Fmr US Atty Joe diGenova dropped a bombshell on Hannity, saying Deputy Attorney Gen Rod Rosenstein is under investigation "for things that involve the FISA warrants". One can only imagine what that may be, but it's safe to say the FISA's that were obtained to go after Trump and his people were clearly done so using questionable means like that Sarah Carter opened the segment with!
The upper echelon of the DOJ is as corrupt as it comes. What you're hearing is more evidence of an outright soft coup taking place against President Trump. It is as Joe says, "so dangerous to the country that this could be going on,... What you are reading in the New York Times editorial is subversion that someone thinks that they can thwart an election." Wow Judge Pirro went ballistic on Atty General Jeff Sessions, expressing the anger many Americans feel towards the AG over how he is doing nothing while the President is being treated like a criminal for doing his job.
Many of Pirro's critics will whine that she is just shilling for Trump, but she lays out a damning case over Sessions' incompetence ever since taking office under false pretenses. There was no reason for him to recuse himself and he should have let POTUS know before accepting the job. After all we've learned to date he should reverse as there was no reason for him to "stay out of it", other than shutting it! Everything Donald Trump is being accused of the democrats, Hillary Clinton and soft coup conspirators within the DOJ/ FBI have actually committed! They are the ones colluding with the Russians, wheeling and dealing behind closed doors and God knows what else. If sessions were doing his job he would launch investigations into Uranium, Fusion GPS, Hillary's emails etc. Crime is happening right before his eyes and he does nothing. Louie Gohmert appeared on Mornings With Maria Bartiromo to discuss the disastrous FBI/ DOJ following James Comey's ABC interview. When the issue of Comey's memos came up it led into a broader discussion over the potential of impeaching upper level DOJ officials including Rod Rosenstein.
Without hesitation Gohmert stated "I have no problem with impeaching Rosenstein. He is a problem. He needs to step down." For those unaware Rosenstein and Mueller are both knee deep with the Uranium One scandal which is all the motive in the world for the two to go after Pres Trump and anyone in the administration who gets too close.
Having Rosenstein in the DOJ, with regards to overseeing the Trump-Russia unproven conspiracy, is like allowing any mob boss control an investigation into themselves. Rosenstein should not only be fired ,but under criminal investigation for his involvement with Uranium One.

The special counsel investigation.. witch hunt into alleged claims of collusion [not a crime] between the Trump administration and Russia is all being run by people appointed by Bob Mueller, who are Clinton and obama loyalists. Yet that is what Judge Jeanine had to do after Jeff Sessions told the House Judiciary Committee earlier this week he didn't see enough factual evidence to investigate Hillary Clinton and her Uranium One side deal with the Russians that enriched she and Bill's crime syndicate. Maybe Sessions is afraid of his own people or has been completely manipulated by them, which would reveal how incompetent he is as AG!

Former FBI Assistant Director James Kallstrom didn't hold back how he really felt about fmr FBI Dir James Comey, calling him a political hack for obama and the Clinton Crime Syndicate! Listening to his criticism over the antics of Comey and company you have to wonder why he is the only one from the Bureau speaking out? He allowed Lois Lerner to slide after weaponizing the IRS and then destroying evidence, recused himself from Russia investigation when it was not necessary, let Hillary walk in the email scandal and the list goes on and on as Jason Chaffetz revealed Oct 1st at with Judge Jeanine Pirro. This man had everyone believing he would be "Mr Law and Order" as Attorney General. He fooled us all just as the GOP fooled us all when they promised to repeal obamacare, if given majority in the House, Senate and a republican President. There is no logical reason for Sessions to keep a gag order (NDA) in force by Loretta Lynch.
Attorney Victoria Toensing explained on Hannity the FBI informant signed an NDA, with criminal penalties, that prevents the informant from speaking about what he knows on the uranium deal between Clinton, obama admin and the Russians. BUT that was during the past admin. Obama is gone, Loretta Lynch has no power or authority either, both are civilians.
As Dobb's points out, it's fine the NDA was in force during the obama admin as they did it to protect the obama regime, but this uranium scandal is serious and a national security issue. Sessions can override as Schaffer argues and is most likely correct there is a huge cover-up within the FBI.
Since Sessions is obstructing, Chuck Grassley, chairing Senate Judiciary Committee, and Devin Nunes, chairing House Intel Committee, both need to grant the FBI informant full immunity so we can learn the truth on this real story of Russian collusion. It puzzling as to why Pres Trump has not stepped in ordering Sessions to do what is right or ask for his resignation. Make no mistake about it, that is where we are at with this AG. Sessions, almost since the day he took office, has acted incompetent. He is not working in the best interests of the American people who expected the corrupt to finally be brought to justice.

This quote from Hannity just about sums up the real story of collusion reported by The Hill that was going on between the Clinton's, their foundation, the obama regime and the Russians.
The evidence reported is overwhelming over how our national security was comprised while the Clinton's clearly enriched themselves while Hillary was Sec of State, at our expense. The problem we have to deal with now how this will be dealt with since those who would be investigating are compromised. To make matters worse AG Sessions recused himself from any Russia related investigations, so we won't see much action from the DOJ with so many obama loyalists in play.
Sen Grassley will be speaking to Sessions on this but the Senate, and the House, really have no power lock any one up. They can hold hearings, investigations etc but at the end of the day whatever they conclude gets sent over to the DOJ to handle.
Russia-Trump collusion story is dead at this point. Makes you wonder why it was pushed so hard. Did libs really believe Clinton-Russia connections wouldn't be uncovered or the nation would be distracted with lies Trump was working with the Russians when there was no evidence to be found yet plenty on Hillary!?

Democrats demanding an investigation into Russian hacking can't seem to grip it will not only focus on Pres Trump's campaign, but also obama and Clinton! To date there is ZERO evidence of any collusion between Donald Trump and the Russians. There is however PROOF of collusion between Obama and Russia that goes all the way back to 2012.
There is also evidence of collusion between Hillary Clinton and Russia with regards to Uranium One. This is even more sinister because she was Sec of State (implements obama admin) and her families foundation,Clinton Global Initiative, allegedly received funds (money laundering for quid pro quo)!
Frankly I want to see an investigation because I know it will open Pandora's Box on everyone. Let's have it out once and for all, expose the people who are threat to this county and lock them up. So be careful democrats, you want an investigation, you're gonna get it but don't you dare cry foul when your boyking and failed queen are caught red handed!
Make no mistake about it though dems are pushing the collusion conspiracy pushing hard, going so far as to conflate separate investigations into one to implement the President. What Mike Flynn has done and the investigation around him is his problem not Trump's.
