Illegal Aliens Protest in DC DEMANDING Congress Act on DACA! (Video)

This protest is wrong on multiple levels and a complete slap in the face to all Americans, including legal immigrants.

#1 DACA was an order from obama to the DHS. He made it explicitly clear it was NOT amnesty, nor a pathway to citizenship, "This is not amnesty, this is not immunity. This is not a path to citizenship. It's not a permanent fix. This is a temporary stopgap measure that lets us focus our resources wisely while giving a degree of relief and hope to talented, driven, patriotic young people."

Furthermore this action was an unconstitutional. In other words we have elected officials to federal judges taking action and making decisions, misleading the nation, on something that is not a law, but an illegal action!

#2 Like it or not, illegal aliens (that is what DREAMers are) Have No Rights Under US Constitution. They DO NOT have the right to protest, per the First Amendment. The Constitution is not a treaty to the world where the protections and liberties spelled out within it apply to any non-US citizens on or off US soil. Those who are here illegally protesting in DC do not have that right, yet the event went on like any other legally organized, permitted protest.

#3 If you want to be a citizen of this country, you do not protest illegally while a megaphone ranting/ chanting in a foreign language.

#4 Illegal aliens have no right to be making any kind of demands to the nation they are dwelling, while breaking countless laws, up to and including document fraud (ie many have social security numbers!?). The disrespect they display is off the charts.

These people show absolutely no respect to this country carrying on the way they do. From blocking roads to getting aid from celebrities to harass Congressmen. When obama broke the law they had 5+ years to make things right, up to and including applying for citizenship. Instead of doing that, they protest, harass, milk the system, apply for college and financial aid. Does any that, which just touches the surface of what they do, sound like people who want to be US citizens? No, they want someone to pass a law and make them citizens with the stroke of pen.

No DACA, NO AMNESTY.

Apparently this certified socialist hasn't gotten the message that amnesty is a no go with the federal courts and majority of Americans. But Luis is as defiant as his boss obama as he continues to encourage illegal aliens to come into the US. In a sane world he would be brought up on charges under US Code Title but for whatever reason no one will charge him with a crime... that is probably because the majority in DC under US Code in general are probably breaking a few themselves!

One thing is for sure DACA applicants are not important leaders, it's insulting to even suggest such a thing. They are in this country illegally regardless of who brought them here and those born in the US are nothing but legal loopholes (anchor babies) for their criminal parents to stay in the US.

Gutierrez couldn't careless about any of the illegals he panders to. He like all commies just want to change America by creating a class of uninformed, uneducated, dependent entitlement voters. If you want to put an end to this insanity Luis and other progs like him need to be run out of DC.

Fed Judge Says DOJ Misled Him on Obama's Executive Amnesty

Oh gee what do you know attorneys from obama and Eric Holder's DOJ misled federal judge Andrew Hanen on a key part of his majesty's executive amnesty! Who didn't see this coming? The most transparent admin in history once again proves they are all nothing but a pack of liars just like obama. Do you now understand why obama is stacking the courts with radicals? It is to prevent judges like this one from going against the imperial emperor and locking in his radical agenda long after he is gone. The judicial system has been completely compromised America, the idea of getting a fair shake in the courts is being erased. People in this country better wake up to realize the danger we are in under this progressive radical occupying the oval office. That said people also better pray that all the conservative judges (federal & SCOTUS) stay healthy and do not retire between now and Jan 20th 2017!

If we had a competent Congress we wouldn't have to be so worried but this pack of losers sit back letting obama run loose violating the Constitution at every turn. The US is in distress and those charged with protecting the nation are no where to be found.
