Here Are the Laws Chuck Schumer Broke By Threatening SCOTUS Justices

Chuck Schumer can issue statements online and give long-winded speeches in the Senate trying to gas-light the country all he wants, but the fact remains he made a clear threat at Justices Gorsuch and Kavanaugh (Trump appointees) on the grounds the Supreme Court where the Speech and Debate Clause DOES NOT APPLY, he's NOT protected.

That said it is also abundantly clear Schumer did not speak off the cuff. He gave a PREPARED speech something he had the time to think about, sit down and write out, revise and edit, and probably type and print out to read from. Watch the video of his full speech, he's looking down most of the time reading his words, choreographed with drama, energy and rage.

“I want to tell you Gorsuch, I want to tell you Kavanaugh – you have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price! You won’t know what hit you, if you go forward with these awful decisions.”

If this isn't a threat then what is??

40 U.S. Code § 6134

It's important to point out under this statute it covers action on the grounds of SCOTUS building. Schumer is used to speaking his mind in the Senate knowing he's protected by the Speech and Debate Clause. He got careless and didn't realize that speech he wrote out isn't protected outside!

18 U.S. Code § 1503

Schumer is in clear violation of both, but the question is who will enforce these laws?

Sen Hawley issued a statement that he will "introduce a motion to censure Sen Schumer for inciting violence against U.S. Supreme Court Justices at a pro-abortion rally in front of the Supreme Court."

Schumer should be removed as Senate Minority Leaders immediately, and forced to resign from office but he won't.

So now what?

Normally we would look to the DOJ to take action, enforce the two laws above. But, since cutting disgraced fmr Deputy FBI Dir Andy McCabe loose, and taking no action against any of the coup conspirators who attempted to remove Pres Trump from office, the DOJ has proven itself to be impotent, incompetent and incredibly BIASED.

What do We the People do with a broken justice system where not even a US Senator who broke the law will be held accountable?

This is very bad for the nation and extremely dangerous precedents over the lawlessness taking place in our nations capital are being made almost daily now. This is another indicator of the COLD civil war we're in. All it takes now to set things off is for someone STUPID to act on the words coming from the democrat party. We've already had unhinged violent Leftists act out as it is against the GOP in 2017, Rand Paul was attacked in his own yard, several Trump admin officials have been harassed and threatened outside of work, countless stories of Trump supporters being attacked. If anything happens to Justice Gorsuch or Kavanaugh will that be the spark to light the HOT civil war?

Schumer Threatens Supreme Court Justices Gorsuch and Kavanaugh at Abortion Rally

Pro -abortion and -life groups held opposing rallies today as the Supreme Court hears another case, June Medical Services v. Gee, brought up over a 2014 Louisiana access law 'requiring all physicians who perform abortions to have admitting privileges at local hospitals... The admitting privileges requirement will not make anyone safer, but it does demonstrably shutter abortion clinics. As a result, less than four years ago, the Supreme Court struck down a nearly identical Texas law in Whole Woman’s Health v. Hellerstedt* after finding that the law provided no benefit to offset the “undue burden” it imposed upon women in Texas.' (Slate).

Many speakers were in attendance for the pro-abortion crowd including Sen Chuck Schumer, who called the competing rally attendees "bad guys" before giving his speech where he more or less threatened 2 newly appointed Justices:

“I want to tell you Gorsuch, I want to tell you Kavanaugh - you have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price! You won't know what hit you, if you go forward with these awful decisions.”

"Pay the price" huh Chuck? What is that price? This is the kind of rhetoric we've come to expect from the unhinged violent Left. Maxine Waters is a professor in it and we know what has happened since her threats have been made - Trump admin personnel have been harassed and threatened, including at their home. Congress members have also met similar treatment and supporters of the President have been viciously and violently attacks because of this kind of rhetoric.

While Schumer may not have intended it, the unhinged radicals, like antifa, who take these "leaders" every word as gospel will interpret this rant as a green light to go after Justices Gorsuch and Kavanaugh, who was on the receiving end of death threats as it was when he was nominated.

How many more acts of violence will we have to witness until these people are reigned in and held accountable? Dems talk about the vitriol and violence from the Right, but they are the ones actually carrying things out.

Schumer: “There is No Presumption of Innocence” For Kavanaugh

Chuck Schumer, the Minority Leader of the United States Senate looked straight into the cameras and said there is "no presumption of innocence" for Judge Kavanaugh, and frankly that "rule" now applies to everyone... who isn't democrat. The presumption of innocence, burden of proof on the accuser has been a staple point of America for generations to our founding, be it criminal court to civil matters. The accuser comes forward make their case and then the accused defends themselves, but no more per Schumer and the democrats. All of that is thrown out because they have to do everything possible to keep Brett Kavanaugh* from becoming a US Supreme Court Justice.

Again this new rule isn't just limited to Kavanaugh it will apply to everyone, do not dismiss this warning. Yes, in a normal court proceeding you'll face your accusers, but in the public court of opinion you're done if you're doing anything that goes against liberal progressive ideology. Work, school, a committee, or club whatever it is you're a part of, if you get accused you're guilty. I guarantee this garbage coming from the democrats will spill over to our day-to-day lives. It already has in many cases, but now with this circus #MeToo #BelieveSurvivors thing going on more attention is on it where progressives are setting the new rule of guilty until proven innocent.

* To be clear, the only reason democrats have brought the axes out now is because they're obsessed with abortion, that is what this is really about. Democrats think if Kavanaugh becomes a justice then Roe v Wade will be overturned. Granted there are no cases pending that doesn't matter, all these monsters care about is their right for on-demand abortions!

Sen Schumer Takes Victory Lap For Shutting Govt Down

Sen Chuck Schumer who orchestrated the govt shutdown took a victory lap after the Senate failed to pass the continuing resolution (CR). In typical fashion he put the blame on the GOP suggesting the majority they hold should've had the votes to pass the CR. What he left out was the CR requires 60 votes, where there are only 51 republicans in the Senate. At least 9 democrats would have had to vote for the CR but the democrats stopped it because they think granting amnesty to illegal aliens supersedes the funding for the US military, veterans, Children’s Health Insurance Program(CHIP), and American citizens in general.

The democrats have made it official, Americans are a second class citizens to illegal aliens. There was no need to do this, as there is plenty of time to deal with DACA. Aside from its deadline in March, the recent district court ruling actually extended that deadline! This CR was more or less about funding the basics but democrats led by Schumer wanted to add immigration to it, as he states, to it causing discourse.

The dems have in fact thrown gasoline on a fire over the division that already exists in this country. There will be more resistance and resentment towards illegal aliens because of the selfish actions of the democrat party who only pander to minorities as a whole for votes to secure their seats of power.

Have your shutdown Chuck, govt agencies have reserve funds to operate. You and your party have crossed a line that there is no turning back now. You want a fight you got it.

He had every reason to pay attention, obama was on his way out where the policies Schumer championed were on the line. Who signed it into law?

How many republicans supported it when it was proposed, voted on and implemented?

Why is it the republican's and Trump's responsibility to make a law that was deliberately written to fail NOW work? The democrats honestly believed Hillary would be POTUS right now to come to the rescue with single payer. That is and was the goal of the radical left. What would that cloud be obstructionist Chuck Schumer, aka Harry Reid 2.0, was referring to during Tuesday's dem leadership presser? The alleged Trump-Russian connection of course! Delaying the SCOTUS appointment only hurts the country, not Pres Trump.

The FACT the FBI and the NSA have been clear there was no collusion is irrelevant to this monster. The fact that democrats have no proof of any collusion between the Russians and Trump is meaningless as well. Frankly from the way it looks as of today, democrats created this myth with the hopes it would stop Trump. Every attempt they've made has failed, miserably. Sen Schumer: Obama Should Veto Keystone Jobs Even if Dems Get Every Amendment We Want

Schumer's suggested amendments are ideas people could get behind to strengthen the Keystone XL bill so that it is American made with the nation benefitting and to invest in other technologies which will create jobs within themselves. Schumer wants jobs created but then under the same breath says the hell with putting Americans to work because it isn't good enough wanting the bill vetoed!? What kind of sick minded individual will invest time and money into a bill to make it better and then wish for it to be killed by an obstructive... DESTRUCTIVE president?!

Hey Schmuck DO YOUR JOB make the bill work so EVERYONE will benefit! That is too much to expect from an individual, this destroyer of the Republic, who acts only in his and progressives (aka communists) best interests. Questions to ask are WHO, (aside from Buffett's choo choos) will benefit from the Keystone XL bill/ project being killed? How many pals of Schumer and obama will benefit from it not happening? What deals have been made with foreign oil producers to stop Keystone XL? These are questions that our so-called elected leaders should be asking and answers being made public!
