Sen Paul took to the Senate floor to stop the never-ending witch hunt against President Trump, calling a point of order the impeachment trial is unconstitutional against a private citizen. The Senate voted 55-45, where 5 "Republicans"* voted with their "Democrat"* overlords to move forward with the trial set for Feb 9th.

These 5 monsters have joined the 10 in the House (we should have a name for them.... McCain wing of the GOP) telling voters they are not seeking re-election when their term is up. If there is a way to recall them now it's highly recommended voters take that action to remove the SOB's from power ASAP.
It is time for the American people to rise up, making it clear to these people in DC WE ARE THEIR MASTERS, THEY DO WHAT WE WANT. Romney has a serious problem understanding this, he thinks he can do whatever he wants! The other 4 are just wastes of flesh at this point. Over 70 democrats voted by proxy denying their constituents a voice, ceding their power delegated to them by the People to their staff, per their own rules McCarthy explains "if a member is unavailable to email or send a text message a staff member may transmit the instructions at the direction of the member"!
Did you vote for a staff member to vote on your behalf or another Representative to vote on behalf of yours?!
A Democrat from Maryland just voted seven times on legislation in Congress. This is NOT what the Founders had in mind when they created representative democracy.

The Supreme Court is hearing arguments over the DACA program, where proponents are doing everything within their power to have DREAMers more or less granted citizenship. Instead of pointing out who's right and wrong, let's just get down to the absolute irrefutable facts.
#1 Congress, aka the Legislative Branch, makes laws, including with respect to matters on immigration. The Executive Branch, aka White House/ Presidency, enforces the laws passed by Congress. The EB cannot make polices, nor "legislate" from the Oval Office, that violate the separation of powers, especially on issues of immigration.
#2 in 2011 obama appeared on Univison making it clear he does not have the authority to issue an Executive Order granting protective status for illegals. He makes it clear there are laws in place, restricting the authoritarian power the Left wanted him to invoke. This clip should be "Exhibit A" by the admins attorneys defending Pres Trump's plans to end DACA....
#3 Despite what was said, in April 2011 on Univison, obama went ahead issuing the Executive Order on DACA that he admitted wasn't legal. In what should be used as "Exhibit B" and a more powerful piece of evidence here he is speaking on June 15th, 2012 from the Rose Garden making it abundantly clear that DACA 'is not amnesty, this is not immunity. This is not a path to citizenship. It's not a permanent fix. This is a temporary stopgap measure...'
Yet the Left, media, many federal judges have in fact treated his Executive order as all those things obama said it wasn't!
How can something that is clearly illegal, unconstitutional, NEVER passed into law by Congress be treated by lawmakers and judges as if it is a law, where its validity is being argued at the Supreme Court?!
We won't know SCOTUS' decision on this until probably June 2020, but should they decide in favor of the DREAMers and the Left it will be confirmation of two things:
1 SCOTUS is no diff from Adam Schiff's kangaroo impeachment court
2 the U.S. IS A Banana Republic
In an attempt of desperation to stay relevant, and hold on to what's left of his "legacy", barack hussein obama tweeted out a reminder that today is the last day for open enrollment in HIS signature piece of legislation, obamacare. You know the law that passed literally in the middle of the night Christmas Eve 2009, the last time Nancy Pelosi was Speaker of the House! Included in the tweet was a longer message addressing the "Affordable" Care Act's future, following TX US District Judge Reed O’Connor's ruling it is unconstitutional, reassuring his minions the law is still in effect where it will take months even years battling out the ruling.
You can be sure barry will have his best attorneys and lackeys in DC (Deep State loyalists) doing everything possible to get this decision overturned in the 9th Circuit Court to give the Judge and Pres Trump a big FU until it then gets in front of the Supreme Court, where once again they will bet all their chips on Chief Justice Roberts SCREWING the country over for a second time.
The fact that this law is a nightmare economically, where every promise made were lies from keeping your plan, doctor and being affordable do not matter to this progressive (aka closet communist) and his ilk. obama knows his pals in the democrat party will use every measure and loophole to get 0-care reinstated, when they are officially running the House in a month. They will find a way to reinstitute the mandate and force this terrible law NO ONE asked for on the American people. When dems complain, ask them why DREAMers, under DACA, had the time to fill out applications for college, financial aid for college, job applications etc but not once ever make an effort to right the wrong their parents committed by applying for US citizenship?
This is proof they were and still are seeking full amnesty with no consequences or penalties.

The President (obama) cannot legislate on issues of immigration because that power resides in Congress per the Constitution.
