Trump is not taking investigating Hillary Clinton off the table but again said "I don't want to hurt the Clinton's" after hammering away during the election of how corrupt she is. Maybe Trump is waving off a special prosecutor over the emails because the Clinton Foundation investigation is bigger? NO. She violated the Espionage Act that others have been thrown in jail for over doing far, far less! This woman one way or another belongs in jail, she broke the law, period. Trump is all over the place on this (and from it sound of it other issues) regardless of fact he more or less campaigned being a candidate of "law and order", so he needs to stick to his word.

Judge Napolitano: Enough Evidence to Convict Clinton of Espionage

America this FBI investigation is THE test that will once and for all determine if this nation is still a Republic or a Banana Republic with two sets of rules: one for the elites (like Clinton), the other for we the peons! As the Judge makes clear there is more than enough evidence to indict and convict Hillary Clinton for violating the Espionage Act(among other laws broken) which is a felony punishable with fines and jail time.

If the DOJ does not have the will to indict AND PROSECUTE Clinton then this nation is on its way down for sure. Frankly those involved with the investigation should resign or be forced out. Judge Napolitano: Clinton Needs A Good Criminal Lawyer

Judge Napolitano weighed in on Clinton's email scandal stressing Hillary's legal situation is "grave and worse than grave".

400 classified emails have been identified by Inspector Generals on Clinton's personal server. It DOES NOT MATTER that Clinton received, sent said emails or what their marking were. Clinton was the "sole" custodian of secret/ confidential government documents which she negligently handled thus violating the Espionage Act under 18 US Code § 793(f)

This criminal who lives by a separate set of rules will again shrug off what she has done claiming her predecessors used private email accounts while they served. While this is true it is misleading as NONE of her predecessors hosted said personal email accounts on a private server they solely controlled. This criminal will also tout this investigation is nothing but a political witch hunt citing the comments made by the despicable fmr GOP Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy.

Do not allow yourself to be swayed by whatever Clinton and her allies say. This is cut and dry a clear violation of the law which dwarfs what General Petraeus did! IF Clinton is not indicted by the FBI/DOJ then the American people just put an enormous amount of pressure on Congress to impeach Attorney General Loretta Lynch.

Mark Levin: Clinton is a 'Disaster', 'Liar' Who Violated Federal Law

Now that there has been another document dump of Clinton emails I decided to post this clip from Mark Levin's show from Aug 28th when he took it upon himself to educate the masses. The Great One read the federal law on penalties for Espionage Act, US Code 18 739(f), making it clear that markings, sent or received emails are irrelevant in Hillary Clinton's defense of having classified emails on her private server. Said emails in her possession were mishandled putting national security in danger which is a felony!

With the revelation that there are now an additional 125 emails that are now deemed classified the American people need to put pressure on the DOJ to take action. Clinton is flat-out breaking the law, because she can living by her own set of rules which needs to come to an end. It's time for a grand jury to rule and for this criminal to be indicted for violating federal law. Gen Petraeus did far less than Clinton and he was hammered. If the DOJ doesn't indict Clinton under Espionage laws, that Levin cites, then the American people need to put enormous pressure on Congress to impeach DOJ chief Loretta Lynch. If Clinton is allowed to remain free then we will in fact have confirmation that the US is now a Banana Republic. If that is the case then it may be time for Americans to invoke their rights spelled out clearly in the Declaration of Independence to "throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their security."
