People on the Left don't want to hear it but Judge Napolitano, as well as many others, keep saying the same thing over and over again: Criminals, evil doers, crazy people and terrorists DO NOT obey the law.

This is the absolute truth, where even yours truly has posted what must be the scariest question ever to Twitter, so much so NO ONE has answered it!

Liberals pls explain why you think criminals,terrorists&evil doers will comply if you got your way w/strictest of #guncontrol if not total confiscation?
What have these ppl done in their lives of crime&terror to indicate they'll stop using weapons if another law is passed?

There is nothing that is going to stop someone from trying to indiscriminately kill people. No law will stop the next mass killing in a school, church, mall or wherever. One of the reasons is because many of these mass shooting sites are deemed gun free zones. Zones created by the radical unhinged Left who are fine protecting their money, stuff, communities (gated/ high end apts & condos), govt buildings etc, yet REFUSE to have the same security in schools, because they don't want guns around kids! So they don't want guns around kids in the school but are fine with it outside of the home!? Uh heh...

Force on force with armed guards, arming teachers and administrators, WHO CHOOSE TO BE ARMED (no one is talking about forcing them to carry), is the only solution to deal with evil. If I'm wrong then someone please post a rational well thought out answer to the question I asked on Twitter.

No one wants to hear about programs to identify whether Johnny or Sue is at risk. By the time you figure it out, say on a Monday and plan to put whatever intervention in motion Thursday or Friday odds are if they're that far gone come Tuesday or Wednesday you'll be all over the news!

Lastly, every single one of you reading this is the first responder. DO NOT let anyone tell you otherwise because on avg most active shootings are over in about 3-5mins, where as police response is 8-12mins! Whatever the event is if you're there first, you're the first responder who will have to take action be it engage a lunatic, help someone who just crashed or take that lost kid by the hand to help them find their Mommy or Daddy. WE don't need the govts permission to act and do what's right.

Judge Napolitano: 'Day of Reckoning' Coming For Hillary Clinton

Well one can hope the Judge is right that a day of reckoning is coming for Clinton but a question I've asked still stands: Even if she is indicted who is going to prosecute her, the obama DOJ? Does anyone really believe Loretta Lynch will prosecute Hillary for breaking countless federal laws like the Espionage Act?

Lets assume they will try but the indictment and charges backfire propelling Hillary to the White House. The prosecution fails, does anyone have any clue to how many heads will literally roll, if not people involved disappear!?

The real day of reckoning is going to come when people realize after this felon, Clinton, is set free. If DC thinks people are mad now by whats happening with this primary and general election they have no clue after there is confirmation we live under two sets of rules; one for the people the other for elites. This nation is powder keg that is just about to go off. We're headed in very dangerous times.

Judge Napolitano: Clinton Needs A Good Criminal Lawyer

Judge Napolitano weighed in on Clinton's email scandal stressing Hillary's legal situation is "grave and worse than grave".

400 classified emails have been identified by Inspector Generals on Clinton's personal server. It DOES NOT MATTER that Clinton received, sent said emails or what their marking were. Clinton was the "sole" custodian of secret/ confidential government documents which she negligently handled thus violating the Espionage Act under 18 US Code § 793(f)

This criminal who lives by a separate set of rules will again shrug off what she has done claiming her predecessors used private email accounts while they served. While this is true it is misleading as NONE of her predecessors hosted said personal email accounts on a private server they solely controlled. This criminal will also tout this investigation is nothing but a political witch hunt citing the comments made by the despicable fmr GOP Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy.

Do not allow yourself to be swayed by whatever Clinton and her allies say. This is cut and dry a clear violation of the law which dwarfs what General Petraeus did! IF Clinton is not indicted by the FBI/DOJ then the American people just put an enormous amount of pressure on Congress to impeach Attorney General Loretta Lynch.

Senate Dems Block Bill That Cuts Off Funding to Sanctuary Cities

So much for having a majority in the Congress! This failed vote is more proof of how progressive dems and repubs care more about illegal aliens than American citizens. If anything this vote also solidified the charge, here at STR, that we the people are second class citizens to illegal aliens.

That said where are you America? Why aren't you initiating recall elections and taking to the streets marching on DC to remove local politicians who are responsible for sanctuary cities and those in Congress who enable them? Too busy huh?! That's fine you're too busy with work, school, kids, house, the big game and that sale then DO NOT BITCH AND MOAN about how this nation is being invaded by illegals aliens!

Judge Napolitano: Clinton Conspired to Evade and Break the Law

Clinton is a private citizen now who gave her all this power to do what she wants when she wants? Out of 66,000 emails and after deleting 30,000 emails Clinton produces 300 while claiming everything else was preserved on other govt employees emails. This as expected is turning out to be untrue since her aides (Mills, Abedin) had private accounts hosted on Billy's server too. I dare any American to try these kinds of antics dealing with the govt, courts or law enforcement and watch how fast you will be locked up! That of course is AFTER a full tactical team breaks down your front door slamming you and your family to the floor handcuffing you with a knee on the back of your neck!

This story is important because it shows how corrupt govt has become. It shows how elitists can do anything they want up to and including changing the rules to sit them while we are all treated like terrorists. Elitists like Clinton cannot be allowed to evade and break the law at their discretion all the time. Americans need to rise up and take this country back before the little of the America we know that is left is all but destroyed.
