Obama Doesn't Want to Set Precedent With Iran Deal to Allow Congress to Vote on Treaties

Normally you would get some long commentary from STR responding to emperor obama's decrees. This time I'm going to let the United States Constitution do my talking....

Article II Section 2
"... He [President] shall have power, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, to make treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur;.."

That's it kids, a one liner restricting the presidents power to make treaties. Any HS student can understand this so you would think one who is supposedly a Constitution "professor" would know it too. Obama does, he just has no respect for the rule of law and as I warned after the midterm elections; the Beast, obama, is fully unleashed!

This JERK knows he has to go through Congress, more specifically the Senate, to get a treaty approved with two-thirds vote in order for it to be legitimate. There is no precedent being set with allowing this Iranian nuke deal to be approved through Congress. All the blabbering he does in this interview is complete and total BS. Frankly what he is doing here is setting up a blame game that "the evil republican dominated Congress is stopping progress". Two, he is in fact making this a deal a treaty by bringing it up where Senate approval is required. Next obama wants the uninformed class to believe he has power to make treaties without Congressional approval. He cannot do this is, and it is another example of how lawless this SOB has become!

Just listening to the first minute of this it should hit you like a runaway cement truck about how bad things are in DC. Congress has all but surrendered their Constitutional powers allowing obama to act lawlessly while they run to cameras whining about how he bypasses them. They have had funds cut off, reduction in size equipment and resources, vets are treated like complete sh*t in VA care, over 200 top ranking military officials have been removed from duty etc. Do you really think all of a sudden the military will just do their damn jobs upholding their oaths bringing order to chaos? Don't hold your breath.... regardless of how things go (odds of obama actually refusing are slim) we're still screwed.

Rep Gowdy Destroys Obama Over Executive Power Grab: 'About Damn Time We Used' the Power of the Purse

What is important to take away from this speech is Gowdy's appeal to the entire House body to maintain powers vested to them by the Constitution. Dems want to interrupt him and what have you but they need to understand what obama does now and is permitted to get away with opens the door for LARGER power grabs by future presidents. Like he says this isn't a republican vs democrat issue it is about maintaining the balance of power.

Following Gowdy destroying obama on his abuse of powers the House ended up voting (invoking their power of the purse) 237-190 to FUND DHS but defund obamas amnesty. You should know his message did not hit completely home for republicans as there were 26 republicans who defected voting with the dems.

While we wait for the 26 to be ID'd it's safe to assume they have violated promises to their constituents that they would stop obama's lawless actions. This is one of many reasons Americans are done with the GOP. Even though they follow through on a vote like this, there are hints many will act in complete contradiction from what they claim to be. This party done, it is The Whig Party. It's time for conservatives like Gowdy to leave, creating a new Conservative third party.

Obama Using Executive Memoranda & Executive Actions to Downplay Power Grab

The imperial emperor is a master of word manipulation and playing poor little me to downplay his power grab. One of the ways he does this is by always claiming he has done less Executive Orders than Bush and other Presidents. Now while on the surface that may appear to be true but two things are actually not being discussed. The first explained here by Judge Napolitano that the boy king is using Executive Action and Memoranda to do the same thing as Executive Orders. Napolitano makes it clear there is no difference between them yet the emperor has most of the country convinced he is issuing less than Bush and a victim when he is just trying to act in our best interests. Obama is in fact issuing more memoranda than any other president! His lies exposed again to deaf ears simply because of word manipulation.

The second thing not addressed about obama's executive orders/actions/memoranda is their context. It is one thing for POTUS to issue EO's about policy changes within the Executive Branch, the order of succession for certain govt depts or agencies, "strengthening adult education" or making Tuesday night pizza night! It's another when a lawless president is legislating from the oval office to grant amnesty, change laws (obamacare) and violate the Constitution. No one seems to ever want to call out the context of his EO's compared to his predecessors. The President of the United States under Article 2 of the US Constitution he has no powers whatsoever to legislate. Yet Darth Hussein continues to do so unchallenged by our useless, irrelevant, impotent Congress!

Cruz gives the proper structure and language to use but you can be sure progressive RINO’s will torpedo it over political fears. Remember the republicans were adamant on being against obamacare but when it came time to put up or shut up and Cruz called for using power of the purse to defund 0care many progressives RINO’s torpedoed it! Trust me kids the RINO’s will screw us again.

These tools (power of the purse to impeachment) provided to Congress by the Founders under the Constitution were specifically designed to stop a dictator like obama. But over fear of political repercussion in losing their power, control and influence republicants would rather sit back and let the nation burn vs Saving the Republic!

Whats the solution then? Couldn’t tell you because we are in a de facto state of a cold civil war. Congress by lack of action has rendered themselves irrelevant setting a dangerous precedent. Our last option to take power back is through an Article V convention, but for whatever reason it is dismissed and misunderstood. It would not open the door for the entire Constitution to be rewritten, but return power to the states and the people to override an out of control govt.

These people all need to go we need to get Article V movement going as soon as possible. Emperor Cry Baby keeps touting this “I gave them [House republicans] a year to pass immigration reform” nonsense, but no one in the crap media challenges him as to why when he held a supermajority for 2+ years he didn’t pass it! We can’t talk about that can we? No the democrats were too busy LYING to the American people ramming obamacare down our throats with the media complicit covering for them!

Here we are post midterm election and this clown acts like the new Congress is in place to work on an immigration bill. Whether it is a year, 6 mos or the last few weeks of 2014 he doesn’t want the republicans to work on an immigration bill. Darth Hussein wants the House to pass Marco Rubio (yea Marco we haven’t forgotten about you) & the Gang of 8’s amnesty bill (aka RubioCare) or else.

Since the repubs won’t move on RubioCare the emperor feels he has the legal authority to grant amnesty because “something has to be done with our broken immigration system”.

The immigration system is not broken.

We have more laws than anyone can count on the books that HE and all the jerks in Congress have blocked from being enforced. It is the president and Congress responsible for the system being broken because they refuse to enforce the laws on the books. The only system that is really broken is our govt! DC’s solution to every single problem in the US is write more laws.

Sorry to say Darth Hussein will move on executive amnesty and get away with it because the republicans and even some true blue blood democrats have no spine to stand up to him. Aside from impeachment (which they won’t touch) there are a few tools available to Congress to stop the lawless president, none will be effective though. Why? John Boehner and Mitch McConnell. The odds of the republicans impeaching obama are very slim. Rep Clyburn claims the republicants are looking for some reason to impeach his majesty so they can “put an asterisk next to this first African-American president in the history…” convicted or not. Well Jimmy that reason will have to be iron-clad for the GOP to initiate the impeachment process because they are all cowards not wanting to touch it with a 50 foot pole! The majority of republicants want no part of it for fears of what impeachment could do to them in 2016. The repubs got beat up in 1998 after Clinton's impeachment so they have learned their lesson.

Dems goal for 2016 is a repeat of 1998 where repubs thought they would gain 25 seats only to lose 5 running on a platform against the president. According to all obama, Napolitano and Carney the border is secure! If that were true then why do we now have a major "humanitarian" crisis? Obama clearly stated (just like he did with obamacare) "the fence is basically compete". That of course was a campaign lie just like all his other lies to get elected. Napolitano and Carney chirped away last year the border was secure while the regime was well aware of and advertised for 65,000 govt escorts for unaccompanied illegal children. With all these things he wants done to fix the economy & the US why didn't he do them when he had a super majority for 2 years? For 2 full years Darth Hussein could have done anything from passing economic  bills to create jobs and stimulate industry to immigration reform. Instead he wasted that those 2 years to ram obamacare through which has been proven to be a complete and total disaster! Also during that time he rammed through an economic stimulus bill, American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, costing taxpayers an initial $787 billion which has risen well over trillion dollars that failed. Yes it failed because had it the stimulus  worked we wouldn't have an economy on life support with 100 million Americans out of work!

Darth Hussein is a complete and total failure. He knows this and it is why he is constantly blaming everyone else for the chaos he has created. But now to go to his cabinet and tell them to look for ways to bypass Congress is treasonous! This man and these people are seditious and should all face impeachment. This little SOB has more or less called for obama to use his pen and pass amnesty since the GOP failed to meet his deadline to pass an immigration bill. Newsflash Luis the border is being invaded no thanks to you and his majesty calling for amnesty there is no way the people of the US will tolerate an amnesty bill. The GOP is scared to death at this point to pass any bill even remotely related to immigration reform. Thad Cochrans win with the help of democrats is proof the people are growing tired of the GOP and how desperate the party is to hold onto power. They know their time in power is on the line so of course they aren't going to pass an immigration amnesty bill that would be the equivalent to obamacare!

Obama is poking the American people at this point so lets see him use his pen to grant amnesty or as I have warned ASYLUM to illegal aliens.

ISIS is now rising taking control of the country seizing oil refineries and chemical weapon stockpiles as they build an islamic caliphate. They will not stop until Jerusalem, Vatican and finally the US fall! Obama's answer to the rise of power is to do nothing other than send in a small contingency to secure a billion dollar embassy and whatever secrets that lie within it!

The countless scandals, abuses of power, violations of the law etc continue to pile up and no one seems to care to do anything to stop the imperial emperor.

In a normal sane world Congress would have stepped in by now to stop this madman president. Instead we have 535 enablers of this madman who will take the US off the cliff.
