Time to Shut the Mueller Probe Against Trump DOWN 📺

Deputy Atty Gen, Rod Rosenstein announced indictments of 12 Russian GRU spies for hacking the DNC.

"It accuses them of covertly monitoring the computers of dozens of Democratic officials and volunteers, implanting malicious computer code known as malware and using spearphishing emails to gain control of the accounts of people associated with the Clinton campaign." - AP

The Mueller probe is connected to all of this, as it is based on the theory Trump colluded with the Russians to win the election. It's based on a fake dossier paid for by the DNC and Hillary Clinton concocted by the Russians who were in cahoots with liberal operatives at Fusion GPS, the FBI and DOJ. There is far too much information to go through and list in a blog post, it would end up in the form of a book. Pages can be written on just the House Judiciary hearing that was held not even 24 hours ago.

None of the 2 dozen plus indictments have anything to do with Donald Trump, including charges against Mike Flynn and Paul Manafort.

One thing is clear it is all a hoax, there is NO evidence pointing any wrongdoing by the President of the United States. Rod Rosenstein made it clear as day,

"There's no allegation in this indictment that any American citizen committed a crime. There's no allegation that the conspiracy changed the vote count or affected any election result."

How can the Russians have stolen an election on behalf of Trump if there is no evidence of vote count tampering? The democrats will continue to scream bloody murder, there was "collusion", and that the Russians worked with the Trump campaign. Here's all you have to ask yourself and Leftists, PRODUCE:

- voters who changed their vote from Hillary Clinton to Donald Trump because of the Russians?
- the votes that were changed from Clinton to Trump because of/ by the Russians?
- the proof Donald Trump, his family, campaign staff sat down and conspired with the Russians to steal the election from Clinton?
- the federal law stating unequivocally "collusion" (if it did occur) is a crime?
- the evidence of any wrong doing by Trump and his staff?
And lastly WHY is the DNC adamant over not allowing the FBI, or any intel agency, access to the hacked servers?

Leftist won't produce any evidence because they can't, as none of it exists. Otherwise Bob Mueller would have produced, or at the very least it would have surely leaked out by now.

It is time for Mueller's probe against Donald Trump to end. To continue this witch hunt is a waste of tax payer dollars and is doing irreparable damage to the US. Go watch yesterdays House Judiciary hearing again, all that was missing was legislators coming to blows which filters down to the avg citizen. The real investigation should be into the DNC, Clinton, Fusion GPS, certain reporters, and conspirators (like Comey, Strzok and Page) within the FBI and DOJ.

DiGenova Blasts Obama Admin Officials on Trump Probe: 'They Destroyed the DOJ and FBI' 📺

Fmr US Atty Joe diGenova ripped into obama admin holdovers who have "destroyed the DOJ and FBI" that will take years to rebuild public trust over their attempt to unseat a duly elected President. Sally Yates, Jim Brennan, James Clapper, and the rest of the obama loyalists (coup conspirators) are now all attacking Trump because they know they're in trouble. Their little coup has failed, so now they try to change the narrative, treat Trump as if he is the one breaking the law, threatening the rule f law and democracy, when THEY are the ones who have broken the law and the American peoples trust.

To make matters worse, but not surprising, Dep AG Rod Rosenstein is now patronizing Pres Trump by allowing the inspector general to look into any spying against the Trump campaign in 2016. The problem with this, as diGenova points out, is the IG has no authority to subpoena those involved with the plot (aka "insurance plan") against Trump that have left the DOJ. You would think any of Trump's attorneys would make this clear but this is where we're at.

It's Over, Mueller Will Not Indict Pres Trump 📺

Robert Mueller told Rudy Giuliani and Pres Trump's legal team two weeks ago that he will follow DOJ guidelines and NOT indict President Trump. To do so would in fact create a constitutional crisis because the DOJ cites:

"The indictment or criminal prosecution of a sitting President would unconstitutionally undermine the capacity of the executive branch to perform its constitutionally assigned functions."

This announcement will surely send Leftists who have been putting all their hopes in the Mueller investigation into total meltdown. One right off the top would be Maxine Waters who, is constantly calling for Trump to be impeached, has in fact said Mueller is her guy, "who is going to win". 

Not likely.

The point of the Russia investigation was to show Trump colluded with Russia to win the election. No proof has ever been produced and even it some did collusion is not a crime. No impeachable offenses have been committed. No crimes were committed. The President DID NOT commit obstruction when he terminated Jim Comey. At this point this special investigation should be shut down and again per the DOJ policy POTUS cannot be indicted.

If it wasn't over after all the other revelations that have surfaced this should be the final one. Congress should move to shut the Mueller investigation down if the Attorney General refuses to end this witch  hunt.

It Is Time For 'Worthless Attorney General' Jeff Sessions to Go!

Is calling Atty General Jeff Sessions 'worthless' harsh? NO. Former Congressman Jason Chaffetz expressed frustration Reps Mark Meadows, Jim Jordan, Judicial Watch's Chris Ferrell, Legal Analyst Gregg Jarrett and many others (incl those who are afraid to speak publicly) are feeling. Chaffetz, as short as he was, is also speaking for many Americans who have sat back for a over a year while the democrats, Hillary Clinton, members of the obama admin and their loyalists who remain in govt within the upper echelon of the FBI and DOJ have acted above the law with no consequences to date.

One of the very Deep State conspirators, acting with his best interests in mind, Rod Rosenstein, was the one who convinced Sessions to recuse himself from just about everything blowing up before our eyes. How can the head of the DOJ remain silent when his #2 is knee deep in a clear conspiracy to undermine the 2016 election and then to unseat the duly elected President of the United States??

Had the roles been reversed and this was a democrat admin, or say this happened when obama won his first or second term his AG's Holder and Lynch would have already perp walked every single person involved who tried to influence the election against obama or have him removed from office.That is a cold hard fact NO ONE can dispute. It would have been huge and very public to say the least, especially if it were the Bush admin!

Sessions is MIA, afraid to speak publicly because of what the BULLIES of the Left (will deal with them soon in another post) will say and do because "he recused himself, he can't get involved", as if recusal is some type of oath sworn in blood. When one recuses themselves it's nothing more than a promise, an act of goodwill, giving your word you won't get involved in something because of your past interests or involvement. Sessions did nothing wrong when he met with the Russians acting within his capacity of a US Senator, and it was something arranged at the time by the obama regime. During the 2016 campaign he was at function where the Russians were attending too, but there was no formal meeting, nothing behind closed doors. Yet, regardless of all of this and any other conspiracy the Left concocts Rosenstein convinced the new AG in 2017 he should recuse himself and ever since then it's been, to a degree, chaos.

If Jeff Sessions was the fire breather, the man of Law and Order he portrayed himself to be (featured and praised many times on this very site) he should have taken action regardless of this recusal. At the least he should have answered multiple requests by Congressmen to appoint a second special investigator, yet nothing.

If he was the man we thought he was he should have come to the cameras by now saying he did give his word to recuse himself but circumstances have changed, there is far too much deception within the upper echelon of the DOJ/ FBI. He should've said he was deceived by his own people and because of that he is firing X, Y and Z. Following that, an announcement of arrests or arrest warrants issued for those involved in the silent coup against Pres Trump, followed by a list of names of those under federal criminal investigation; ie Hillary Clinton for violating the Espionage Act.. for starters.

Jeff Sessions should go in front of the press, look right into the cameras, speak clearly into the microphones that he is resigning, effective immediately, as Attorney General, because he is incapable of fulfilling his duties.

Pres Trump has every right to be angry with Sessions ever since the recusal. Frankly no one can understand why Trump hasn't fired Sessions by now, although Gregg Jarrett's explanation may be why. Sessions recusal completely paralyzed the DOJ, and POTUS, which conveniently allowed Rosenstein and Co to put the "insurance policy" into action! Look at the timeline all this Russia nonsense accelerated AFTER Sessions recused himself. There would be NO Mueller special counsel if Sessions was involved. All the Deep State rats would be dealt with vs staying in play doing everything possible to undermine and FRAME Pres Trump!

Don't care if you hate him, but every week night Sean Hannity has been breaking down this absolute monster of a scandal, again that would be squashed if the President had an AG who served him.  It's too huge and complicated to even spell out in a post, but everything from Hillary being cut loose, Uranium One etc is all connected. ALL the players involved are the same people trying to take Trump out!

The Attorney General is the key player in something this massive but our AG is MIA! Every day something new hits the wire about this scandal people are asking "Where's Jeff Sessions"?

No one knows but one this is clear, because he neutralized himself listening to one of the conspirators, has got to go! Jeff Sessions is a WORTHLESS AG who should resign or be fired ASAP.

Lastly, and for the record, yours truly WARNED about Sessions, as well as other Congressional leaders being plucked away, for a Cabinet position. What did we get? An AG who is WORTHLESS, his Senate seat, held by GOP for decades, has been lost to a radical democrat and soft coup launched against the sitting POTUS! Jeff has to go.

Rep Jordan Presses AG Sessions to Appoint Special Counsel

Jim Jordan justifiably grilled Attorney General Jeff Sessions at the House Judiciary hearing over why there hasn't been any action from the DOJ with regards to Uranium One and the Clinton Foundation and the highly questionable actions of the Clinton campaign funding the anti-Trump dossier. Sessions suggested there has to be sufficient evidence, "factual basis", to appoint a special counsel where Jordan then fired back making the case as clear as day an investigation from the DOJ or special counsel is warranted.

There is something going on we are not privy to for Sessions to do a 180° from being the guy who use to bring the thunder down but now is guarded, not pro-active even appears to cower to dems.

The Clinton campaign has potentially violated election law, colluded with the Russians that equated to actual monetary payoffs in an attempt to steal the election, Clinton and her husband have jeopardized national security from the email scandal to dealing with the Russians selling off uranium rights. This isn't a right or left issue, or one defending their "team". The Clinton's have only 1 team and that is themselves, dems should realize that, and understand they too were screwed over!

Sessions better have an investigation going on the Clinton's or should resign.
