Judge Napolitano has been vindicated by CNN of all places with this story of how British intel through "incidental collection" had in fact intercepted communications between Trump staff "Russian officials and other Russian individuals during the campaign and passed on those communications to their US counterparts, US congressional and law enforcement and US and European intelligence sources tell CNN."

So first off all the sites who reported Napolitano was fired and suspended because of the allegations he made about the GCHQ need to apologize.

Second, WHY was British and European intel agencies so quick to share this info with "US counterparts" and who in the US actually received this intel during the campaign? Who are the "counterparts", who in Congress and law enforcement were given access?

Third and more importantly Fox News' Shepard Smith should be FIRED for attacking, dismissing and delegitimizing Napolitano.

The smoking gun is still out there tying this to obama, but as Napolitano warned, obama went this route so “there’s no American fingerprints on this”.

British intelligence passed Trump associates' communications with Russians on to US counterparts

Washington (CNN)British and other European intelligence agencies intercepted communications between associates of Donald Trump and Russian officials and other Russian individuals during the campaign and passed on those communications to their US counterparts, US congressional and law enforcement and US and European intelligence sources tell CNN.

The communications were captured during routine surveillance of Russian officials and other Russians known to western intelligence. British and European intelligence agencies, including GCHQ, the British intelligence agency responsible for communications surveillance, were not proactively targeting members of the Trump team but rather picked up these communications during what's known as "incidental collection," these sources tell CNN.

The European intelligence agencies detected multiple communications over several months between the Trump associates and Russian individuals -- and passed on that intelligence to the US. The US and Britain are part of the so-called "Five Eyes" agreement (along with Canada, Australia and New Zealand), which calls for open sharing among member nations of a broad range of intelligence.

The communications are likely to be scrutinized as part of the Senate Intelligence Committee's investigation into Russia's efforts to meddle in the 2016 presidential election.

"If foreign intelligence agencies share information with US intelligence, and it's relevant to the investigation, then of course the intelligence committee will look at it," a source close to the Senate investigation told CNNread more

The Judge is back and he is standing by his statement that the obama regime utilized the British GCHQ (similar to NSA) to spy on Pres Trump because it wouldn't leave "fingerprints".

NO, Judge Napolitano Wasn't Suspended!!

If you weren't aware Fox News' Shep Smith and Bret Baier refuted the claim Judge Napolitano made that obama used the British version of the NSA, GCHQ, to spy on Donald Trump, during the election, as it would not leave any "US fingerprints".

Following the fallout since the Judge made that claim, the LA Times reported Napolitano was suspended.

Without hesitation the corrupt lying media jumped all over this as a way to trash Pres Trump after he tweeted out obama was "'wire tapping'" him. Mediate known for jumping on the trash conservatives bandwagon reported the Judge's suspension as well, BUT showed some journalistic integrity by reaching out to Fox News for clarification.

Mediate is now reporting, per a Fox source, Napolitano WAS NOT suspended!

"UPDATE –– 10:59 pm ET: A Fox News source tells Mediaite that Judge Napolitano has not been suspended by the network."

So one is left to ask a simple question:

Where did you, LA Times, get your facts from that Andrew Napolitano was suspended?

Judge Napolitano Drops Bombshell: Obama Used British Spy Agency to Spy on Trump

Is anyone surprised obama sought the help from the British spy agency GCHQ (Brit version of the NSA) to spy on Trump? Obama used every tool available to him to spy on his enemies. This news from Judge Napolitano makes total sense his majesty would use resources outside the US to get dirt on Donald Trump because "there's no American fingerprints on this". Lil barry probably hoped to cover his tracks by using the GCHQ and assumed loyalists in Britain wouldn't let the cat out of the bag! Well someone did and it helps support Pres Trump's claims obama spied on him. For all we know someone at the GCHQ tipped Trump off, which resulted in his tweet about obama wiretapping him!
