially the independents. If the democrats succeed in the 2018 midterm elections, this woman will be Speaker of the House, 3rd in line for the Presidency!

Every few months we hear these troubling reports of illegal aliens crossing the border from Border Agents who testify in front of Congressional committees. It is abundantly clear this admin and the majority of Congress has no intention of doing anything about the US being invaded.

The SOB's in power know the American people have had it with all of them so they are more or less putting on a show that they are concerned but welcome illegals coming into the US. How do we know this? As Cabrera testifies illegals know even if they get caught they won't be sent back. The bill to defund sanctuary cities which also had Kate's Law attached to it was shot down for starters. Nothing has been done to cut off social entitlements to illegals at the cost of taxpayers. Congress has taken no action against employers who hire illegals... in other words the bait remains in place for illegals to come here.

Why?

The progressive political class, R's and D's, are welcoming illegal aliens to the US to reshape the nations political demographics. Yes, illegals cannot vote for now, but sooner or later Congress will act on immigration opening the pathway for them to become citizens and eventually vote. It's not a question of if but when. Eventually uninformed Americans will submit, because illegals are people too who just want a better life, and vote in support of such policy and the politicians behind it keeping them in power permanently. The uninformed class will vote against anyone who goes against said politicians until one day the electorate will reflect that of one party rule. Granted we practically have that today but many of us will probably live to see the day when the majority of Congress is comprised of one party (democrats). We are already seeing this in some states like California (the testing grounds for progressive agenda) whose govt is dominated by progressive democrats running the state into the ground.

So what do we do about this? Nothing, since the majority of angry Americans are too busy and have NO WILL to take action against the monsters in power destroying this country.

Obama: 'I'm Going to Keep Doing Everything I Can' For Illegal Aliens

As I have noted in the past I used to be in B2B sales so I speak bullsh*t fluently. What his royal majesty is saying is he doesn't care what the courts rule or what anyone in opposition says or does. He claims he is acting within the law but the executive branch does not have the power to legislate and Executive orders only apply to policy within the executive branch. This is why he gave more powers to DHS to more or less to a blind eye to illegals crossing the border. This man couldn't careless about illegal aliens entering the US. To him all they only serve as political pawns to run this country into the ground red-lining our economy and social entitlement system.

Obama and the pro-illegal alien crowd want people to believe legalizing will strengthen the US economy and make the nation safer. to this day none of these people have been called out to explain this claim. Meanwhile it was just reported that 25,098,000 foreign-born workers are employed in the US. This number should infuriate Americans since there are 26 million Americans unemployed who are "on the books". In total there are over 100 million Americans out of work, but yo will never hear obama or the pro-illegal alien crowd ever acknowledge those of us, incl yours truly, who are unemployed.

As for making the nation safer that doesn't add up either. First of all the regime has just released another 3,700 "threat level 1" illegal aliens onto America's streets. Second, ask anyone who is pro-illegal immigration how allowing a mother of 3, all under the 10, who has an 8th grade education how she will contribute to the nation economically or make it safer!? The majority of people coming across the border are not the best and brightest from their nation of origin. These people are severely uneducated, under skilled, seeking welfare at American taxpayers expense or even worse criminals. Their entrance into the US will actually make us weaker because law enforcement will be overwhelmed dealing with them.

One way or another obama is going to deliver legal status to illegal aliens and if anything establish the path for full citizenship for the next president to pass so illegals can inevitably vote. This will as warned by many, including most recently Ann Coulter, change the country's political demographics leading to one party rule.

Don't hold your breath for our do nothing Congress to do anything about it. The majority of them want illegals here too. Both parties want to use illegals to secure the reign of eternal power while red-blooded citizens are forgotten and treated like second class citizens.

Rep King nails it with obama's motivation behind opening the flood gates to illegal aliens. Obama wants to stack the voter polls with new democrat voters just as he has done with the courts to carry on his "legacy" (whatever the hell that is aside from the destruction of the US).

Yes, illegals here now and those waiting under obamnesty cannot vote but that's right now. We have no idea what will happen in a year, 2, 5 etc. If the conditions we are living under today were suggested 5 years ago, people would say that is insane! That said there is no telling what insane political moves are coming in the future to give illegal the right to vote. You can bet it will center around "human rights" with dems making the argument "they're only half a person/ citizen". Crazy idea right? Yea so is making a deal with Iran to give them nukes, or all the other policies obama has rammed through unchallenged by our useless Congress.

Obama and the democrat party couldn't careless about illegals personally, they are pawns to gain power and create one party rule. This is why people have to fight back against this govt with all its power grabs. Just because none of the networks, including center to left leaning Fox, isn't talking about illegal immigration doesn't mean the issue has gone away. All it takes in one Court of Appeals judge to get the ball rolling again or obama making up another law from the imperial throne room.

Propaganda Minister Unequivocally Says Obama Will Act on Executive Amnesty Before Years End

"...the question before the president is he going to do something that is within his legal authority, that is also within the clear best interests of the American people and our economy? The answer to that question is yes. ... He's going to take that executive action before the end of the year.."

You have to love the ultimatum the republicans have been given by the imperial emperor and his Propaganda Minister that if they pass the Senates immigration bill (as much a nightmare as obamacare) his majesty won’t wave his magic pen on amnesty.

The thing that they can do is that they can allow that common sense bipartisan bill from the Senate to come to the floor of the House of Representatives. And if the House passes that Senate bill the president won't take executive action."

This is his way & plans going forward to working in a bipartisan way with the GOP. Pass what he wants or he will do it himself!

The new republican party won’t even be sworn in until next year yet they are being given ultimatums right now as if they have majority power now! Where is it written the republicans have to work with obama now that he and the democrats lost the election? They showed no desire over the last 6 years to want to work with the republicans. As a matter of fact his majesty arrogantly stated in a press conference that if they don't like what’s going on they should go win an election!



There is absolutely nothing for the American people to gain from illegal aliens being legalized. Those here are not the best and brightest from their native countries. The majority of illegal aliens in the US are here for free stuff, taking jobs from Americans where they send a good portion of their pay back to their native countries. They contribute nothing to the country, they don’t pay taxes or into the Social Security system, REFUSE to assimilate into our culture having zero respect for Americans.

There are NO economic benefits in legalizing 3-5 even 11 million illegal aliens. There are over 100 million Americans to of work and to this day not one person from the imperial regime has explained how amnesty will benefit the millions of unemployed Americans [like myself!].

All Darth Hussein wants to do is hit back at both parties and punish the American people for going against him. His only desire to legalize millions of aliens is to create a new voting class since the people are wise to what is going on. This man is truly dangerous (FYI he is now wheeling and dealing with Iran) and just think we still have 2 more years of him!
