CA Sheriff BLASTS "Sanctuary Laws" That Played a Role in Cop Killing

Stanislaus County Sheriff Adam Christianson gave a stellar press conference announcing the arrest of the illegal alien who killed Cpl Ronil Singh in cold-blood. Some in the media, including our "friends" over at Fox News, claim Christianson threw gasoline on the immigration debate. The Sheriff did nothing of the sort, what he did do was tell the truth, as raw and honest as anyone could. California's Sanctuary Law (SB 54), as Sheriff Christianson explains, is preventing law enforcement from doing their job and making the state a magnet for illegals. He went to CA because he knew he can drink and drive, run with gangs, or other criminal acts he's committed because there's nothing to stop him.

The truth of the matter is Jakelin's parents made the decision to be pawns of open borders activists where her father hauled her over 2K miles unprepared! By the time the Jakelin and her father reached the US-Mexico border she was severely dehydrated. After illegally entering the US in a remote area the two, along with 160 others, were apprehended by US Border Agents. While in custody, for approx 8 hours at a facility not staffed with medical personnel, Border Agents were alerted of Jakelin's condition around 5 am and she was given medical attention at 6:30am and then airlifted to medical facility, but attempts to save her failed. What's key to understand here is you don't die from being dehydrated for a few hours. It takes days to die from dehydration, approx 5-8 depending on the situation. If anyone is to blame it is her father for dragging her across the desert unprepared.

He was picked up by border patrol agents on Nov. 6, 2011 after he rafted across the river near Hidalgo and again on Nov. 12, 2011 after wading across near La Gloria, Tex.

On June 14, 2012, he was apprehended after rafting across the river again. And several months later, on Sept. 25, 2012, border patrol agents picked Villasenor-Saucedo up after he waded across the river near Brownsville.

PEARLAND, Texas - Police are looking for a man who sexually assaulted a teenager with Down Syndrome Monday afternoon, according to the Brazoria County Sheriff's office.

Jesus Atrian, 25, allegedly sexually assaulted a 16-year-old at her home around 3:30 p.m. Monday.

The victim and her family apparently knew Atrian. The family contacted police Monday and the victim was taken to the hospital and was later released.

Judge Pirro: Sanctuary Cities Are Safe Havens For Criminal Aliens

Been a while since we've seen the Judge thunder away but as always Pirro delivers. In a nutshell sanctuary cities are lawless cities. They have more or less said to the govt and the people they don't care about the law and will do what they want. The general penalty provisions in US Code Title 8 are being completely ignored. Take a look for yourself and you will see much of what is going on in this country by our leaders and high profile individuals is punishable by law. The immigration system is broken, broken by those charged to enforce it.

Since the people can't do anything about illegals coming here then we need to do something about those who encourage, "aid and abet", illegals to come to the US! It's time for law enforcement, prosecutors etc to see what parts of the law they can enforce and hopefully start arresting those individuals, be it the mayor to high ranking politicians, celebrities, activists etc, who are willfully aiding and abetting illegal aliens.

A mayor and city council who ignore federal law creating a sanctuary city should be arrested and brought up on charges along with a sheriff or police head who goes along with them (ie San Francisco). Now why Pirro and others angry about what is going on haven't said anything about any of this is beyond me. That said its on us to make something happen. America start pressuring your local law enforcement officials to go after leadership who has played a hand in creating this immigration mess.
