This is what Mueller cooked up (6 mos old) to send over to Judge Sullivan that is clear demonstration Mueller thinks he is above the law and answers to no one. Frankly what he has done to Flynn, and doing to others, should scare the living hell out of ALL Americans, democrats and republican. US Senator Mazie Hirono Wants Kavanaugh INVESTIGATED Over Throwing Ice Allegation From 1985!

Democrats are out of control. Their obstruction-destruction operation against Judge Kavanaugh has no bounds. We have a United States Senator, Mazie Hirono, calling for a man to be heavily investigated by the FBI, who have already done S I X investigations on him, now conducting a supplemental seventh, because he allegedly threw ice.. ICE in a bar in 1985. [Alleged bar fight... throwing ice].

This is not going to end well for the democrats nor the republicans. The dems are over-playing their hand which is pissing off moderate dem voters, over the party now leaning extreme left. How times changes huh? Here we have the great DEMOCRAT Joe Biden laying the facts out to Judge Clarence Thomas, during his SCOTUS confirmation hearing, making it clear an FBI investigation is not the final say, "they do not - they do not - they do not reach conclusions". Yet today the democrats demand an FBI investigation in just about everything for a final say - conclusion!

This clip just goes to show how hypocritical the left has become. It's a clear indicator of how they have weaponized the FBI and DOJ with loyal operatives (Deep State) to advance their agenda when anyone gets in their way!

As of this week anyone accused of crime by a democrat/ leftist does not have the presumption of innocence, is not entitled to due process, is guilty until proven innocent. The accused now have the burden of proving their innocence where the accused is allowed to lie and deceive for political expediency, financial gain or whatever their end goal is, generally some insane social justice warrior cause.

Rush: What If FBI Investigation Reveals Collusion Between Obama and Russia?

Democrats demanding an investigation into Russian hacking can't seem to grip it will not only focus on Pres Trump's campaign, but also obama and Clinton! To date there is ZERO evidence of any collusion between Donald Trump and the Russians. There is however PROOF of collusion between Obama and Russia that goes all the way back to 2012.

There is also evidence of collusion between Hillary Clinton and Russia with regards to Uranium One. This is even more sinister because she was Sec of State (implements obama admin) and her families foundation,Clinton Global Initiative, allegedly received funds (money laundering for quid pro quo)!

Frankly I want to see an investigation because I know it will open Pandora's Box on everyone. Let's have it out once and for all, expose the people who are threat to this county and lock them up. Fmr Superior Court Judge Sets Crooked Senator Straight on Whether FBI Dir Broke Fed Law

Harry Reid is running his mouth again suggesting shamed FBI Dir James Comey broke the law (Hatch Act ) when he announced he was reopening the Clinton email investigation. First off Senator Reid is a compulsive, a political hack and self-admitted liar. He has abused Constitutional powers to slander American citizens under Article 1 Section 6 Clause 1 (aka Speech and Debate Clause). NOTHING that comes out of Harry Reid's mouth should be taken seriously or have any validity. Furthermore any media citing his recent comments in defense of Hillary Clinton, as if to give credibility to Reid, should be questioned.

For the second night now Judge Pirro continued to hammer away on FBI Dir James Comey to do his job and what is right for the country in dealing with the Clinton email scandal. Comey needs to run a complete thorough investigation. The evidence needs to be presented to a grand jury with a recommendation to indict Hillary Clinton, since she has clearly violated multiple federal laws.

While I'm not fond of the idea, Pirro is stressing Comey to make a deal with Clinton aide Huma Abedin to "sing". The thought of another regime member being given an immunity deal is blood boiling but Adedin really has no options as the Judge explains. She signed a disclosure under oath when she left the State Dept that all classified documents, materials etc have been handed over. But as of today 1000's 650,000 of her emails have been identified on her husbands laptop some with state.gov addresses too which is violation. The only way for her will be to roll on Hillary... unless Huma wants the state raising her child?!

Comey created this mess by being a political pawn over the summer now he pushes this nation closer to a Constitutional crisis should Clinton win in 9 days!

Judge Pirro Rips FBI Dir For Disgracing and Politicizing the FBI

Pirro went off on the FBI's Jim Comey for dropping a bombshell that the agency was reopening the Clinton email investigation at the 11th hour. She points out the Justice Department and the FBI have a policy of not making public statements 60 days out from an election because of the affect it will have. Comey has violated this but in his defense if he didn't and she gets elected when there is something there you know the republicans, Trump and his supporters will go nuts. The man is damned either way. On the flip side this will be ammo for the left if nothing major comes out of this investigation and Clinton loses Nov 8th too!

The Judge thundered away on the FBI Dir's incompetence for "putting his finger on the scales of justice" 11 days before the election. Had Comey done his job over the summer we wouldn't be in this mess with worst politician in US history potentially becoming President. What happens if she does get elected while there is an investigation ongoing and she's indicted!? Will obama use his magic pen and pardon her before there is a trial? Could he? If the investigation goes beyond Jan 20, 2017 and she is found guilty can she pardon herself? Comey has in fact created a massive clusterf*ck that could potentially create a Constitutional crisis all because he didn't do his job in the first place!

FBI Made Side Deals With Clinton Aides to Destroy Laptops After Investigation

The FBI has proven time and again it is rotten and corrupt to the core. Why is the agency going out of its way to grant immunity and make deals with people who are most likely co-conspirators in the destruction of govt property and the gross negligent handling of classified materials?! Thank you Jim Comey for demonstrating once again how you have gone out of your way to protect FELON Clinton and PROVING the United States is in fact a Banana Republic.

I suspect anyone under investigation or convicted by FBI investigations under Comey will be appealing their case. This agency, clearly politically driven to protect elites, has zero credibility to do what is right in the best interests of the American people.

House Repubs Grill Loretta Lynch in Hearing on Clinton Emails

You can clearly see the frustration Reps Issa, Gowdy, Gohmert and Jordan have with Attorney General Loretta Lynch, who is on official record now defending the actions of a felon, Hillary Clinton. Lynch's testimony today, like FBI Dir Comey's announcement, is confirmation the US is a Banana Republic ruled by lawless elites, as Jim Jordan points out.

So what do we the people do? We need to put heavy pressure on Congress to stop talking and take action otherwise they should be removed from office. We're out of exits folks heading into this dark tunnel, steps have to be taken to ensure we have freedom and justice on the other end.

Judge Napolitano: Enough Evidence to Convict Clinton of Espionage

America this FBI investigation is THE test that will once and for all determine if this nation is still a Republic or a Banana Republic with two sets of rules: one for the elites (like Clinton), the other for we the peons! As the Judge makes clear there is more than enough evidence to indict and convict Hillary Clinton for violating the Espionage Act(among other laws broken) which is a felony punishable with fines and jail time.

If the DOJ does not have the will to indict AND PROSECUTE Clinton then this nation is on its way down for sure. Frankly those involved with the investigation should resign or be forced out.
