Ranking Dem in House Judiciary Issues Warning to Trump to Back Off of Rosenstein

The NY Times story about Rod Rosentein suggesting he would wear a wire and enlist cabinet members to invoke 25th Amendment is nothing but a trap for Pres Trump. As House Judiciary Committee ranking member, Rep Jerry Nadler, explains if Trump fires Rosenstein now, they'll go after him, impeach, over obstructing justice.

The closer we get to the midterms the more intense these elaborate attacks will become to get Trump. Progressives (D's and R's) are desperate to get him out of office, that's why this story is surfacing now. They need every bit of ammo they can get to justify impeaching him. If Trump were to take action now against Rosenstein the dems will campaign on it with the hopes of winning more seats in Nov getting the votes they'll need to impeach POTUS.

Joe diGenova drops BOMBSHELL: Deputy AG Rosenstein Under Investigation (Video)

Fmr US Atty Joe diGenova dropped a bombshell on Hannity, saying Deputy Attorney Gen Rod Rosenstein is under investigation "for things that involve the FISA warrants". One can only imagine what that may be, but it's safe to say the FISA's that were obtained to go after Trump and his people were clearly done so using questionable means like that Sarah Carter opened the segment with!

As argued here many times Rosenstein has all the motive in the world to help Mueller since the two have been implemented with the Uranium One scandal by Rep Gohmert:

The upper echelon of the DOJ is as corrupt as it comes. What you're hearing is more evidence of an outright soft coup taking place against President Trump. It is as Joe says, "so dangerous to the country that this could be going on,... What you are reading in the New York Times editorial is subversion that someone thinks that they can thwart an election." There are individuals, no doubt obama/ clinton loyalists working within the Trump admin actively engaged in subversion, sedition and let's throw rebellion in too! If this isn't a soft coup then what is?

For those who remain complacent, blowing off primary elections, doubting they'll vote in the midterms, do you now understand why you cannot think this way. The democrats, Leftists, loyalists are banking on you sitting home. All their eggs are going into this election to put the dems in majority power in both houses so they can impeach Trump. It cannot be allowed, YOU MUST VOTE THIS ELECTION and get as many people as possible to vote GOP sending POTUS reinforcements he needs otherwise this country will be torn apart when dems regain power. Deputy AG Rosenstein Threatened to 'Subpoena' GOP-Led Committee 📺

If there was any doubt of the existence of the Deep State operating within the US govt, more specifically the DOJ, this report from Fox's Catherine Herridge should put it to rest.

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein was apparently triggered so much so, by the House Intelligence Committee, he threatened to "'subpoena' emails, phone records and other documents from lawmakers and staff on a Republican-led House committee during a tense meeting earlier this year".

Once again none of this would be happening if we had a competent Attorney General, instead we're stuck with Jeff 'Mr Magoo' Sessions who is curled up in a ball, in a dark corner in his office waiting for Rod to give him instructions on what he can and cannot do. Why Pres Trump hasn't fired Rosenstein yet, which will trigger Sessions to resign, is beyond most conservatives. The DOJ is insanely corrupt at this point running above the law driving the witch hunt to remove Pres Trump from office. Rosenstein is well aware the DOJ is obligated to answer to the Congress, as they have oversight over the agency, yet Rosenstein runs the DOJ like a government unto itself. And why shouldn't he? He is in fact protecting himself and his pals who are in knee-deep with Uranium One scandal as well as everything related to Hillary and the DNC they are in fact trying to pin on Trump!

“'The DAG [Deputy Attorney General Rosenstein] criticized the Committee for sending our requests in writing and was further critical of the Committee’s request to have DOJ/FBI do the same when responding,” the committee's then-senior counsel for counterterrorism Kash Patel wrote to the House Office of General Counsel. “Going so far as to say that if the Committee likes being litigators, then ‘we [DOJ] too [are] litigators, and we will subpoena your records and your emails,’ referring to HPSCI [House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence] and Congress overall.”

A second House committee staffer at the meeting backed up Patel’s account, writing: “Let me just add that watching the Deputy Attorney General launch a sustained personal attack against a congressional staffer in retaliation for vigorous oversight was astonishing and disheartening. ... Also, having the nation’s #1 (for these matters) law enforcement officer threaten to 'subpoena your calls and emails' was downright chilling.”

The committee staffer noted that Rosenstein’s comment could be interpreted as meaning the department would “vigorously defend a contempt action" -- which might be expected. But the staffer continued, "I also read it as a not-so-veiled threat to unleash the full prosecutorial power of the state against us.'” ~Fox News

It is time for Nunes, Meadows, Jordan and co to formally introduce articles of impeachment against Rod Rosenstein. This type of behavior is WHY Pres Trump was elected, because Americans are TIRED of the abuse of power, and elites living by a separate set of rules.

Defiant Deputy Attorney General Says DOJ 'Is Not Going to be Extorted' 📺

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein responded to a question about the House Freedom Caucus drawing up articles of impeachment over his interference with providing documents over the Russia investigation. Rosenstein stated the DOJ "is not going to be extorted”, demonstrating to the country how defiant he is, thus the reason the FC is threatening impeachment! For him to speak of the Rule of Law is insulting as he has done everything possible to abuse that system to take down the duly elected President of the United States.

Comey made it clear the US is a Banana Republic July 2016 when he cut Clinton loose, here you have Rosenstein proving that as he takes shots about leaks.

The reporter suggested the Separation of Powers would be violated if one was to be fired by POTUS. What she and Rosenstein completely ignored is how the Senate drew a up a bill to directly violate Separation of Powers to prevent POTUS from invoking rights delegated to him! Fact is anyone who falls under the Executive Branch can be fired for any and all reasons.. or just because!

As long as Rosenstein is in the DOJ there will be no justice. He is at the heart of this entire Clinton/ Russia mess. HE is the one who got Sessions to recuse himself, because he and Mueller are knee-deep in this multi-layer scandal at the least with their involvement with Uranium One!

Rosenstein should be fired, Sessions will do us all a favor by resigning and hopefully POTUS can get people he can trust to run the DOJ. Until that happens the coup will continue.

Pelosi Threatens Trump Not to Fire Mueller or Deputy AG Rosenstein 📺

Nancy Pelosi is warning Pres Trump to not fire Bob Mueller or Deputy Atty General Rod Rosenstein because it would cause a "Constitutional crisis". Newsflash for those living under a rock in America, we already have a Constitutional crisis.

Ever since before the Nov 2016 election the Left has been conspiring and taking action to prevent the election of Donald Trump. After he literally won the Left was calling for his impeachment and doing everything possible to undermine his administration. The very existence of the Mueller investigation is the result of anti-Trump and obama/clinton loyalists abusing their positions of power to more or less frame Trump as an agent of the Russian govt. As that narrative immediately began to fail, the soft coup conspirators attempted to claim POTUS was committing obstruction of justice (firing Comey) even though he acted within the powers delegated to him.

Bob Mueller is beyond corrupt, he is not this man of honor so many have claimed him to be. He has surrounded himself with democrat operatives all with questionable backgrounds including Dep AG Rosenstein. Both of these men are dirty playing a role in the Uranium One scandal who clearly have the motivation to destroy Trump.

This summation doesn't do justice to the mountain of information available over how corrupt all the players seeking to take Trump out really are. If what we are witnessing from the all the leaks, bias media, Leftist pundits, democrats in Congress looking to destroy a sitting President, because they just like him and can't get over their candidate losing, is not a Constitutional crisis then what is?!

Pelosi and co are well aware of the corruption, conflicts of interest and then some, they just don't care. They want to flip their borderline treasonous actions on Trump! This is what they do and for the record they are the ones saying "Trump is going to fire Mueller". They create the hysteria through the media and then take to the mic as seen here to escalate the situation.

This just goes to show how dangerous democrats are. This woman will be Speaker of the House this time next year. No!? Then stop acting so complacent, saying "we're winning" and dismissing the Left. They're out for blood come Nov midterms, if they get the power back Trump will be impeached. Trump supporters better get back in 2016 mindset, and you all better lie a fire under your Representatives and Senators.

"Why Fire Comey Now"?

The same democrats (pols and pundits all over tv) who have been calling for Comey to resign or be fired since July 5th 2016 are now whining "why now"?! There is a simple answer to that, but first remember how the democrats have taken pride at being the party of obstruction, especially when it comes to filling presidential appointments and lower lever govt positions.

Pres Trump's cabinet and lower level govt positions have been left open, delayed because of the democrats. Case in point the Deputy Attorney General position was just filled and Rod J. Rosenstein was sworn in April 26th. Why does that matter? Here's the most important thing you need to know liberals are deliberately leaving out of their rants:

The FBI Director reports to the Deputy Attorney General, who reports to the Attorney General (Sessions) who reports to the President.

After his appointment Deputy AG Rosenstein immediately began a review of fmr Dir Comey's activities when he got into office, concluding Comey was not doing his job. Remember, Comey laid out a devastating case against Hillary July 2016 but chose to let her walk while rewriting the law on the fly claiming no intent. FYI "intent" is not a legal test to be in violation of 18 US Code § 793 (one of many statutes she violated). Rosenstein made the recommendation for Comey's termination to his boss, Sessions, who then advised the President bringing us to today and Comey's firing!

First off there was no delay on the Trump admins part cutting Comey loose, the delay is no thanks to the democrats. Second, as much as the dems want to whine and complain, Trump followed protocol! He waited until the right people were in place to cut Comey loose. Lastly, as Sarah Sanders pointed out, Hillary would have fired Comey too. The only difference is it would have happened much sooner because republican wouldn't have obstructed her appointees to the Justice Dept!!

Truth and facts matter. Democrats are experts when it comes to leaving them out to suit their anti-American agenda.
