It seems no matter what is said the crap media (esp Fox News) continues to run with Marco Rubio's lies that Ted Cruz was in favor of legalizing those granted amnesty. Cruz's amendment to the Rubio/Schumer/OBAMA Gang of Eight bill granted amnesty BUT TOOK AWAY CITIZENSHIP. In other words illegal aliens would be allowed to stay in the US, coming out of the shadows, BUT WOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO VOTE!

If the Cruz amendment is as Marco claims then why did the bill fail? Why wasn't amnesty passed if he was for it? Unions Move to Recruit Illegal Aliens Under Obama's Executive Order

Everything the Washington Examiner's Byron York says in the first minute is the truth as to why emperor obama issued executive amnesty. Illegal aliens might not be able to vote (they will bank on it) but they will provide the muscle and money unions need to buy elections/candidates. Union enrollment is down because jobs are scarce and people have wised up but look who they prefer. They would rather recruit illegals than American workers because union heads know illegal aliens can be manipulated easier by their liberal handlers. Obama delivered a new batch of democrat voters who will be able to vote in a few years when the bleeding hearts start with how unfair illegals are treated. You can just hear it now "illegals are people too, they deserve the same rights as other Americans." Watch and see kids after illegals are used to do the footwork in 2016, while helping fund the campaign coffers of the democrat party, come 2018 there will be a push to get them voting rights.

There is no way to stop this either because the republicans want illegals in the country too. I will go out on a limb and suggest if the new Congress were to create a new immigration bill taking only the good parts of RubioCare, that is fool-proof not nearly as big (1200 pages), where even the biggest skeptics on said bill would be happy that passes in the new Senate, obama would veto it! Obama wants RubioCare voted and passed as is any variation will not be accepted.

As for Hussein's promise we can be sure more executive amnesty orders are coming down the road. Sooner or later he will claim it's unfair to leave these people in limbo where he will take more unilateral action unless Congress does exactly what he wants. He knows if he gave Congress time to come up with a replacement for RubioCare it will be mostly a border security bill and very restrictive/ unattractive to the masses of illegals rushing the border. Obama also wants to ram this through to give the demoncrat party their new pool of voters. Obama Doubles Down On Amnesty Threat to House Reps: Pass Gang of 8’s Bill or I Will

If you listen to what Darth Hussein opens with, it sounds reasonable but the nation heard this same song and dance when Reagan was President. He got duped into amnesty with all these bells and whistles that NEVER got implemented. Comprehensive immigration reform must be DOA.

Darth Hussein’s “bipartisan… I want to work with Congress” position is really an ultimatum: pass the Senates immigration bill (which is an equivalent nightmare to obamacare) or he will act on his own. The House must be stopped from voting on the Senates Gang of 8 immigration bill, because just like in ’86 none of the conditions to the bill will ever be met. The Senates bill was NOT a bipartisan bill since both faces of the Senate are progressive at heart.

Congress has proven time and again they are incapable of enforcing laws already on the books thinking the best solution is another law! The emperor knows the new Congress won’t be sworn in until next year but acts like they have power now to act on immigration. What he is banking on is getting the Gang of 8’s bill through the lame duck session because he knows the new Congress will not vote for this destructive bill.

The immigration system is broken because DC broke it. They are not enforcing the laws already on the books that could have stopped half the headaches we have right now. The only bill that should be up for a vote is a clean, clear border security bill. No 1200-2000 page bills with all kinds of pork and loopholes buried in them.
Lock the border down.
Set up an ID program to fingerprint every single illegal so those who do get thrown out cannot slip back in and leach off the system.
Build a fence that cannot be climbed so easily (a wall would be better).
Reign in the visa program throwing anyone who is here on an expired visa out. Students must be attending a REAL school not some local tech training school otherwise they go sent home.
Immediate deportation of any and all criminal illegals.
Go after businesses who hire illegals with brutal fines even jail time.
Cut off all entitlements and most importantly stop anchor babies!

When a security bill is in place then they can talk about what to do with those here. Simple solution since we cannot deport 11 million at once is to make it difficult for illegals to be here they will self deport!
