Maxine "Low IQ" Waters was in denial following the House Intel Committee's announcement they were ending the investigation into Trump-Russia because there is NO evidence of collusion. She believes special counsel Robert Mueller will "connect the dots" to "prove collusion", along with alleged acts of obstruction, so they (not sure who) can move to impeach Pres Trump.
There are no dots to connect, no acts of obstruction of justice either. As explained on this site countless times, collusion is not a crime and POTUS is acting within his plenary powers when he has fired individuals or taken other action. Waters is blatantly deceiving viewers and her supporters to cover for her failures in public office for over 25 years. This is nothing but a PR stunt she's pushing to gain voter support and raise funds on empty promises of impeachment, to get her through the midterms.
To date no evidence has been presented of collusion nor has she produced the federal statutes stating it is a crime.

#1 Collusion is not a crime. There are NO statutes on the books criminalizing anything Waters and her ilk rant about. Those who think otherwise, don't debate or argue - produce the statute.
#2 POTUS can hire and fire anyone he wants under the Executive Branch that is the authority granted to him under the Constitution. Firing Comey is not obstruction of justice. Colluding with the media to bury the story about the meeting between Bill Clinton and Loretta Lynch that resulted in Comey using Clinton campaign language to call Hillary's email scandal a "matter" vs investigation, IS and act of obstruction!
Waters as you see is putting all her faith in Mueller's investigation she states isn't a witch hunt. But right before she said that she ran through grocery list of situations the unhinged Left is hoping the investigation may uncover so they can impeach Trump and Pence!
Democrats don't care about the will of voters. They lost an election and since then have been plotting this bloodless coup against Trump. The honestly think the American people will sit by and agree with their rebellion. As pointed out in the Savage piece today, that's not going to happen. How could Trump be obstructing justice if the FBI investigation has been ongoing since this alleged request? And to be clear it hasn't stopped since Comey rightfully being fired either! So again where's the obstruction and exactly how can the minority party impeach the President?!

Why was this handled in a federal court and not a NV state court? Why not just put a lien on the property?
