Judicial Watch got big win today in their suit to get answers from Hillary Clinton over the scandals involving her emails from a private server and records on the Benghazi attack.

Judicial Watch is doing far more to get to the bottom of these scandals than the Justice Dept under AG Barr. Fitton was on Fox a week arguing the DOJ is still defending Clinton...

It really makes you wonder about how deep the Deep State goes when a watchdog organization can convince a judge to order an elitist like Clinton back into to court to give a sworn deposition.

The only way change and justice come back to this country is through independent unbiased investigative journalism and organizations like Judicial Watch never giving up. We can't put our hope an faith into people working in govt like Barr or Durham! Court: ‘It is Time to Hear Directly from Secretary Clinton’

(Washington, DC) Judicial Watch today announced that U.S. District Court Judge Royce C. Lamberth granted Judicial Watch’s request to depose former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton about her emails and Benghazi attack documents. The court also ordered the deposition of Clinton’s former Chief of Staff, Cheryl Mills and two other State Department officials.

Additionally, the court granted Judicial Watch’s request to subpoena Google for relevant documents and records associated with Clinton’s emails during her tenure at the State Department.

The ruling comes in Judicial Watch’s lawsuit that seeks records concerning “talking points or updates on the Benghazi attack” (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:14-cv-01242)). Judicial Watch famously uncovered in 2014 that the “talking points” that provided the basis for Susan Rice’s false statements were created by the Obama White House. This Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit led directly to the disclosure of the Clinton email system in 2015.

In December 2018, Judge Lamberth first ordered discovery into whether Secretary Clinton’s use of a private email server was intended to stymie FOIA; whether the State Department’s intent to settle this case in late 2014 and early 2015 amounted to bad faith; and whether the State Department has adequately searched for records responsive to Judicial Watch’s request. After owning the GOP "happy hour" debate Carly Fiorina appeared on Hardball, with Chris "Tingles" Matthews, to continue dishing out a can of whoopass!

Tingles had a problem with Carly calling Hillary a liar where Fiorina more less said to hell with political correctness Hillary is shady and she is going to call her out on it! IF one lies about an attack over seas, lies about the handling of sensitive emails then why is it a crime to call them a liar?

If today is a hint of the ability Fiorina possesses, she maybe the right one to go up against Hillary! The American people are done with politicians and frankly the presidency or any electable seat was not solely meant for a specific class of people. Most would rather see a successful business person in office than these inexperienced all talk career politicians.

CBS is resenting the day Attkisson left their crap network and went on her own. Thanks to her investigation and Fox this "dead horse" issue has been brought back to life with the emails being released exposing the White House played a direct role in covering up the cover up in Benghazi.

With this email out and MORE COMING(!) now is the time to shift focus off of the players involved and get to the WHY. WHY was Chris Stevens in Benghazi? For the Record revealed this week the admin was running guns to Al Qaeda and that needs to be the headline everywhere. When Jon Karl of ABC starts to grill Jay Carney on this maybe then we will see calls for criminal charges against regime members.

As long as the gun running story remains silent we will never get the answers we want to let alone see those responsible removed from power and behind bars.
