Violent Deportee Who Escaped Custody at JFK Captured in Sanctuary City 📺

A monster in the process of being sent back to Senegal, deemed by authorities as a "violent deportee", escaped custody at JFK Mar 27th and was just captured 3 days later in Chicago. You know the same city under obama protege Rahm Emanuel, where violence and corruption are out of control. The same city Emanuel turned into a sanctuary city that was this monsters first choice to escape to!

The title of this post says it all, and this site is probably the only one making this distinction. Does anything else need to be said over the tremendous dangers sanctuary cities/ states, and those who "created them, pose to ALL Americans?

Granted this monster entered the US legally, when he violated the terms of his status, he became no different from any other criminal illegal immigrant. His escaping custody seeking refuge in a sanctuary city [Not an assumption, he could've gone anywhere, he chose Chicago for one reason and one reason only, Emanuel's open invitation] is no different from an illegal who has been kicked out for hopping the border for _ᵗʰ time re-entering and ending up in a sanctuary city. Whether it's hopping the border, washing ashore, disappearing when their visa expires or jumping custody they all head for sanctuary cities.

Sanctuary cities/ states are nothing but lawless zones enabled by progressives looking to increase population counts to increase Congressional representation, which also means more govt funding if the right people get elected... for power. It is time for the govt to crack down on these lawless zones arresting ALL officials responsible (mayors, council members, police & sheriffs, governors, state legislators, state atty generals etc). This is an issue of national security, where as of now, all these places are supported by democrats who care far more about illegals than US citizens safety.

San Antonio, TX federal judge Orlando Garcia, appointed by Bill Clinton, blocked Texas from enforcing a ban on sanctuary cities. The state legislature passed the law yet 1 federal judge overrides them, putting state/ national security at risk. As Mark Levin argues we not only need Term Limits for Congress and SCOTUS but also for federal judges. After a President is gone their radical legacy continues on through rogue federal judges who are political activists.

Sanctuary cities are lawless zones, they put citizens in danger. Those who favor and support them care more about illegal aliens than US citizens. They are magnets for criminals and more importantly terrorists!

San Antonio judge blocks Texas’ sanctuary cities law

A federal judge halted most of Texas’ ban on sanctuary cities Wednesday — two days before the law was to take effect.

City of San Antonio officials who were challenging the law claimed victory while state leaders vowed to appeal the ruling, but it remained unclear Wednesday night what impact it would have on a San Antonio Police Department policy preventing officers from asking about immigration status. City staff and lawyers working on the case said they would have more information Thursday.

In his ruling, U.S. District Judge Orlando Garcia halted penalties for officials who endorse policies in violation of Senate Bill 4, saying it likely violates the First Amendment. SB 4 allows the attorney general to fine or remove from office local officials who “adopt, enforce, or endorse a policy under which the entity or department prohibits or materially limits the enforcement of immigration laws.” The law also creates penalties for local officials who block police from asking about immigration status.

In his ruling, Garcia wrote that although police can ask about immigration status of a person “under a lawful detention or under an arrest,” as described in the law, there’s very little police can do after that.

“If for example, during a lawful stop an officer obtains information that the detained individual is undocumented, the officer may not arrest the individual or prolong the detention on this basis,” Garcia wrote. “However, under SB 4, officers are permitted — again, not required — to share this information with ICE, or other appropriate federal agencies, or law enforcement entities.”...more

Sanctuary City Leaders Vowing to Defy Trump Admin Are Breaking Federal Law

A battle is brewing between the Trump Admin, sanctuary city leaders and advocates. After Attorney General Sessions announced federal fund will be cut to cities giving sanctuary to illegal aliens, mayors of major cities across the USA are vowing they will defy the Trump.


This move by Trump to enforce the law and AG Sessions announcement to cut off fed aid to sanctuary cities isn't racist or bigoted. The US is a nation of law, laws that liberal progressives think they can pick and choose to enforce or not.They have in fact created lawless zones where illegals are free to roam around breaking the law harming US citizens.

There is only one solution to this defiance form the left, AG Sessions must begin arresting leaders who are defying federal law, putting lives in danger. The law is explicitly clear if illegal aliens are given aid, harbor and employed, enablers are subject to fines and jail time.

If the AG is not prepared or refuses to send US Marshals to arrest mayors, governors and law enforcement officials who refuse to follow the law then he should resign! This lawlessness must come to an end. And let's be clear, immigrants are under as much a threat as US citizens from ILLEGAL immigrants. Do not allow the left to conflate the two. Illegal alien advocates, Rahm Emanuel Bill de Blasio, Gov Brown (CA), San Fran Mayor Lee etc etc are all doing exactly that using almost identical language, "Our community welcomes immigrants"! Immigrants are welcome, because they came to the US by the book, illegal aliens are not because they broke the law to enter the US, are stealing from the American people everyday (not paying taxes, taking advantage of social entitlements, taking jobs from Americans, driving wages down etc).

A showdown is coming for sure in DC, but that is after the wall starts going up. Meanwhile we have leaders putting all of us in danger, as they welcome illegals they are also welcoming the criminal element and even terrorists who hid among the ranks. Sheriff Clarke Calls For Sanctuary State Officials to be Arrested

Sheriff David Clarke used his time to speak at a CPAC forum to address the lawlessness we're witnessing by many states and cities whose officials believe they're above the law. He made it clear that while these states are not obligated to enforce federal laws, it doesn't mean they're exempt from complying with said laws. Clarke is correct, the Pres has done nothing that is wrong or illegal with his executive Orders. The left is unhinged over his EO's that simply invoke existing immigration law. The Sheriff read off 8 US Code § 1324 that makes it clear anyone harboring illegals aka sanctuary cities/ states, colleges/ universities etc is breaking the law.

His closing is exactly what this site has been calling for to affect change; arrest sanctuary city/state governors, mayors, law enforcement officials, etc, who ignore our immigration laws, to make them an example to the others and this nonsense will end quickly. They can try to fight it in the court, but if you go by the book, by what the law says they have no defense.

This is what Atty Gen Sessions must do to put a stop to this lawlessness we're witnessing by radicals leftists, many obama loyalists, running these states and cities. He must make a clear public statement outlining the law(s), as Clarke, send written warnings to all state govts and LE agencies to comply within a 60-90 days or arrests will be made. To squash any chance of someone being made out to be a martyr, he must have language making it clear those who aid and harbor illegals are criminals who are putting citizens security, which Clarke touched on, in jeopardy.

Judge Pirro to Sanctuary City Mayors: "Law and Order is Back" in the White House

Mayors are violating their oath and should be removed from office.

Pirro did a great job firing off on the corrupt lawless mayors of approx 300 sanctuary cities in the US who think it's okay to ignore federal laws and the President of the US.
