Because a certain candidate who claims to be the anti-establishment candidate just said a few days ago he will become part of establishment to get things done! We need to know more about this bill for sure but on the surface as Sen Murphy outlines this is a very bad AUMF resolution. Keep in mind democrats generally like this sort of power grab but here we have a dem senator warning the dangers this one poses!!

Connecticut Senator Chris Murphy is calling for Congressional action to curb gun violence pushing anti-gun lobby talking points mainly universal background checks. First off background checks are already performed during a gun purchase from a licensed dealer be it at a brick and mortar shop, online retailer AND at a gun show. The only time that does not happen is between private parties; the infamous "gun show loophole", but it can happen anywhere again between private parties.
If you want to buy/ sell or transfer a gun from a friend, neighbor, acquaintance, family member etc dems want background checks run. That's right if your grandfather wants to give you his gun or you want to buy your brothers gun they want a background check run! This will not stop a maniac from killing people.
There are thousands of gun laws on the books not being enforced, just like immigration law. On almost all of the recent high-profile mass killings there were plenty of warning signs and agencies who FAILED to follow the law to stop the killers. Enter the calls for a universal background check, which is really coded language for universal registration.
Dems know there are no laws to stop the insane. So they have to build a bridge with additional legislation to get them to universal registration. Ann Coulter said it perfectly "universal registration means universal confiscation – universal extermination. Self-avowed socialist, democrat presidential candidate Bernie Sanders wants to see all guns used for self-defense banned. Like a good commie he used creative language saying
"...We need to make sure that certain types of guns used to kill people exclusively, not for hunting, they should not be sold in the United States."
This is clearly absurd as every single weapon produced is to be used to subdue, injure and yes kill another human being. Gun manufacturers do not make guns that are only intended for hunting.

If that were true then the data storage facility in Bluffdale UT would only have to be a fraction of the size it is. The date, time, length, who, and numbers called is probably not even equal to a byte of data. This facility can hold an astronomical, practically inconceivable volume of data that goes into exabytes. It's all very technical but all you need to know is no one van count that high and I heard somewhere the volume of data can be stored is equal to the volume of the Sun... a few times over!!

Well to add salt to the obama amnesty wound a State Dept official, Simon Henshaw, confirmed to the Senator Sessions and the Senate Judiciary Committee that all programs (ie food stamps, Medicaid, cash assistance etc) "any other legal resident" is eligible for illegal aliens aka refugees will be eligible for as well. Now Henshaw says these people would have to qualify for these benefits, does anyone really see the admin making it harder to qualify after they ship people into the US?!
Not only will you have to foot the bill for their plane ride here from Central America but it's now official you will be financing illegals stay in America!
