Dems Vote to Restrain Trump’s Iran Actions, But in 2011 Pelosi Said Obama Didn't Need Permission to Use Force In Libya

The democrats voted to restrain Pres Trump's power to authorize use of force against Iran. Aside from their acts of treachery, rebellion/ insurrection and sedition (ALL federal crimes) they just told the world they're hypocrites and side with Iran!

In 2011 Pelosi stated obama didn't have to get permission to use force in Libya and we saw how that ended.

It resulted in a bloody civil war, illegal gun running to "rebels" (which became ISIS) in Syria that is now wrecked. And we can't forget that the gun running was the reason Chris Stevens and the CIA were in Benghazi which turned into a total disaster. No, obama didn't need permission to do any of that, like Hillary said "We came, we saw, he [Qaddafi] died" and NOT one democrat or republican batted an eye or ran to the media throwing a fit.

Trump takes out one of the worst dirtbags on the planet, Soleimani where word has it he was behind the Benghazi attack, and everyone loses their minds. The dems like clockwork voted to take Trump's power away. The vote is just symbolic, it's the House dems way of sending a note home to mommy, but it shows the hate they have for Trump, and how power hungry they all are.

The dems are NEVER going to stop, they have to be punished. YOU the voters, tired of this, must electorally exterminate the democrats from power in November. Or, you can sit home like voters did in CA, IL, NY, NJ, VA etc and let the dems have power....

Senator WARNS Under New AUMF President Can Declare International Martial Law

This is unreal please make the time to watch to this and understand the warning from Sen Murphy.

McConnell, Graham... THE PROGRESSIVES aka ESTABLISHMENT are fast-tracking the Authorization for the Use of Military Force (AUMF) that will allow the president to deploy troops anywhere in the world. Sen Christopher Murphy went a step further saying this will allow the president (be it obama, Trump, Clinton ???) the power to declare International Martial Law to fight terror! Now before you start shaking your head in agreement consider who has been deemed terrorists: ISIS, al Qaeda, Hamas..... TEA Partiers, Conservatives, Right-Wingers, Left-Wingers etc!!

"This resolution is a total rewrite of the war powers clause of the United States Constitution. Let's be clear about that. It is essentially a declaration of international martial law,a sweeping transfer of military power to the president that will allow him or her to send US troops almost anywhere in the world, for almost any reason with absolutely no limitations.

...the language of this resolution is dangerous and it is unprecedented.

...even worse the language doesn't even require ISIS to be present in a country for the president to invade. All that is necessary for the president to be able to argue with a straight face is that the threat of ISIS was present. What was seen here in the United States the threat of ISIS is present in virtually every corner in the world thus this resolution would give the president total absolute carte blanche to send our young soldiers to any corner of the world without consulting Congress.

...this resolution, as it's currently written, would do exactly the opposite. It would permanently hand over war making power to the president, and Congress would never get it back. It would allow this president and the next president to send our troops almost anywhere in the world for virtually any justifiable reason with no ability of the people's branch of the federal government, this Congress, to step in and have our say."

This is far too much power to give any POTUS. And look by who and when this bill is being proposed. This bill is being proposed by certified RINO's (Mitch McConnell/ Lindsey Graham) while the nation is distracted with a very heated presidential primary season. The bill is being proposed now because 2 candidates we know for sure, Cruz & Paul, would be standing in the well of the Senate thundering away against this power grab are absent preparing for an important presidential debate before Iowa.

Now lets go back to the beginning of this post where I reversed the culprits. Normally I point out establishment as progressives, but this time I said progressives aka establishment. Why? Because a certain candidate who claims to be the anti-establishment candidate just said a few days ago he will become part of establishment to get things done! Said candidate has demonstrated he'll go far beyond the abuse of power our current dictator has gone. Is this AUMF the type of power we want him, or anyone, to have especially when we know, by his past actions, this person in particular will viciously attack and try to destroy his enemies? Is this the type of power we would want to give to Hillary Clinton or barack obama!? Do we want anyone to have so much power they can deploy US troops ANYWHERE without Congressional approval to take out those they deem our enemies?

We need to know more about this bill for sure but on the surface as Sen Murphy outlines this is a very bad AUMF resolution. Keep in mind democrats generally like this sort of power grab but here we have a dem senator warning the dangers this one poses!!

We need to elect leaders in the Senate, House and White House who will stand firm to the Constitution and not welcome gifts of power from radicals within our govt.

Dem Sen Makes Outlandish Claim Blaming US For Creation of Islamic State

"Put simply ISIL in its current form would not exist if we had not put massive ground troops into the region in the first place. Our presence in Iraq, our mishandling of the occupation became bulletin board material for terrorist recruiters..."

Sooo "extremists" (yep he jumped on the lump them all together bandwagon) are like flatworms where you think you killed one and now you have two?! Killing them makes them stronger?! Uh huh... what should we do Congressmen, have a sit down with these killers and ask them to leave us alone? For the record this fight between islamic extremists and the US started in the 18th century. What is the correct tool or tactic to use to stop a bunch of monsters hell-bent on world domination who haven't stopped close to 1000 years?

Dem Sen Murphy like a good progressive covers himself saying the US and our troops are not responsible for the evil ideology yet a minute before he was clear to blame the US for the rise of ISIL following the "invasion" and "occupation" of Iraq. This blame Bush thing is so old especially when dems get creative not using his name but still suggest it. Dems were all on-board with taking Saddam out and hitting other locations islamic terrorists have infested but will never admit their policies restrict our military from doing what they are trained to do, to kill the enemy. No no our trained killers have to fight nice and then get involved with nation building vs wiping all the islamic extremists out and coming home!

I think it's safe to say this guy has flatworms in his head!

(Side note: Curious choice he uses to ID them. Does Murphy mean it or does he use ISIL in manner obama does to dismiss them?).

Bob Woodward: Anyone Watching Can See "There is No Strategy" Against ISIS

Woodward is correct obama has no strategy to take on ISIS, he thinks he can continue with limited pinprick airstrikes. Those strikes have proven to be ineffective where the killers have grown 4-fold in the last 5 years.

How do you kill an idea? You can't, this insanity has been going on since at least the 7th century because no one has stepped in to completely crush these ideologues allowing them to grow like an incurable virus. Once upon a time this country unleashed the true might of its military power to crush its enemies but today the govt wants to use the military for the equivalent to a slap on the wrist and then rebuild whatever was pounded to rubble.

This policy is what gets Americans killed and into decade long battles. The world used to fear the US because of our military power but now because obama is so soft that is no longer true. If obama was serious there would be 100's of airstrikes a day not a month and we would be arming whatever "allies" we have with whatever they needed for a massive ground offensive. None of that is happening and the action taking place only fuels the islamic monsters desire to kill us.
