FAILED COUP - Mueller to DOJ: NO 'Further Indictments'

The Mueller special counsel report was delivered to the DOJ today where a senior DOJ official said Mueller is 'not recommending any further indictments". There is a reason this site barely posted on the Russian Collusion conspiracy, it was crap from day one. I was not going to be a party to the circus the democrats were orchestrating (with the hopes of impeaching Trump), wasting my time explaining why they're wrong. For instance Mueller's very appointment was illegal. A crime must be committed/ identified for special counsel to be appointed, that never happened here. Rod Rosenstein having his hands deep in the cookie jar with his involvement of Uranium One had all the reasons in the world to get rid of POTUS by appointing his FRIEND Robert Mueller who appointed all democrats to his team, many Clinton supporters. During the 2 years of Mueller probe not one person was indicted for colluding (collusion is not a crime, second reason for not covering this day in - day out) with the Russians. ALL the individuals on the left citing admin officials or those with ties to the Trump campaign (ie Flynn, Manafort, Cohen) who were indicted and/ or prosecuted by Mueller, leave out the fact said charges are over UNRELATED process crimes, for everything from lying under oath to not paying their taxes.

Again to be clear for those of you with the thickest of skulls:

What you have here is an outright FAILED COUP against the duly elected President of the United States, carried out by elected democrats, Deep State operatives within the DOJ/ FBI, members of the media and special interest groups. All the individuals involved need to be publicly shamed, removed from whatever seat of power they hold. AG Barr Keeping Rod Rosenstein in Power -'Business as Usual at Deep State'

Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein is the key player in the silent coup against Pres Trump at the Justice Dept who has been able to skate through without being held accountable. From FISA abuses to Mueller's illegal appointment (a crime must be committed for Special Counsel to be appointed and launch and investigation) to never appearing before Congress to explain himself. All roads of the coup lead back to Rosenstein, he was the one who convinced for AG Sessions to recuse himself from just about everything, literally his entire job, while he worked with Deep State operatives to remove Trump from office.

AG Bill Barr KNOWS everything we know and much more so what does he do? He is keeping Rosenstein in power allowing 'business as usual at Deep State' vs firing him as Judicial Watch's Tom Fitton explained on "Lou Dobbs Tonight".

Many prominent people (fmr law enforcement, federal attorneys etc) are confident Barr will bring justice to the swamp but IMO don't hold your breath. He is a swamp monster like the rest of them. Consider this: Barr's FIRST presser was to address fraud against elderly.... that's the big case he's working on since taking office!? He didn't even make a statement about Mueller or the witch hunt. Yes, Barr during Trump's "Veto ceremony" did support the Presidents declaration of a national emergency but actions speak louder than words. As of now the only actions we seen as keeping things status quo...

Rep Schiff Going After Trump's Phone Records to Prove Money Laundering

Rep Adam Schiff is absolutely desperate to find anything he can to pin on Pres Trump with the hopes of removing POTUS from office. This is the same Schiff who was adamant there was "ample" and "plenty of evidence" of collusion between Trump and the Russians, to help him win the election. Yet to date he has delivered NOTHING, those charged with crimes in the Mueller probe are over process crimes, tax evasion and the like but NO charges of collusion.

You would think by now, after making a fool of himself, especially after Comey admitted the dossier used to acquire FISA warrants was never vetted, Schiff would give up on this scheme to oust Trump. Nope. The future chair of the House Intelligence Committee will take things to a new level and is pivoting from collusion to money laundering when he takes over!

Trump is definitely rough around the edges, but he is what the people voted for. The man is not stupid, he wouldn't do anything that is illegal to jeopardize his company, his children are running, or his future. The FBI is refusing to release documents about secret meetings between obama and fmr FBI Dir James Comey. What are they hiding?  What was Comey and obama's meeting about Jan 5th, 2017? If you wanted anymore proof of how corrupt the Bureau has become, as well as this silent coup, this should be it!

It Is Time For 'Worthless Attorney General' Jeff Sessions to Go!

Is calling Atty General Jeff Sessions 'worthless' harsh? NO. Former Congressman Jason Chaffetz expressed frustration Reps Mark Meadows, Jim Jordan, Judicial Watch's Chris Ferrell, Legal Analyst Gregg Jarrett and many others (incl those who are afraid to speak publicly) are feeling. Chaffetz, as short as he was, is also speaking for many Americans who have sat back for a over a year while the democrats, Hillary Clinton, members of the obama admin and their loyalists who remain in govt within the upper echelon of the FBI and DOJ have acted above the law with no consequences to date.

One of the very Deep State conspirators, acting with his best interests in mind, Rod Rosenstein, was the one who convinced Sessions to recuse himself from just about everything blowing up before our eyes. Sessions is MIA, afraid to speak publicly because of what the BULLIES of the Left (will deal with them soon in another post) will say and do because "he recused himself, he can't get involved", as if recusal is some type of oath sworn in blood. When one recuses themselves it's nothing more than a promise, an act of goodwill, giving your word you won't get involved in something because of your past interests or involvement. Sessions did nothing wrong when he met with the Russians acting within his capacity of a US Senator, and it was something arranged at the time by the obama regime. During the 2016 campaign he was at function where the Russians were attending too, but there was no formal meeting, nothing behind closed doors. Yet, regardless of all of this and any other conspiracy the Left concocts Rosenstein convinced the new AG in 2017 he should recuse himself and ever since then it's been, to a degree, chaos.

If Jeff Sessions was the fire breather, the man of Law and Order he portrayed himself to be (featured and praised many times on this very site) he should have taken action regardless of this recusal. At the least he should have answered multiple requests by Congressmen to appoint a second special investigator, yet nothing.

If he was the man we thought he was he should have come to the cameras by now saying he did give his word to recuse himself but circumstances have changed, there is far too much deception within the upper echelon of the DOJ/ FBI. He should've said he was deceived by his own people and because of that he is firing X, Y and Z. Following that, an announcement of arrests or arrest warrants issued for those involved in the silent coup against Pres Trump, followed by a list of names of those under federal criminal investigation; ie Hillary Clinton for violating the Espionage Act.. for starters.

Jeff Sessions should go in front of the press, look right into the cameras, speak clearly into the microphones that he is resigning, effective immediately, as Attorney General, because he is incapable of fulfilling his duties.

Pres Trump has every right to be angry with Sessions ever since the recusal. Frankly no one can understand why Trump hasn't fired Sessions by now, although Gregg Jarrett's explanation may be why. Sessions recusal completely paralyzed the DOJ, and POTUS, which conveniently allowed Rosenstein and Co to put the "insurance policy" into action! Look at the timeline all this Russia nonsense accelerated AFTER Sessions recused himself. There would be NO Mueller special counsel if Sessions was involved. All the Deep State rats would be dealt with vs staying in play doing everything possible to undermine and FRAME Pres Trump!

Sen Ron Johnson floored Fox News' Bret Baier, DC and the media, when he spoke of an informant confirming off-site meetings of an anti-Trump FBI “secret society”, during an appearance on Special Report. Johnson doubled down on this claim, based on text messages between Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, today speaking about an informant within the FBI confirming "There were a number of high-level FBI officials that were holding secret meetings off-site."

This alleged secret society is most likely the upper echelon of the DOJ/ FBI, aka Deep State. Sen Paul Calls For Investigation Into Obama Officials Who 'Might Have Colluded' Against Trump - Video

Rand Paul is back and he isn't pulling any punches calling things as he sees them. While speaking on his concerns over the govt spying on American citizens and the need for more oversight, Paul said it's time for an investigation into high ranking obama officials who were engaged in collusion against Pres Trump.

This issue is not going away, there are high ranking individuals in the DOJ and FBI who are allowing their political views to get in the way of their job, and oath frankly, to the country. Judge Pirro Doubles Down Call to Take Out FBI Crime Family in Cuffs - Video

Judge Pirro doubled down on her statement from last week, laying out the case against the FBI and DOJ, of a conspiracy to interfere with the election of Donald Trump, "to exonerate Hillary Clinton for her crimes and incriminate Donald Trump with a non-existent crime". The Judge went just short of calling it a coup as other hosts in conservative circles, but that is what has/ is happening. There are no coincidences, only illusions of coincidence. Bob Mueller purposely put together a team of obama/ Clinton loyalists and Trump haters who are believe are superior to the will of the American people. "There's a core group of arrogant, corrupt, and lawless individuals that felt that they - and not we - should decide a presidential election." This criminal cabal cannot accept Clinton lost the election and are literally trying to remove Trump from office with the witch hunt that has been going on since last year. What else are they hiding, they fear may come out now that they don't have a pres Hillary to protect them!?!

As the judge doubles down that Comey, Strjork, McCabe, and others need to be taken out in handcuffs one problem remains: Arrest these people, let alone prosecute them, by whom? What diGenova is in fact saying is senior officials at the FBI and the Department of Justice under the obama admin now Trump admin, are engaged in a silent/ soft coup! There is no other way to describe what they're doing.

At this point Jeff Sessions is complicit, he is allowing this to happen. Pres Trump must fire Sessions and surround himself with people like diGenova who isn't afraid to call it as he sees it, going so far as to say, "James Comey sold his soul to the Devil"! Trump NEEDS a wartime consigliare, who will go after Comey, McCabe, Strzok, Mueller etc AND Hillary Clinton. And don't think for one second the Clinton's and obama are in the dark about any of this. While I have no proof, the two of them have plenty of motives to do anything they can to get Trump out of office.

Democrat Rep Jackie Speier wants to see the 25th Amendment used to remove Pres Trump from office because she believes he is not equipped to handle the job. She believes POTUS is incapacitated because he does not conduct himself in a manner that is consistent with the Presidency

One example Speier uses is for Trump to speak on the same level as Kim Jung-un is apparently unacceptable, because he could get us into a nuclear war. The Congresswoman amazingly was nowhere to be found when obama said in 2016, "We could, obviously, destroy North Korea with our arsenals. But aside from the humanitarian costs of that, they are right next door to our vital ally, Republic of Korea."

Now that the collusion narrative is burned out, the unhinged Left is looking for any excuse to get Trump out of office. Someone competent, because Alisyn Camerota is clueless, should explain to Speier 25A is for serious issues when POTUS is literally physically or mentally incapable of performing his job. Just because the democrats don't like him and think what he says is unbecoming and "acts impetuously" isn't enough. They all seem to forget, Trump is an outsider. GOP Reps Grill Deputy AG Rosenstein Over Anti-Trump Bias By Special Investigation - Video

Jim Jordan and Trey Gowdy grilled Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein over the clear bias and, many strongly argue corruption, going on in the Trump special investigation, led by Robert Mueller. In the wake of thousands of text messages being released by Peter Strzok as well as other info on members of Mueller's team, Rosenstein gave typical uninformative answers during the Judiciary hearing. He even tried to get out of answering some questions only to be snapped back as Jordan points out that the DOJ is under the committee's oversight!

Gowdy hit the AG with concerns over clear examples of conflicts of interest, yet Rosenstein didn't seem concerned. Why should he when he himself is as dirty as those already exposed!

Rosenstein commented he has total confidence in Mueller, citing his military history etc, but gave weak answers if not deflected on why so many Clinton/ obama loyalists are on his team. To date no crime has been committed, so the very existence of a special counsel is questioned. Mueller and co are trying to find a crime to pin on Trump. Couple that with everything Jordan, Gowdy and others laid out tell me again there isn't a silent coup taking place by Clinton/ obama/ GOPe loyalists!?

Couldn't agree more with Judge Pirro tonight that the DOJ and FBI need to be "cleansed". The information and people being exposed engaged in corruption and lawlessness is staggering. Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok, Bruce Ohr, Jim Comey and Bob Mueller have put government, party and let's be honest Hillary Clinton ahead of Country.

But there is a problem in dealing with these people, these agents of the Deep State. That problem, Pirro does not even address, is the man all of these people report to, the head of the DOJ, Jeff Sessions. As long as Sessions is running the DOJ all of these silent coup conspirators will continue the corruption and lawlessness we're witnessing. The AG is not the "Mr Law and Order" we were led to believe. He is completely incompetent and impotent at this point everyday he remains silent over the injustice... outright witch hunt playing out against the President of the United States. "He recused himself".. SO WHAT! His recusal is not.. NOT legally binding. With the way things are playing out he should say to hell with it, full criminal investigation are being launched into all of these people. if at the least for obstruction of justice in the Clinton email investigation.

Someone must have a heart to heart with Pres Trump explaining everything to him where he calls Sessions in to take action or resign immediately. This witch hunt, this coup is unprecedented and must be stopped with a complete purge of the DOJ/ FBI. As Pirro argues they all need to be put in handcuffs for what they are doing, and frankly it's amazing Trump has been this tame over what they're doing to him, his staff and family. If we can't trust these people this country is just about lost.

Mueller Investigation is a Proven Silent Coup to Bring Down Trump - Video

Bob Mueller after conveniently being appointed special counsel got all his pals together who just happened to be all anti-Trump to investigate Trump! How is this witch hunt okay let alone legal when all involved, let's just say it, hate the President?!? This special investigation is out of control and needs to be shut down. We have FBI agents and upper leadership, as well as members of the DOJ engaged in what can only be considered as a cover-up to protect Clinton and her ilk while searching for the smallest bit of information they can twist into a crime to bring Pres Trump and administration down. I've sat back and watched this farce of an investigation waiting for the information we've heard for months, that Mueller staffed his team with obama/ Clinton acolytes, to be confirmed. The headlines from just about every conservative site and blog continue to come in with one new revelation after another about these people, who are supposed to be down the line only to learn they're devout democrats, Clinton supporters, who define conflicted and corrupt.

The power brokers of DC are livid an outsider is sitting in the White House upsetting their little world. It's not just democrats but also republicans involved in this silent coup. Normally, POTUS would have an Attorney General to set things straight and make heads roll, but he (we) got spineless Jeff Sessions who recuses himself at every opportunity, who hides in corner somewhere afraid the democrats will bully him for rightfully speaking out!

Pres Trump needs to tell Jeff Session to take control, start firing people while launching investigations into Mueller, McCabe, Weissmann and Comey. If not, Sessions should resign or be fired immediately, he is a complete and utter failure as Atty General.

The President has no protection right now with so many, on both sides, going after him. Honestly, until Sessions takes action or is fired there's not much Trump can do. Congress really has no legal authority. They can hold hearings and investigations, BUT the way that normally works when they're done they then make recommendations to the DOJ to actually go after people! The DOJ is obviously ineffective, leaving the President of the United States in limbo. These are truly treacherous, unprecedented times.

Remember, the attacks on him are attacks on every single American who voted for him. What do we do? Honestly I don't know, something like this really hasn't ever happened before. One thing is clear though, the time is coming for the American people to stand up against this massive machine that is insanely drunk with power. So drunk they think they can do anything they want from generally acting lawless, over taxing us, being perverts facing no consequences to attempting to remove the President of the United States because they don't like him!

#2 POTUS can hire and fire anyone he wants under the Executive Branch that is the authority granted to him under the Constitution. Firing Comey is not obstruction of justice. Colluding with the media to bury the story about the meeting between Bill Clinton and Loretta Lynch that resulted in Comey using Clinton campaign language to call Hillary's email scandal a "matter" vs investigation, IS and act of obstruction!

Waters as you see is putting all her faith in Mueller's investigation she states isn't a witch hunt. But right before she said that she ran through grocery list of situations the unhinged Left is hoping the investigation may uncover so they can impeach Trump and Pence!

Democrats don't care about the will of voters. They lost an election and since then have been plotting this bloodless coup against Trump. Maxine Waters is on record taking the lead to divide this country and unseat POTUS because - she doesn't like him. She and her kind must be held responsible for any violence that unfolds.
